Uchiha's Butterfly

One year has passed.

To the medic camp barged in a ninja in standard Konoha outfit, on his hands hanged a bloodied body of his friend.

"Please, I need help!" he screamed.

"Fast, get her to the operating table!" answered lead medic.

"No pulse, penetration wound at the heart. Where is Sachi-san?" reported another medic.

"She was called for a meeting, you, get Kaname-san here! Most likely she is in platoon thirteenth tent training. The rest of us will try to keep this lady alive" ordered the leader.

A minute later a young eleven years old teen entered the tent. She grew up a little, her height was reaching almost 152 cm (4ft 11''), her body developing some womanly curves. Her shoulder-length black hair was right now being curled by her hand, she finished by pinning the hair together with a senbon creating a ponytail unveiling her face.

"What's the situation on the patient Hichigoro-san?" Kaname asked swiftly joining in the operation.

"Her heart was penetrated by a blade, I sent someone for the new heart for the transplantation. Are you able to transplant it? I know your mother is skillful enough to do it."

"Yes, she taught me. Is there anyone who can stop the bleeding when I cut out the damaged heart?" without an answer she continued, "okay, I will do it alone. The rest of you keep using the <Mystic Palm> to keep pumping the blood to her brain"

After half an hour of operation, Kaname's hand started to release electric sparks, she put her hand near the silent heart restarting it with a loud *ba-bump*, saving another life.

"Phew… finished. I leave stitching her up to you Hichigoro-san"

"Damn, only training for a year and you are almost as fast as your mother Kaname-chan. Good job!"

"Is Kaname Uchiha here?" someone from the front of the medical tent called.

"Thank you Hichigoro-san, it seems I'm needed elsewhere. Bye-bye"

Leaving the tent Kaname noticed a Chūnin looking for her.

"You are looking for me, how can I help?" she asked him.

"You're called to the meeting in the command tent, it's urgent"

"*Sigh* Okay, I'm on my way, thank you" Kaname flickered away using <Shunshin no Jutsu>.

"Oh! Kana-chan, come on in!" Jiraya said, seeing Kaname appear near the command tent.

"Hi, Little Butterfly, how was your day?"

"Hi, mommy, nothing new, just now I transplanted my tenth organ. You will see, one day I will be faster at it than you!"

"Hahaha, you're already better than I was your age, you only need experience. Now, we have got a problem. I will let Jiraya-san talk"

"Thanks, Sachi-san. Our medic troops on the west frontline were decimated, with lack of overall healing our losses started to pile up in the war with Iwagakure. We discussed sending a detached group of our medics, but we lack medical ninjas…"

"Okay, I see where this is going. You want me to go west and help them? No problem, but you understand what I think about staying behind the frontlines and waiting on my a.s.s for the wounded? I'm a frontline ninja, instead of waiting for my friends to get killed, I would prefer to not let them get any wounds whatsoever."

"But what about Iryōnin rules that Tsunade-hime created?" asked Jiraya.

"Sorry, Jiraya-san, I know them by heart and I care only for the first one. With all due respect, she created three rules that don't allow any medics to fight, then she added the fourth rule excluding only herself from abiding them. I call BS' on that" Kaname replied.

"Hahaha, I hope you two never meet" laughed out the Sannin.

"Can I take a team with me, or I can take only medical ninjas?"

"You can take whoever you want Little Squirt. We will give you a command of fifteen medics. You should get ready, in an hour the medic team will be waiting for you. Please be careful out there"

"Thanks, Aniki, If they want to I will take my old team and Yugao-chan, four of us should be able to safely escort the medics"

"Kana-chan, if you find my boyfriend hug him from me will you? Don't forget about bringing all those seals we created"

"Okay, aunty Kushina. Love you all, see you later" Kaname said her goodbyes, hugging her family and Jiraya.

Kaname ran to platoon 13 tent looking for her friends.

"Maki, Yugao! I need your help," she said noticing her friends sparring, "First things first, where is Take-kun?"

"Most likely sleeping, what do you need?"

"I have a mission and need to go-"

"We're in!" Maki and Yugao said in a chorus.

"Well, that went easier than expected… I'm to go to the western front, are you sure you want to go?"

"Yeah, we're not leaving you alone. It always ends up with you in critical condition. I will go find our specialist of cloud-watching and start preparing"

"Hehe, this time I'm the lead medic. Let's hope nothing bad happens. I have to go to the medic tent to get my equipment. Meet me in 50 minutes west of the camp"

"*Sigh* She had to jinx it, didn't she? I will talk with Genma." sighed Yugao seeing Kaname running away.

Kaname entered the tent only to see Fugaku Uchiha with four-year-old Itachi looking at the wounded and dying comrades.

"Hello, Fugaku-sama. What are you doing here with your son?"

"Not your business"

Kaname's eye twitched, 'Oh really?' she thought.

"With all due respect, Fugaku-sama does Mikoto-sama know you took her four-year-old son to the frontlines?"

"Silence! Uchiha Elder Cou-"

"Yeah, will they protect you from spending the rest of your life sleeping on a sofa?"

That froze the Uchiha Clan Leader. Kaname crouched next to the scared little boy with tears in his eyes.

"*Shh* There is nothing scary here, big sister will protect you. Now go with your father home to your mommy, ok?" Kaname whispered and hugged him.

"Hn" he answered.

"Oh come on… say: yes, oneesan"

"H- Yes oneesan," Itachi said with a shadow of a smile.

"I will remember this!" Fugaku said with anger in his voice and left the tent, Kaname waved goodbye to the boy that looked her way before he left.

After ten minutes, Kaname packed every medical supply she might need to special storage seals she crafted. They respond only to her chakra, have more space in them than the standard storage seals, while the seal was four times smaller than normal. Kushina always said her eyes are cheats, but Kaname only understood how much she could do with them after she created her seals. Every brushstroke was perfect, every hand movement was precise, every seal she created was identical and without any defects. If she would want to, she could open a shop selling seals and make a fortune.

(AN: I read many naruto ff's, when MC has Sharingan, almost every author forgets it's like having a bloody xerox in your eyes. Why not use it?!)

Kaname found her friends waiting for her outside the camp.

"Hi, Kaname, are you the leader? What's the plan and what are we doing? I had a nice dream and this troublesome woman had to wake me up"

"Sup Take-kun. I'm to lead the medic team in creating a new working hospital on the western frontline. For now, we must escort them there, any good plans for how to get there safely in your head?"

"Let's just avoid the Sound Country as far as possible, I don't want a repeat of our last near visit," he said.

And here comes the medic" Kaname said seeing a small platoon of white-clothed medics coming their way.

"These colors, they are troublesome…"

"Hahaha, you know how those medics are Takeshi, they aren't frontline fighters, so they don't need to hide" Maki replied.

"Yeah, instead, with those white clothes they paint a big shiny target on themselves outside their safe walls" Yugao added.

"Don't worry, if something happens I have a crap ton of explosives and other seals, hahaha" laughed out Kaname

"Let's go!" Kaname said, leading the escort south-west.
