Myeonghu couldn’t help but be surprised upon hearing Tilto bring up the Giant Wolf.

‘Is it the same Giant Wolf?’

“A Giant Wolf. If the Monstrous Foxes claws are said to be as hard as steel, then the Giant Wolf’s Claws are those that can cut right through steel. So…”

Tilto was hesitated a bit, before finally continuing.

“Can you go and get me 30 Giant Wolf Claws?”

Five people were gathered in a small meeting room at the ‘ MyeongKyeong’ head office, the creators of the virtual reality game ‘Legend’. The five of them were discussing the balance of the game.

“I think that these kinds of things need to be fixed.

“Right, I also agree that it needs to be adjusted soon.”

“Alright.”

Three people spoke their opinion while the other two listened.

‘Huuu…’

Kim Moowoong, who was among the ones listening, let out a inner sigh as he looked at those speaking.

‘It isn’t nearly as easy as they make it sound…’

If he could change something so easily, he naturally would. The problem was that changing once thing would affect everything else, like a sort of butterfly effect.

“That’s all on my end.”

“Me too.”

The three who were discussing seemed to be finished and Kim Moowoong was glad that it would soon come to an end.

“Ok, let’s end things here for today.”

Kim Moowoong got up from his chair and left the room. Jang Mooyeol who was the other one who was silently listening followed him out.

“Ha…what the…”

Jang Muyeol muttered to himself, but it was loud enough for others to hear.

Kim Moowoon looked around to see if other had heard his voice, but luckily everyone had already left. Kim Moowoong and Jang Muyeol briefly exchanged a look before as Moowoong retorted

“Hey,keep your voice down. It would be big trouble if somebody were to hear you.”

“Is it wrong? Shit, are we some kind of fairy that we could just wave a wand and stuff magically fixes itself?”

Jang Muyeol complained with a much softer voice than before, while Kim Moowoong smiled.

Suddenly a man came running towards them. After stopping in front, he was still panting from having run so much, and was unable to speak right away. Kim looked at him worriedly and said

“Take your time and catch your breath, what’s so important?”

“Ha… it’s…ha…that.”

The man who had trouble speaking tried to answer.

“I am not sure whether or not it’s serious.”

“…What?”

Judging by the manner that he ran here, would be strange for it not be something urgent.

“What do you mean? Tell me exactly what happened?”

The guy took a deep breath and then continued.

“Well… hadn’t you told me to monitor that? You told me that there was no need to look at it for another 3 to 4 months, but I checked it today out of curiosity. There were 2 black code that appreared. Last time you told me if an Black, White or Red code were to appear, I would need to notify you immediately.

“…What?”

“…!”

Hearing the news Kim Moowoong and Jang Muyeol’s expressions instantly hardened.

‘Ridiculous!’

Kim Moowoong wasn’t able to believe it.

‘Those skills have already been found? And two of them?’’

The company used several special codes such as white, black, red and blue. Among them the color black was used to designate skills. They both turned to look at eachother.

Immediately they took off running, needing to verify with their own two eyes if the black code had actually been activated.

The majestic sound rang out.

Aoo?

15 Aqua Wolves were sent flying into the air, then plopped back down as corpses.

Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!

They hit the ground like the beating of a thunderous drum, never to rise up again.

Myeonghu casually walked over to collect his loot.

-You have obtained the Pelt of an Aqua Wolf.

-You have obtained the Fangs of an Aqua Wolf.

-You have obtained the Liver of an Aqua Wolf.

“Huu, I think picking up the items is harder than the actual hunting.”

They had dropped 15 items, one each so it was quite tiresome to collect them all.

“I can’t possibly give up on any of them.”

Even if he were to have collected enough items, he couldn’t possibly leave any behind. Myeonghu continued to complain as he went around to find another pack of them.

“Should have to catch at least one two more groups.

He currently had 41 Livers in his inventory. The quest required 50 of them so he only had 9 left.

Aooo!

It didn’t take him too long to find another pack.

Uwoong!

He once again used his Quake Strike to send them flying into the air.

‘What an awesome skill.’

He thought to himself as he saw the Aqua Wolves plummet to the ground. It was so convenient that he almost felt a bit bad hunting them so easily.

Thud! Thud! Thud! Thud!

“Let’s go.”

He immediately set out to pick up the items with a practiced hand.

“Ugh!”

Myeonghu had an ugly expression after tallying it all up.

“How could there be just one missing?”

He had just obtained 8 livers form this pack, plus the 41 in his inventory brought him to 49, just one short of the required 50.

“Fuuu”

Myeonghu let out a deep sigh before returning to find traces of the Aqua Wolves. It didn’t take him too long to find another pack and he quickly dispatched them in the same fashion.

“Good, I’ve got enough now.”

After gathering all the look he opened up the quest page.

Ga Dogu, the Chief and Doctor of Himise is experimenting with a new recipe and requires a lot of raw material. However it would be too time consuming for him to do it himself. Go out and gather the required materials for Ga Dogu!

Myeonghu smiled as he reached into his inventory and took out a fang, however it was different from those dropped by the Aqua Wolves.

<Fang Key>

Fang of the Great Wolf King which open the way to their Forest. It is unlike a regular one of its fangs as it is imbued with magic.

It was a fang from a Great Wolf King.

“I was pretty lucky.”

On his way to hunt the Aqua Wolves he had met up with Walcha and Luna in the wolves’ habitat. They had been grinding there in order to collect enough Wolf claws, and would hunt the Great Wolf King whenever it respawned.

He had taken the chance to ask them if it had dropped a key similar to the Claw Key, and Walcha quickly responded.

“I don’t need it, here you have it.”

And he had tossed it over to him.

“Onwards!”

He no longer had any materials he could collect here, so he left the Aqua Wolves’ forest and headed to the wolve’s area.
