The Rise Of True Magic

So far, the territory has been running smoothly. The Agriculture sector is progressing well under Allen's supervision. The food shortage has been resolved due to the construction of greenhouses and making use of vertical farming has increased production and reduced labor costs. The usage of magic to increase the ability of the Nitrogen Fixing bacteria to increase soil fertility has made it easy to enhance the growth of the plants to get a greater yield. The production of the Agriculture sector needs to increase its production output to meet the demand of the growing population.

As the population continues to grow the demand for food continues to increase. If the food is not meet there would be dreadful consequences as the territory is currently using the primitive method of exchanging food for labor. No matter how understanding the people might appear they will riot eventually if they not given food to eat.

Barov despite his faults has increased the work efficiency of the construction section, therefore, they should complete the basic layout of the town before the deadline. Every one of the residences has already been allocated flats to live in the apartments block regardless of how much they demanded a house of their own in the housing residential block. The Commercial Block will soon be finished by next spring therefore he has until then to stabilize the economy.

Garen has managed to train 20 Level 1 Magician who had to temporarily halt there training due to a lack of an Elemental Secret Art, but that problem was solved by Garen and Fernandus who decided to contribute some of the Top Tier Secret Art they had come across their travels.

While Garen contributed the Sword Elemental Spirit Art to train Battle Magi. The most difficult to train are battle magi because they must not only achieve a basic mastery over the sword but must also have a skillful command over their magic. After careful considerations, it was decided to equally divide them into four groups.

These 20 people will be the pillar of the territory in the future, therefore, they have to be carefully nurtured by both fire and blood, therefore they must clench their teeth and bear the pain. There is no place of a coward in the Army. Its either you kill or get killed, that is the concept Garen had drilled in them as they faced the pack of the demonic wolves that tried to cross into the territory.

Fernandus contribution has surpassed all three as he had managed to train the entire Agriculture corps into level 1 magicians with a basic command over Agriculture magic but those will good Aptitudes have been awarded by a Secret Art by Roland himself who too had clench his teeth when using the minor merit points, he had just earned to buy the first level of the Secret Arts.
