Pink Villa

Alice had entered the Villa when she received the audio & the lyrics. It was named as "A day in Spring". Moreover, it was the title track of the film. When she tapped o the audio, she could hear the boy's soulful singing. Not bad! Indeed, he had a good voice. Never mind!

When she entered the living room, she saw Amy watching TV. She raised her greeted her with a smile, "Alice! You're back."

A sweet aroma lingered in the room. Her olfactory senses were, thus, invaded.

"Did you cook something?", Alice asked curiously.

"Yeah...", Amy smiled, "Veggie stew & spicy herbal bread."

"Can I get some?"

"Sure", Amy smiled again & went to the kitchen.

Meanwhile, Alice called Daniel. This morning, she didn't talk to him much because of her foul mood & it was already afternoon now.

The call got through one ring.

"Hey!", her voice was less lively than usual.

"Finally remembered me?", his deep voice resonated.

"Sorry! I was absent-minded."

"I know. Is something bothering you? You can tell me."

"Not yet! I've to verify it myself before telling you."

"BTW, don't forget about tonight."

"The reality show."

"Hmm...grab some food & have a good rest. No going with dark circles & eye bags."

"Sure!"

"Bye."

Tonight, she was going to a reality show which aired live on every Wednesday. She was to participate in some games & rapid fires with a male partner. The show had high ratings due to its stable live stream & interesting games & questions.

Her male partner was a 15-year-old kid who had hit a chartbuster movie of the year. He played a pivotal role from an emotional point of view. Alice did some research on this little guy. From what she saw, the little guy was an incorrigible chatterbox. He was really friendly & had a cute personality. So, Alice had understood she was gonna enjoy the show.

Just then, Amy brought her a bowl of veggie stew & two loaves of spicy herbal bread, "Here, treat yourself!"

Alice pushed the sleeves of her shirt upwards & lifted up her legs on the sofa into a cross. Then, she started gobbling up her food. Amy smiled at her. Even, famous stars were could be childlike sometimes.

Alice licked her fingers & smiled at Amy, "Cook something like this every day. It's awesome!"

"I'm glad you liked it!", Amy smiled back.

Indeed, the food drastically uplifted their moods.

"Oh...", Alice suddenly spoke, "Tonight I'll be attending a reality show. I've already prepared a dress for you. Get ready soon."

"Okay!", Amy smiled enthusiastically.

"Well, I'm gonna take a nap. Wake me up at 5 pm", Alice waved her hand.

"Sure", Amy nodded.

Olivia was still trapped in the old man's wrath. Someone had sent him a video where she was seen slapping a girl & even threatening to kill her. She could say it was a fake video of her school days, but not entirely fake. She'd spent most of her youth chasing Jake under the old man's protection. Actually, she used to scare away all the potential girls who had a crush on Jake. How? By threatening to kill them & torture them inhumanely. Only God knows how much she did to keep their mouths shut.

"Did I spoil you so much for doing such things?",Old Master Milton yelled at the top of his lungs.

Olivia shivered in fear as she fell into his feet, "I swear Grandpa! I never did anything like this!"

"Then? Where's Jake?", the old man had contacted his grandson but he refused to give his whereabouts. He even mentioned being disappointed with Olivia.

"Grandpa, I..."

"Don't call me Grandpa!" , the old man was trembling, "I'll tell your Grandpa that this marriage can't continue."

"Grandpa, please!", she was horrified.

"Bring the divorce papers!", the old man ordered one of the soldiers.

The soldier saluted & went in to fetch the papers.

Black Villa

Jake was on the phone when the doctor told him that Eddie would wake up anytime soon. He was delighted. First, Olivia was compelled to sign the divorce papers & that too, before Eddie wakes up.

Second, Eddie would wake up anytime soon!

He quickly called Daniel to give him the second part of the good news.

"Hey!", Daniel could say he was in an extremely good mood.

"What is it?"

"The doctor said that Eddie would wake up anytime soon."

"Really?", Daniel, too, was delighted.

"Umm."

"That's great!"

Pink Villa

Alice was already up because Jake called her to give the good news about Eddie. So, when Amy came, she was stretching on her bed. Amy was already dressed in a professional tuxedo with a pencil skirt which made her look like the perfect assistant.

"Not bad!", Alice curled up her lips.

"You better get ready", Amy reminded her.

Alice nodded & Amy went out of the room.

Amy saw Alice climbing down the stairs in a plain blue A-line dress. Her brows scrunched together, "You're going on a reality show. Shouldn't you be wearing something catchy?"

"I'll change my dress at the TV station", Alice smiled.

The little assistant nodded with an 'oh'.

Soon, they left the Villa in the car. Alice decided to use her beloved Porsche.

Alice reached the TV station in 30 minutes. The crew members welcomed her warmly & led her in. On the way, she saw promos of the show which said that there would be a special guest tonight, besides the two of them.

So, she asked one of them, "Who is the special guest tonight?"
