Not Like In The Movies

"By now, i can guess that you've already finished reading Yu Yue's book. So tell me,how did it go? Did you enjoy it? Maybe had a wet dream?" Su Ying asked as her eyes shined brightly, leaning closer to Fei Shuang on the couch. The lady was full of smile, waiting for the information. (about the book, check chapter 31)

"Yeah,i enjoyed it. But,i didn't have any wet dream." Fei Shuang shrugged. She knew this was coming so she already prepared for it.

Su Ying's eyebrows knitted in confusion. She just couldn't believe her ears, that book was known nationwide for its passion and that didn't affect Fei Shuang at all? That's impossible !!That means that the book didn't clear any of their doubts. The rest of the ladies couldn't help but think of the same thing too. They didn't like to hold back details and this was a case of avoiding their questions. That clearly points that she can't have a family of her own..or it isn't?

"Not even a tiny bit of o.r.g.a.s.m?" Yu Yue w.h.i.n.ed,wondering what was coming her way. Fei Shuang only shook her head. The rest of

the ladies couldn't help but throw out their suggestions out of confusion.

"The way you speak clearly tells that you didn't like the book,how bad was it?" Su Ying asked out of curiosity. She deserves an explanation.

"I could get you another one, then you'll surely drool." Feng Jiu g.r.o.a.n.e.d in frustration.

"No,you need a medical checkup,i suggest we take her back to the hospital right now." Jie Liang replied as she stood up.

"No we don't,it's already midnight Jie Liang!" Miss White head pulled Jie Liang back on the couch.

"Let's keep shut and let Fei Shuang speak." ZhenZhu suggested as she rubs sleeping Angel's soft-black hair.

"Do you ladies really wanna know?" Fei Shuang asked as she raised her eyebrows.

"Yes!"

"Stop dancing around to truth!"

"Just tell us already!"

"What happened?!"

"Well,as i was reading the snu snu part of the book,the surrounding suddenly got hot

but after that,nothing happened. With all that has happened,me not able to attend the wedding and no sign of improvement in my therapy, do you'll believe i can think of having an o.r.g.a.s.m talk less of a wet dream?"

The ladies remained silent,shaking their head.

Fei Shuang let out a big sigh and shook her head when her eyes meet Su Ying's eyes. She glanced at her legs as she continued,

"You all asked if i can't have a baby of my own,the answer is I DON'T KNOW YET." A slight smile could be seen on her face but only a fool would see it as a sweet smile. Her heart hurts. She was tired. Tired of everything. She needed to cool her head down for a while.

As the words sunk in and the ladies thought about it,they realized that Fei Shuang did make sense. With so many problems on her shoulders,there's no way for her to think of such useless things. This thoughts hurt the ladies hearts knowing their friend became weak despite how bright her eyes shone whenever she looked at them. Even her sharp gaze was gone. This made them thought that Fei Fei must be too weak to look imposing and confident than usual. Is she really alright? No,she must be sick and tired of everything.

It seems that Fei Shuang's words shocked everyone to the core until no one talked anymore!

"Fei Fei..." Feng Jiu slowly approached Fei Shuang. Her voice was choked as she sobbed faintly. She reached out and hugged Fei Shuang tightly as tears began to flow from her two almond eyes making the rest of the ladies in the sitting room burst into tears.

Feng Jiu cried! It's been a while since she last cried.

"Please don't cry... i'm really okay. Y-you are going to m-make me cry too." The pale smile on Fei Shuang's face disappeared when she saw her friends crying. She could feel tears forming in her eyes as she looked at them. Her heart felt heavy. She was really alright so they shouldn't worry.

Feng Jiu slowly let go of Fei Shuang's embrace as she wiped her tears with the back of her palm.

"Here,tissue." Fei Shuang stretched her hand to grab the roll of tissue on the side table nearby and offers it to Feng Jiu.

"Thanks." Feng Jiu softly answered while wiping her tears using the tissue. She passed the rest the ladies who all slowly stopped crying and wiped their tears too. Crying won't change anything.

The room remained silent for a minute.

Now that the conversation over the book Fei Shuang read had come to a conclusion, Fei Shuang calms Feng Jiu and gently urges to she open her gifts from family and friends.

The room slowly glowed as a few laughs escaped their mouths whenever Fei Shuang cracked a silly joke. First, she opened the gifts from the ladies. There were a thumbprint guestbook from Jie Liang, personalized hanger from Yu Yue, glass love oil bottle from Su Ying, LED word clock from ZhenZhu, Coffee gift basket from Miss White Head, s.e.xy lingeries from Rui Zhe and lastly, a medium sized frame from Fei Shuang.

The frame had a picture on it. Feng Jiu's eyes widened as she glanced at the caption. She was the one in the picture with the sloppy bun in her hair just like the one she had now and the bright red cheeks holding Fei Shuang by the arm. The one who couldn't stop smiling. With all her friends surrounding her, it was one of the best days of her life. All nine of them looked happy; it was a night for many smiles. Everyone was crowded around the table. There are a lot of red cheeks in the picture; the room was as hot as a sauna. There was a strong smell of barbeque sauce in the air as well. The picture was taken right after dinner. The table they were crowded around was messy. There are a lot of cups on the table and bottles of ketchup and barbeque sauce, with dirty, green napkins piled up. The room was as noisy as a circus. The picture was taken on her 23rd birthday, on the night she asked Fei Shuang to be her maid of honor in she future.

The woman was already about to burst into tears. Her medium eyes were filled with tears about to poor at any minute.

There were a lot of pictures taken that night, but out of all the pictures, that was the best one taken of the ladies. She treasured that particular day so much.

Seeing the teary expression on Feng Jiu's face, Fei Shuang couldn't help but ask out of concern. "Big Jiu, why are you in tears again? Is something wrong? Do you not like my gift?"

Feng jiu replied as tears slowly dropped down to her cheeks, "N-No i love it s-so much. These are just t-tears of joy. I want y-you to know that you can always c-count on me and i'll always b-be by you side till the day i die." She continued sobbing as she looked at Fei Shuang in the eye.

"Feng Jiu, you're very dear to me. I love you to the moon and back." Fei Shuang smiled as she wiped Feng Jiu's tears on her cheek with her hand. Her heart couldn't bear it seeing their bride-to-be was crying. Having no response from her,she continued.

"May God give you a long and happy married life!" She stroked Feng Jiu's head as she said her wishes.

She only wants the best for her friend. Remembering that Feng Jiu is getting married in two days, she slightly became sad. Her eyes dropped down and the corner of her lips was also tucked down.

Noticing Fei Shuang's change in expression, Feng Jiu thought that she was sad because she felt down on herself and thought she didn't like her gift at all when in reality, it wasn't like that.

"Thank you so much. I truly appreciate everything you've done for me." Feng Jiu smiled and hurriedly brightened up. She didn't want to see her dear friend's sad face anymore!

Feng Jiu received many other fancy gifts also but Fei Shuang's gift was the most special for her. She realized that true happiness lies in giving happiness to others.

Soon enough, after helping Feng Jiu opened her gifts, the ladies decided to take their leave. Fei Shuang carried sleeping Angel on her l.a.p as Feng Jiu pushed her wheelchair towards the exit. But as Zhenzhu opened the door, a dark-haired,tall and handsome young man was standing at the door entrance.
