UwooOng!

A pulse was sent out with Myeonghu as the starting point, hitting all the nearby Giant Wolves.

Thud! Thud! Thud!

They all collapsed and he went ahead and collect their items.

-You have obtained the Red Blood of the Giant Wolf.

-You have obtained the Claws of the Giant Wolf.

-You have obtained the Red Blood of the Giant Wolf.

.

.

.

-You have obtained the Fang of the Giant Wolf.

After making sure that he had got it all, he opened up his inventory to tally it all up.

“Sweet!”

He couldn’t help but cry excitedly as he saw all the items stacks in his inventory.

“I can still take on a few more!”

He then closed his inventory and waited for the next wave of wolves to appear. It didn’t take long for him to hear some sounds coming from the forest.

‘They must be here.’

“Huh? What’s happened here?”

Startled, Myeonghu looked to see who had spoken, since it certainly couldn’t have been the Giant Wolves.

“…!”

Upon catching sight of the man, panic began to set in. He had an impressive stature and well built muscles. Long silver hair drooped down past his shoulders, while his perfect face exuded an air of nobility.

‘Is that the Boss?’

Upon seeing him, he somehow knew it to be true.

“Was it you? The one who killed my children?”

“…”

Naturally Myeonghu wasn’t going to answer since his last statement all but confirmed that he was indeed the Boss monster.

‘How could I be so unlucky… always running into the Bosses.’

Hopefully it was just a coincidence that he had arrived here. If he were to also be joined by a pack of Giant Wolves, Myeonghu would surely lose his life here once more.

“Hey you! What’s wrong, don’t you understand me?”

Myeonghu looked up to meet his gaze, while the man patiently awaited his answer.

However Myeonghu simply proceeded to take out a Bleeding Elixir and Superior Health potion. from his inventory. Seeing that he was ignored, his smile quickly transformed into a scowl.

“Who do you think you are!”

The stranger ran towards him, demonstrating an Agility superior even to that of the Giant Wolves.

Pak!

In mere moments he had appeared before Myeonghu as he punched him hard in the stomach, sending him flying through the air.

Bang!

His momentum was only halted when he rammed into a tree, splintering it apart. Myeonghu quickly got up and checked his Health.

‘Huh?’

He couldn’t help but be surprised. Considering the strength of the blow he had thought he’d suffered a huge loss, but that wasn’t the case.

‘Just 1,000?’

It was even less that a slash from the Giant Wolves.

‘It should be the Boss… right?’

He was beginning to doubt his original analysis.

“You bastard!”

He looked really upset. Myeonghu watched as the man approached, but realised that despite it being fast, it was still at a level that he could react to.

‘Judging it solely on its speed… it should be a Boss.’

Its Agility was so incredibly that one could only think of it as a Boss, but the problem was that it did no damage. Its hit was so weak that he still had his doubts.

‘If its damage is so low, his Agility should be even higher to compensate.’

If a Boss were to have such low Strength, then their speed should be at a level which he couldn’t at all react to. Although he was indeed fast, it wasn’t too exaggerated, which led Myeonghu to doubt his identity.

Myeonghu walked towards the man and muttered under his breath.

“Quake Strike.”

White light began to gather on his fist.

“Oooh!”

Seeing it as a theatrical display, the man acted surprised as he kept up his nonchalant demeanor.

Bang! UwooOng!

Now that he was in range, Myeongu struck the ground, causing it to tremble and the usual majestic sound to ring out.

“Whoa!”

The man was sent flying into the air, and Myeonghu watched him fall down in anticipation.

“Oh!”

However contrary to his expectations,he expertly performed a flip in midair and landed on his two feet. The main damage dealer for Quake Strike was the fall damage, but this would be negated if the opponent managed to avoid falling. The actual damage dealt by the force which threw the enemy into the air was a meager 5,000 points of damage.

“What a strange skill.”

The man smiled as he spoke to him. Meanwhile, Myeonghu was busy trying to come up with a way to deal with this relaxed opponent of his.

‘Should I try Sacrificial Explosion?’

Even if he had great Agility, there was simply no way that he could outrun the pulse which was emitted by the skill.

“I will be going first then!”

However it was the man’s hands which began to turn a dangerous red color, causing alarm bells to start ringing.

As he saw the man take a decisive step towards him, Myeonghu quickly moved to the side.

Swoosh!

