Loving A Triple Threat

Seok sat with Hyuk sitting on an outside table at a local café, he was sipping on a latte acting like an a.d.u.l.t where Hyuk had a huge iced coffee. They watched people walk past, commenting on the girls or boys their age, quietly, not wanting to cause trouble.

"Where's Sena?" Seok complained, they had come here specially to meet him and waited for thirty minutes.

"Who cares," Hyuk said and nodded in the direction of the manhwa store. Seok turned around and saw two of Gi's friends, Suzie and Misha. He had memorized their names from Instagram and Twitter photos. He followed Gi on all platforms, but he wasn't a digital stalker. It was for information gathering on her friends.

"Suzie and Misha," Seok stated.

"Whaa … you're amazing," Hyuk admired his friends stalking skills.

"Go and talk to them," Seok suggested.

"Bah… I'm not in the mood, you talk to them," Hyuk stated.

"Heyyyy," Sena said putting his arm around Seok from behind almost strangling him, "What's this?"

"It's …. my …. neck," Seok gargled the words out.

Sena released him and pulled out a seat way too far into the arcade, sat down and immediately rocked back onto two legs even further. He was such a lout he stuck a foot on the table.

"Seok is too chicken to talk to Gi's friends," Hyuk said while nodding his head in the direction of the two girls who were walking up their lane.

Sena rocked forward closing on Seok, placing his face far to close for his friends liking. He sniffed at the latte, looked Seok in the eye. Seok looked uncomfortable, Sena could be unpredictable when he was in one of these moods.

"Two," Sena said.

"Two what?" Seok asked.

"Large chocolate milkshakes," Sena said.

"Why?" Seok asked.

Sena merely smiled, tilted his head slightly in the girl's direction and began to countdown, "This offer will expire in ten, nine, eight,"

Seok interrupted, "Why two milkshakes?"

Sena looked at Seok like he was an idiot, "Because one isn't enough, derr."

"Four, Three."

"Ok." Seok agreed.

"Large," Sena clarified so there was no confusion, without delay he stood and blocked the girl's path.

"Hi," he said smiling at Suzie.

"Do I know you?" Suzie asked in a challenge.

Without waiting for an invitation, Sena placed himself between the two, he flung one arm around Suzie and the other around Misha. They were so shocked they didn't think to protest.

"No, but you two are famous, everyone knows you," Sena said and took a step forward gently pushing the girls towards the table.

The distraction worked, they immediately wanted to know why he thought they were famous, their ego took over from all other emotions and thoughts.

The two girls succ.u.mbed to his gentle persuasion and allowed themselves to be guided towards the table.

"How does everyone know us?" Misha asked curiously.

"Seok?" Sena nominated the expert to explain. "Tell the lovely ladies how we know them." He then addressed the girls, "Just to prove that you are famous, I will say nothing and let Seok do the talking."

Hyuk grinned at the master. He knew that Sena had no idea who the girls were, but Seok probably did, and by diverting to Seok the girls assumed Sena knew and his friend was just confirmation. And he worked all this out in a heartbeat, or while waiting for Seok to agree to the Milkshakes purchase.

"Misha Kay, a triple threat; singing, dancing and acting at Branksome and YG Academy. Suzie Kim, also a triple threat at Branksome and YG Academy." Seok recited much to the girl's astonishment. They sat down eagerly wanting to hear more about themselves.

In the weeks following their escapade in the dance studio, the two boys from Daeil dared not show their faces in Branksome again, in the near future at least. But this didn't mean that Seok didn't research each and everyone after he got Gi on Facebook; it was a matter of searching her friend's list. And once he was friends with Gi, they all accepted him on that premise and the fact he went to Daeil.

"What else do you know about us?" Suzie asked looking at the boy trying to place his face.

Hyuk offered, "You're great dancers, we've seen you live."

"Really? When?" Misha asked.

"Recitals?" Suzie suggested.

"Yes," Sena agreed. "And Hyuk couldn't shut up about you Suzie. I swear I wanted to kill him."

Seok stared daggers at Sena who had forgotten that he had bagged Suzie first. He looked towards Misha and was consoled by the fact she was amazingly hot but perhaps too tall for him. Maybe she liked short guys.

The waitress arrived at their table, bowed and held her order tablet waiting for additional orders from the new occupants.

"Two large chocolate milkshakes," Seok said.

"And do the ladies want anything?" Sena asked politely not trusting his friend to have a clue but to have the money.

"Oh, water for me please," Misha said bowing her head to Sena.

"And me, just water. No wait, sparkling water please," Suzie ordered.

"Two sparkling glasses of water," Sena beamed at the waitress. "And don't forget the milkshakes. Make them to go."

The waitress held out her hand for a card. Sena looked at Seok who looked dumb for a second before realising he had to pay and handed his phone over with a sad sigh. She held it to her tablet and handed it back to Seok after a nod.

"T-money just goes poof," Seok mumbled.

After of few minutes of idle chat the drinks arrived. Suzie was busy asking questions about herself and Misha was just happy to listen, nod and smile.

Sena grabbed the two milkshakes and stood.

"Are you going?" Suzie asked slightly upset.

Sena nodded, "I have a hot date with a real beauty!" He said beaming genuinely for the first time.

Both the girls looked upset, Sena seemed happy to be going on a hot date and they were sitting right there. What were they? Chopped liver?

Suzie pouted, and after Sena stalked out of earshot Hyuk saw an opportunity, "He's an idiot. I mean, look." He held his palm up and motioned towards Suzie and Misha indicating his disbelief in his friend's judgment.

Seok could hardly agree, in less than ten minutes Sena had brought two beautiful girls to their table who were now happily seated and chatting with him and Hyuk while managing to snare two free milkshakes before leaving to his own hot date.

The man was a genius.
