Marriage In Trouble

Everyone looks dashing with their own attire for tonight. Each clothes has a touch of gold and diamonds which is the main theme for tonight. I saw Uno with Tres and Six walking with so much poise in the red sparkling carpet. Since Uno is one of the famous businessman in Asia, he immediately got the attention of the media.

But Six and Tres are also known in the modeling world that they also caught the attention of the guest and medias. I guess, medias were shocked to find out that the three are together but they haven't see us yet. They haven't see all of us being together.

Pryce or Seven decided to walk alone in the red carpet. His cold aura caught the attention of others but he doesn't mind it at all.

While Lucien and Kaiser were already inside the hotel including Dos who wants to avoid the attention of everyone. Lucien were only dragged by Dos to get inside the hotel where the Gala will be held. Lucien wants the attention just like Uno but he was not lucky today.

"Are you ready?" Fifth asked. I look at him and smiled.

"Yes, how can I not be ready?" I answered while still smiling like an idiot.

Stupid, me. How can I not be ready? Really, Severa Gabrielle Brinth?

Seriously, I don't feel like I am ready to be in this kind of party knowing that tonight will be the revelation night. Though, it feels like a judgement day instead of revelation night.

It's frightening and it freaks me out.

I heard Fifth chuckled that makes me pout while looking at him. "You grow up so well, Nine."

"Eh?" Fifth is handsome, alright. They are all handsome. But i just realized it today. I was too young back then. I didn't even care about their looks. What I care the most is our relationship with each other. They treated me like I was their sister and I treated them like they are my real brothers.

"I didn't just expected that you grow up so fast without us noticing. We thought, you are just playing around but here you are, married." I stared at him. I didn't know that this what he have been thinking about me.

I can't blame him. I always play around whenever I am with them. It just that, I act differently when it comes to Calyx. Because he doesn't have to deal the other side of my life. Because Calyx, makes me feel that I am human too. That I can be vulnerable. But being vulnerable with him makes my heart torn to pieces slowly.

Argh. Why does it happen to me?

I even thought Calyx saves me from Uncle Brian who wants to control my life after that tragedy. But I guess, he was. Yet, there's more than to it. I can feel now that there is more than saving me by marriage. I just can't fathom why. Even if I tried to because I am drowning by my own emotions and it sucks.

"We will always be there for you, Nine. Until you found yourself again and solve this issue by yourself." Fifth assured me and I just smiled.

I heaved a deep sigh when Fifth and I successfully get inside the hotel without the media's attention. Fifth smiled at me and held my hand tightly to assure me that everything will be find. I smiled back.

Our first plan was to lure the attention of the media and other guest when entering the hotel. We succeeded with the big help of Uno, Tres and Six.

No one knows (aside from my friends and trusted people around Calyx) that I am the wife of Calyxander Lockhorst but the people here in Australia knows that I am a Trexler.

If the Lockhorst family are famous, well, being Trexler is beyond that.

Fifth and I decided to head directly inside the ballroom where the Gala was held. Biggest businessman around the world was invited. Some models and actors are also here. I tried to find any hints about Calyx or maybe Jillian's presence but they were nowhere to be found.

I'm not sure where they are or if they already arrived. And I wanted not to care at all but I fail so badly.

"Nine." Fifth whispered. His body got tense and my brow creased while looking at him looking pale.

My instinct tells me one thing only and I don't feel like I want to know about it.

But when I heard the two familiar voices, my body trembles and weaken.

Damn. I can't believe my two brothers were here.

"Severa!" I heard the eldest called me. I face him and fake a smile.

"Sebastian, Steven." I whispered.

"Where's the word, Kuya?" Steven asked, he makes a step closer to me. Then I held to Fifth so tightly. The two of us didn't know what to do next.

We were actually not aware that they will be here. No one even bothered to tell us. Even a hint. I know, Sebastian already visited me here but they're not the type of person who usually attend a party like this.

And even since we were kids, they don't like to attend the Annual Gala by the Lockhorst.

But why they are here?

I notice that Dos walking towards us, with a confuse look in his face.

The know my two brothers but not as my brothers.

They know them as their boss.
