The Rebirth Of Feng Xi

As soon as Feng Xi walked into the pavilion that her class was being held, all eyes were on her. She had expected as much since she was officially engaged to Prince Jin. None of this mattered though since she never planned to stay under the radar. She would show everyone her skills and what she was capable of. She slowly walked over to her seat and sat down. Ru'er took a folding chair out of the bag she had on her back and set it down to sit next to Feng Xi.

Feng Xi could hear the whispering around her. There were many kinds of gazes on her as well. Some full of interest, some full of curiosity, and some that were filled with hate. But she did not let any of this bother her as she laid her head down on her desk to rest. But some people in the class couldn't take it anymore and walked over to her.

Fan Ming, one of the most beautiful noble girls in the capital who was thought to have been a perfect match for Prince Jin, walked over and stood in front of Feng Xi's desk. Her arms were crossed over her c.h.e.s.t and she had a mocking grin on her face. "Feng Xi, do not get full of yourself! His Highness Prince Jin only finds you slightly interesting and will dump you soon."

Feng Xi raised her head and looked at the girl in front of her. Then lowered it back down only leaving a few words. "If you're so confident then go see if Prince Jin will lay in bed with you."

Fan Ming's face turned red with anger and embarrassment! If she were to do such a thing she would be risking her own life! She looked down at the peacefully resting Feng Xi and her rage began to rise. Her hate grew even more as she raised her hand getting ready to slap Feng Xi. Feng Xi who was resting could figure out what was about to happen and without opening her eyes said: "If you do it, be prepared for what will happen afterward. You might end up worse than my dear little sister that I disciplined yesterday."

Fan Ming's hand froze mid air as she remembered the rumors she had heard about Feng Xi ruthlessly beating her sister Feng Lan, only leaving her with a string of life left to hold on to. Fan Ming lowered her hand and snorted. "Don't be full of yourself Fen Xi!"

"Bring it on any time but for now leave me alone. I would like to rest before the test starts." Feng Xi said lazily. You could tell she did not put Fan MIng in her eyes at all. Fan Ming's hands curled up into a fist. She wanted nothing more than to bash Feng Xi up! Prince Jin was supposed to be her man! How did this s.l.u.t even enter Prince Jin's eyes!?

At that moment Song Xinya walked over and saw the raging Fan Ming and Feng Xi who was resting completely ignoring the girl in front of her. She walked right over and slapped the desk with her hand. "This is a class, not a hotel! Feng Xi, I think you of all people should be reviewing for the upcoming test because if your score is lowest in the grade again, I will bring up expulsion with the school board."

Feng Xi finally raised her head and looked at Song Xinya and let out a laugh. "Oh? Expelled, then let's bet teacher Song. If I get first place in the grade you will…. Let's see… Ahh, I know... You will have to call me auntie for the rest of the year, if I come in last I will quit school immediately, and if I am not last or first the bet is off."

Everyone looked at Feng Xi strangely. It was well known that Feng Xi had the worst grades in the school. There were even times where she had even turned in blank test papers. With her making such a bet, how could they not look at her mockingly?

"Is she stupid? With her grades, she will have to quit school for sure!"

"I can not believe Prince Jin would like such a stupid girl. Once she ends up last once again I bet she will not only be forced to leave school but also dumped by Prince Jin."

"I bet she is just like her sister opening her legs for any man. How else would she be able to get Prince Jin's attention."

Feng Xi heard these comments and took note of each and every person who said something they should not have. She would not let anyone degrade her in this life. Once she had the money she could not only ruin said person but their whole family as well.

Song Xinya looked at Feng Xi and a big mocking smile formed on her face. "Fine but to make sure you do not cheat, someone will sit there and watch you take the test. If you do so happen to come in first, I will call you my aunt for the rest of the year. If you are last I hope you do not come begging me to let you stay in school!"

Feng Xi nonchalantly waved her hand for Song Xinya to leave as she said smugly. "Hurry up and start class so this great aunt can hear you call her auntie!"

Song Xinya wanted to slap that smug look off of Feng Xi's face! "Just do not regret this!"

"Don't worry Little Xinya, your auntie will make you proud!" The people in the class couldn't help but laugh at Feng Xi's words. They could see the confidence in her eyes so some had a feeling that maybe, just maybe, Feng Xi' would pull it off.

Song Xinya went to the front of the class stomping her feet in rage. She knew she couldn't do anything to Feng Xi outright due to Prince Jin being her backing, but with this bet, there would be no way for Prince Jin to do anything. She really couldn't wait for Feng Xi to come in last and have to leave school. Only then could she keep her promise to her friend.
