Alex furrowed his brows and texted his assistant to quickly ready the plane then, he went to the wardrobe and took some jackets, gloves, and earmuffs then handed one of each to Samantha.

Samantha quickly wore it, and they rushed towards the elevator and down to the bas.e.m.e.nt where the SUV was waiting for them. They entered the car, and the driver quickly drove to the airport.

They got on the plane, and they were ready to take off when the pilot said: "Sir, the snow is getting harder."

Alex coldly said: "Can you fly it or not?"

The pilot said confidently: "Yes I can."

Alex nodded, and the pilot flew the airplane. All this time, Samantha was looking lifeless in the seat. Alex was worried and jealous at the same time.

They did not stop and rode for six hours on the plane. Samantha did not feel sleepy at all thinking of her son being kidnapped, tortured, or even killed.

Alex saw Samantha in that state and can't help but feel sad for her. He took her hand and c.a.r.e.s.sed it slowly. He was fuming inside, whoever dare hurt her must die.

The whole ride was quiet. The trip took six hours, and when they finally landed, Samantha said: "Thank you, Alex, for this date." and wanted to go but Alex held her hand and said: "Let me take you."

Samantha has no choice but to comply, and they saw Alex's assistant waiting in Alex's sports car. Samantha did not care for any niceties, and hurriedly entered the vehicle, and Alex followed.

Samantha led them to a house in a wealthy neighborhood, then Samantha went to the door and knocked on it repeatedly. Samantha was greeted by a girl with blue eyes, but there were eyebags around it. There were signs of her crying.

Irene looked at Samantha and cried at her arms: "I'm sorry, I lost our baby."

Samantha patted her back and said quietly: "It's not your fault. The first thing we need to do right now is to find the perpetrators,"

Alex observed and clenched his fists, showing his veins. He lost his will and exited the car and went towards Samantha and Irene. Samantha looked at Alex and asked Irene: Can we go inside?"

Irene looked at Alex and was shocked. She said: "Can you wait for five minutes?"

Samantha nodded, and Irene dashed in the house and tried to clean the house. Samantha decided to shamelessly ask: "Alex, can you help me?"

Alex was surprised. This only means that Samantha was desperate: "What is it?"

Samantha tried to stop her tears, and forcefully said: "Please find my baby, and I will agree to your offer."

Alex's face was expressionless, but he was clenching his fists. He wanted Samantha to accept his offer because she wants to and not because she needs to.

Alex said: "Okay."

Samantha was happy. She said: "My baby's name is Samuel, Samuel Brooks."

Alex furrowed his brows, he asked: "And he's your---?"

Samantha said honestly: "He's my son."
