The Rebirth Of Feng Xi

Chapter 33 - Switching Tests!

Song Xinya made sure the invigilator sat right next to Feng Xi to make sure she did not cheat. Feng Xi had already planned to have someone watching her take the test, to prove that she never cheated in the first place. So this worked out for her perfectly.

"Listen up! The first test is Math. It will go over everything you learned for the past few years and there is also a bonus question that is based on stuff we have not gone over yet. You have one hour! Points deducted if you do not show your work." Song Xinya looked at Feng Xi and sneered. 'I can't wait to see your crying face when you end up last in the grade once again! You will be begging me to let you stay!'

After all the tests were passed out, Sing Xinya looked at the clock and started the timer. "You may begin!"

Feng Xi picked up her pencil and began writing down answers. When she saw the question she could only laugh at how easy they were. Question after question including her work on how it was solved, was quickly written down on the paper. The invigilator's eyes opened wide as he saw how fast Feng Xi was. He could tell just from looking that her answers were right! The weird thing was, on her desk, was only a test paper and her pencil, nothing else! And her other hand was always visible it was impossible for her to have cheated!

In no time at all her math test was finished. She signed her name to it and handed it over to the invigilator to hand in. After which she laid her head down to rest until the next exam. Song Xinya saw Feng Xi's actions, she had been watching Feng Xi from start to finish and couldn't help but laugh on the inside. Only fifteen minutes had passed and she was already done!

Song Xinya's smug look did not last long when the invigilator brought over the test and she looked at the fully answered exam paper with all the work on how to solve each question neatly written. Song Xinya was stunned; she quickly matched it up to the answer sheet and became even more stunned! 'How!? How did she do it!? She had to have cheated!' But when she looked at the invigilator who shook his head knowing what she was thinking, Song Xinya became speechless!

Feeling slightly nervous, Song Xinya decided to wait to see how the next few tests went. But each test was the same, fifteen minutes in and Feng Xi was done. Every answer was filled out and beautifully written. Sweat dripped down Song Xinya's forehead. She did not want to call Feng Xi auntie for the rest of the year! Thinking to herself she decided to secretly pull out some blank test papers and change them with Feng Xi's and toss her real test papers in the trash.

Feng Xi saw some movement on Song Xinya's side and sneered. 'Oh, Song Xinya. Oh, Song Xinya. Do you think that exchanging my papers will help you win this bet.' She turned her head and singled to Ru'er with a hand single that they had come up with earlier just in case. Ru'er suddenly got up out of her seat and walked over to Song Xinya's desk. Song Xinya was to busy trying to exchange test papers to notice Ru'er reaching down and taking out each of the test papers Song Xinya had just thrown away.

"Teacher Song, why are my Young Miss's test papers in the trash?" Ru'er's voice was extremely loud causing everyone to look up from their test.

Song Xinya was given a start not understanding when this young lady appeared. When she saw Fing Xi's completed test papers in the little girl's hands her face paled as she screamed out. "Give me those, now!"

"But these are the test papers that my Young Miss just finished working on. Why are they in the trash?" Ru'er's eyes were full of confusion as she looked at the test papers that were clearly her Young Miss's and refused to hand them over.

"Little girl you are nothing more than a servant, give those back now or I will punish you on behalf of your master." Song Xinya roared. She got up from her seat and reached out to try to snatch the test papers back only to have Ru'er jump back and run over to Feng Xi.

"Young Miss! As you thought, Teacher Song tried to get rid of your test papers." Ru'er spoke so everyone could hear her words.

"Oh? Teacher Song, did you really try to switch out my test papers?" Feng Xi had just finished her test and handed it to the invigilator who was about to turn it over to Song Xinya. But hearing what was going on he stopped and held the paper in his hands.

The invigilator looked Song Xinya up and down and frowned. "Teacher Song what is the meaning of this?"

"They are speaking nonsense!" Song Xinya yelled out. She would never admit she was switching Feng Xi's test papers out.

Ru'er handed the papers in her hand to the invigilator and said: "I pulled these out of the trash."

The invigilator's face turned black and he promptly walked over to Song Xinya's desk and picked up the stacks of test flipping through them, stopping when he saw Feng Xi's name. He pulled out the test paper that was completely blank and his expression turned cold. Song Xinya was to slow to stop him!

"Continue the test! Feng Xi and Feng Xi's servant, Song Xinya, come with me!" The invigilator walked out of the class. Feng Xi shrugged her shoulders and followed after him with Ru'er in tow.

Song Xinya's face was pale as she turned around and walked slowly behind the others. She knew she was done for. She wished she just accepted the fact that Feng Xi was truly a hidden genius that didn't care to show off. She wondered why Feng Xi was only now coming forward with her talents. She also cursed her friend for asking her to get Feng Xi expelled. Who would expel a student who can take a test and get every answer correct!? Song Xinya had lots of regrets at this time.
