Some time ago...

Huang Jin was sitting in an empty apartment while listening to the flash report on the television.

[Kidnapped victim dropped all charges against abductors.

According to the police,the case was abominable and caused harm on

the twenty six year old victim, a female's physical and mental condition. But she believed that the mastermind behind her kidnap didn't mean no ill intentions and decided to drop the case. "HAHAHA!!What an unpredictable woman! How could she do that?"

Huang jin laughed bitterly as he raised his glass to drank it in one shot.

It had been a while since he felt this guilty. His mind wandered towards the memory of a certain woman.

He couldn't forget her pleading eyes when she continuously begged him to let her go and the incident afterwards. The words his men spoke when they were surrounded, haunted him the most.

{"Boss we've been surrounded by the police!"

"You must escape now through the window. There's a trash can right underneath. Jump and don't look back! Don't worry, we are right behind you."}

'SHIT!' Huang Jin cursed. He never should've left his men like that. Yet here he was, sitting in an abandoned apartment and hiding like a criminal. Yes,he was a criminal! He should've man-up and accepted his crimes, sent to prison and serve his sentence to 7 years with rehabilitation because he was sick. He acted like a f*****g SADIST!

Huang Jin sighed deeply,running his fingers through his hair and messing it up.

But then he thought, Pan Er's death was rather odd.. Found dead that same night clinging onto the ceiling.

Well,she left a note confessing all the dirty crimes she committed and hanged herself out of guilt.

He'd known her to be selfish and greedy. She cared so much about her only sister whom she cherished the most. She'd definitely chose to go on a run rather than dying.

Thank God Fei Shuang dropped all charges against him,now he doesn't feel indebted to his boys. But he knew deep down,she let him off because of his mother. He's got to find—

Huang Jin was disturbed by the continuous knocking on his door.

He grimaced while he walking towards the door.

"Who is it?" There was no answer. "Who tf is it?" Still no answer.

Huang Jin peeped and saw that it was one of his men who kidnapped Fei Shuang,standing outside. He immediately opened the door and smiled at him.

"Nasagaki! You're here? Where are—"

A tall man appeared behind the wall and pushed Nasagaki aside. Before Huang Jin could react,he received a slap from the tall man.

"You son—"

*Slap*

Huang Jin was rendered speechless by the man's slap again. The gentleman was full of anger. When Huang Jin saw his face, he suddenly felt scared. He slowly stepped backwards and the man walked towards him.

'Just who's this man? How did i piss him off without even knowing? Does he by chance have a connection with Fei Shuang? No way!'

As Huang Jin was recovering from that and trying to think why someone would be angry at him, the gentleman punched him so hard that he hit the ground.

"Big boss!" Nasagaki shouted. "You killed him." He cried. The gentleman sighed and pointed, "He's not dead you dummy. Can't you tell he's just unconscious?!" Nasagaki walked to Huang Jin and dropped on his knees. He placed his finger on Huang Jin's neck to confirm and felt his pulse.

'Thank God he's alive.' Nasagaki sighed in relief. That made the man inexplicably angry.

Hands clenching at his side, the man vented at Nasagaki, "I'm so angry right now! I won't feel at ease unless i kill him." His face flushed with anger as he marched towards Huang Jin. His hatred and revenge did not diminish at all. Nasagaki immediately crawled and hugged the man's leg but ended with a hard kick until he was thrown against unconscious Huang Jin. But he did not give up and begged again even at the man's feet and continued to do so.

"Please Mr Shen i beg of you,don't kill my boss. He never meant for it to result that way. He'd never hurt Miss Fei." Nasagaki begged and cried all the more.

Suddenly,the man snorted a small breath of air.

For a second he stopped when he heard Nasagaki mention 'fei'. He remembered the frightening look in her eyes when he rescued her. He couldn't remember the last time Fei Shuang had displayed such frightening face in his life. Was it when she suspected him of kidnapping that bas****?! Maybe not,she looked rather terrifying back then. And maybe that was the first frightening face of Fei Shuang's that he saw.

She surely must've felt helpless and completely useless. Watching her presently react emotionally to anhedonia, fear and anxiety hurt him the most. He could not help but flare up.

As he was about to make a move, a phone ring melted the atmosphere. Checking his pocket, his brows unwrinkled when he saw the name of the caller. He immediately picks up the call.

"Hey Li Jing,i was wondering....would you come over at Zhen Zhu's place?" The fierce face he had a while ago was now replaced with a blank expression.

"..."

"Ne-never mind,you must be busy.." He found himself chucking softly.

"No I'm not. I'll be there in 30 minutes." Li Jing ended the call with a close lipped smile.

He felt so happy at the sound of her voice,all he wanted to do now was rush to see his beloved. He appreciates the fact that she considered him as a friend now. He turned back to leave the apartment.

All that time, Nasagaki was praying that Li Jing would leave without noticing Huang Jin.

As Li Jing opened the door to the exit,he stopped his tracks.

Wait.

'What to do with the bas****'

Li Jing thought for a moment, then turned his head, "I'm not done with him yet. Keep an eye on him,I'll be back." He said and left.

"Ass***!" Nasagaki cursed. It was a relief that he left. Now was the time for him to think of a solution fast.

But wait.

Informing Madam Yang would be the best thing to do. He immediately searched through Huang Jin's pocket and spot what he was looking for. He unlocked the phone using Huang Jin's face and dialed Yang Mi's contact.

"You unfilial—"
