Not Like In The Movies

Fei Shuang's eyes flip open and she slowly strained against the zip-ties on her wrists. There was the noise of shuffling around her. Her nose filled with chlorofoam mixed with the musty scent of the sack that covered her head and in the almost blackness, her blurry eyes strained for some sign of what was to come. From the cold metal beneath her body, the shifting motions from right to left and the revving of the engine, she knew she was in transit and had been for some time. Pan Er must've informed the police. Surely someone was looking for her, Zhen Zhu,Madam Yang,the police... With her eyelids feeling heavy, she closed her eyes just quickly and she fell back into the darkness of sleep.

After two hours of deep sleep, Fei Shuang finally woke up wondering where the hell she was. Her heart was pumping really fast and she felt deadly cold. She knew it was probably the end of her life. She saw herself tied up to a chair. She felt so weak and couldn't move her body except her head. Her mouth was sticked with a strong hold Sellotape. She wanted to scream but she couldn't. Tears started to run down her face as she tried to keep calm.

As her friend Su Ying would say," People of nowadays only turn to God when they find themselves in a difficult situation, not when they're in a good mood. They go on with their lives and barely remember the existence of God." In Fei Shuang's situation, God was all she could count on. She was in a sense of helplessness and extremely frightened.

She looked at her surroundings. It seems to be some sort of a cellar. There were lots of kitchen tools which got her scared silly. She also saw a bottle of beer and some various objects which include a vacuum pump, clothespins, electricity and even a mouth spreader.

The were no windows except for one door. The stained floor reeds and she was starting to panic but all the squirming she did made the zipties tighter.

Then she heard laughs from outside the cellar. It had two distinct voices. The door of the cellar opened and one man walked in . He was wearing sweatshirt with hoodie on in a way that the hoodie was tied to cover his entire face except for his eyes. He was speaking Japanese with his friend followed behind him. His friend was shorter and was also dressed in the same way. They were speaking Japanese, thinking that she would not understand a word which she didn't. But one thing was clear that they wanted to decide ways to torture her.

Fei Shuang wanted to get up and escape so desperately but it was impossible. Her legs were useless. Her hands were tied and her back hurts. She was extremely frightened. The taller guy took a chair and sat in front of her. He had fiery eyes,making her scared stiff. He looked at her coldly and said "Hey,you're awake. Do you want to play with us?" Her scared face changed.

'F*** you both,who wants to play with you?! Just let me go!!' Fei Shuang was furious and started squirming. "Looks like someone's so excited." The guy went on laughing. He gave her the feeling that her world will be haunted by him. He came near her and looked into her eyes saying "Don't be stubborn. It won't hurt much." Hearing that, Fei Shuang squirmed even more which made the zip ties more tighter,causing her pain. She slowly calmed down a bit,breathing heavily.

The shorter guy grabbed Fei Shuang's neck and whispered in her ear while saying "Very well, be a good girl and we'll be gentle on you."

The sellotape was taken off from her mouth and she started to scream.

"HELP! SOMEBODY HELP ME!" One of them put a knife on her throat and stuffed her mouth with a cloth.

"I'm going to cut your throat if you made noises again." He threatened Fei Shuang with serious eyes. In a second, another guy enters the cellar. This time was a completely different guy. He was dressed all black with a silver watch on his wrist. He seems to be the boss around there because there was completely

silence. He was around his early thirties with beard and his body build. He was about 5'8 tall.

"Stop hurting her you b******s! Now get out of my sight!" He ordered the two guys out in anger. The two only bowed and left. The seemed to have fear towards him.

He sat in front of Fei Shuang smoking a cigar and told her to calm down. "Don't be scared, no one can touch you apart from me."