He had just barely dodged the attack by moving early upon anticipating it, but the follow up wasn’t something he could avoid. Instead he chose to counter.

“Sacrificial Explosion!”

Pak!

UwooOng!

Just as the man’s punch landed on him, a pulse was emitted from Myeonghu which inevitably struck the assailant, causing a frown to form on his face as he retreated. Myeonghu took the chance to take a look at his HP.

‘…5,000?’

He had lost 5,000 from a single strike. He looked up and saw that the man’s hands were still glowing red.

‘He’s definitely the Boss Monster.’

Myeonghu saw that the man was still frowning in displeasure, and decided it was his turn to be the one attacking as he rushed towards him.

“Just what are you hoping to achieve with such a miserable speed?”

The man called out to Myeonghu arrogantly as he too charged, instantly narrowing the distance between them.

Swoosh!

Myeonghu punched out but he was easily able to duck it, while landing his own blow with his fiery red hands.

Pak!

Checking his health, he saw that he had just lost another 5,000.

At least he was relieved to see that the damage dealt hadn’t increased. Seeing another of his red fists fly towards him, he likewise punched out.

“Looks like you wont be able to land a single blow on me!”

The man smiled as he leaned back, dodging the punch then landing one of his own.

Pak!

However it was at that point that the man froze, obviously he had suffered from the stunning ring’s effect. Myeonghu gathered himself as he formed a fist.

“One Punch!”

It was an incredibly overpowered skill which would make a punch deal X10 as much damage. He hadn’t used it so far because it was simply overkill to use it on monsters that would anyways die to a single one of his blows. This super punch landed on its stomach.

Bang!

“Ugh!”

Just as the blow landed, the man was released from the stunned effect and he retreated from Myeonghu at full speed.

Gone was his previous arrogance, as his face contorted in pain. Myeonghu rushed towards him but the man refused to engage as he fled once more.

“Get away!”

Myeonghu however wanted to press his advantage, so he kept chasing him down.

‘Should I use Rushed Strike?’

He was able to strike him within a 10 meter range, so he was debating whether to use it. He finally shook his head deciding to keep it as an ace up his sleeve.

“Stop chasing me!”

He was clearly annoyed of being chased down by what he considered to be an inferior existence. He extended his red fist, but his body was still in pain so his movements were slower.

Pak!

His red fist landed, but the stun option didn’t appear. He naturally was still able to avoid Myeonghu’s punch with ease.

“Ha ha!”

He clearly felt much better after having gotten his revenge, so he punched out once more with his red fist. On Myeonghu’s end however, he didn’t even bother trying to dodge since it didn’t cause that much damage, instead he punched out himself.

Pak!

The moment his fist struck, he was once again stunned. This allowed Myeonghu to land a full fledged punch on the man’s face. The stun wore off soon after and he retreated once more.

“You….”

The eyes of the man who had just ran away from Myeonghu burned red with anger.

“You should feel honored to force me to reveal my true form.”

‘True form?’

“Grr..grrr…grrr…”

The man growled as he began to transform. From his skin sprouted long silver fur, while his hands grew larger, each finger equipped with long claws which appeared sharper than even those of the Giant Wolves.

‘Ah, I never expected I’d witness this in person.’

It was the kind of transformation one would see in the movies or in a cartoon. The villain would be transforming, but there was always a weakness, and that was that it would take some time to do so!

“Rushed Strike”

Myeonghu didn’t hesitate to use ‘Rushed Strike’ allowing him to instantly close the distance and attack

“Ugh!”

The man groaned in pain. He wasn’t able to do anything as he was in the middle of his transformation and could only stand there and accept the blows.

“Slash”

“Power Strike”
“Weapon Boom”
“Ahh wait! Agh!”

Myeonghu unleashed all of his skills upon him, on this beast which was no longer human, but a Werewolf with shiny silver fur. Seeing the change, he knew that his transformation would soon be over.

“I’ll kill you for this!”

The werewolf opened its jaws as it gnarled angrily.

“One Punch!”

Myeonghu however had no time to listen to it as the skill had just come off cooldown.

Bang!

“Gah!”

Having suffered from the skill once more, the werewolf cried out in pain. Myeonghu didn’t relent though, raining down more punches.

“Idiot… transforming in the middle of a fight…”

Just as the Werewolf had finished its transformation and began to stumble backwards, Myeonghu finally let up.

Thud!

It fell down to the ground, resulting in a slew of messages.
