The Rebirth Of Feng Xi

Feng Xi was out the door quickly, she was a little excited to see these businesses. It had been a long time since she was actually hands on with a company. At present, she had been busy with everything else that she did not even have time to be much involved in what she had going now. She also planned to check out the game company as well. Dai Fen had been handling it all which she felt a little bad about considering his age. 

She also knew that she had to be careful, especially now since Prince Jin was not able to come with her. He had a few other matters to deal with before he could do anything else. But even with all the dangers lurking around her. Feng Xi was still enjoying the free time she had to herself. She took the Qiu Sisters and Mo Luixian with her for bodyguards. She was staying low profile so the car she was in was something you would find on the road any day of the week. Except this car was highly reinforced and could even withstand the impact of a missile strike. 

Feng Xi looked out the window at the people walking to and fro. The streets were bustling showing good signs of a rising economy. This was good news for Feng Xi, this meant more money for her down the road. The tall buildings overhead rose high into the sky. In her past life, she had driven up and down this road many times. But this was the first time she was on it for herself and no one else. The money she was making now was not for Tang Zhi and his family but for her and only her. 

The car pulled up in front of a tall building where Feng Xi was to meet Dai Fen. She took out a baseball cap and a pair of large framed sunglasses and put them on. She got out of the car with the help of the Qiu Sisters and walked towards the building entrance. Each one was dressed for the occasion. The Qiu sisters both wore dress suits and Mo Luixian also wore a suit and carried a briefcase. Feng Xi was the only one in regular clothes, but the aura she gave off was still very noble yet cold. 

When Feng Xi entered the building she was surprised to see that the first floor was rather luxurious. But that was not surprising when there were quite a few high end businesses within this building. She herself was headed to the tenth floor. Once she arrived she was welcomed by a few familiar faces from her mercenary group. Once they saw her they greeted her respectfully and led her to a meeting room that Dai Fen was in. 

When she opened the door and walked in, she saw Dai Fen sitting at a table that circled the whole room with another older gentleman that was in his forties to fifties. They both stood up seeing Feng Xi walk in. Once the older gentleman saw Feng Xi though, his brow furrowed as he looked at her. He quickly turned towards Dai Fen disp.l.e.a.s.u.r.e written all over his face as he asked: "Are you joking? I thought I would be meeting with some big shot from the way you talked but this is just a little girl!" 

"Humph! What do you know! You're stuck selling your business because you can't even run it correctly, but this girl can make it grow into a multi billion dollar industry!" Dai Fen became furious as he retorted the older gentleman.

"Don't fight, let me see the papers." Feng Xi did not want to waste time on petty arguments. She wanted to get down to business and nothing else.

Dai Fen and the older gentleman both quickly stopped arguing. Feng Xi aura made them feel as if they were in the presence of an empress. They dared not speak anymore in order to not cause her to be angered further. Dai Fen quickly handed a folder of doc.u.ments over to Feng Xi who then began looking through them without saying a word. 

She looked through them a few times over within fifteen minutes to make sure she did not miss anything before placing them down on the table. She looked over at the older gentleman and frowned before asking: "Are you an idiot?" 

This simple question caused the older gentleman's face to turn red in anger. " Look, little girl, I don't know where you come from but you can't just come in here and call people names! You need to respect your eld..."

"Stop!" Feng Xi raised her hand, cutting the older gentleman off. "Ye Chen was it? Look at these papers and tell me where you are not an idiot!" Feng Xi took the papers in her hand and tossed them at Ye Chen. she had gotten his names from these same papers.

 "Each one of these investments over the past ten years was all mediocre at best! Most of which turned no profit. It looks more like you are a loan shark than an investment firm! No, wait... Loan sharks actually make money! In the past three years, you have not even made a single dime! You are one hundred percent an idiot through and through! On top of that, you want to sell this business that is not profitable for almost half a billion!? I have to ask, have you been drinking? Because your train of thought is that of a drunkard! You are basically trying to sell this business so you can live free and clear for the rest of your life. But let me tell you this, your company is not even worth more than a single yuan!" Feng Xi was angered beyond belief! She did not think she would be dragged out to look at a company that was nothing more than a name without any meat! 

She turned and glared at Dai Fen as she asked: "Grandpa Dai why did you make me meet such an idiot!? "
