He was already planning on hunting the Great Fox King, so he had no reason to refuse.

“Yes, I’ll retrieve them for you.”

[You have accepted the Quest.]

He then left the shop with a wide smile on his face as he stared at the knuckle braces in his hand.

“Let’s wear them!”

He swapped out his Solid Iron Sword and stowed it in his inventory as he grasped an Icy Knuckle Brace in each hand. He then went on to take a look at his character page.

Strength: 2130(+25) Agility: 25(+10) Stamina: 17 Intelligence: 10 Wisdom: 11

“I’ve only lost a bit of Strength, but the result is quite noticeable.”

His previous sword granted him a +5 Strength option, however now that it was gone, it represented a total loss of 50 Strength and 1000 Health.

“In the end items with Strength bonuses are super important…”

No matter how good an option might appear, if it didn’t synergize well with your build, then that item didn’t work well for you.

This was by no means to say that The Solid Iron Sword was better that the Icy Knuckle Braces, since there options were completely different and hard to compare. Although the knuckle braces didn’t provide any bonus Strength, their Ice attribute along with the option to stun nearby enemies were very attractive.

“Could I hunt it now?”

His mind returned to the Great Fox King which had plagued him for so long. However all his doubts had now been dispelled and after his new weapon purchase, he was more confident than ever.

“Just what are my current quests? I’ve been going through so many that I can’t recall them.”

With a sudden surge of curiosity, he closed his Character page and pulled up his Quests.

“They all require me to hunt the Great Fox King.”

Although the quest items required were all different, they could only be obtained by catching his old nemesis.

“Lets go!”

He quickly closed his Quest window and excitedly made his way out of town, only to be suddenly struck by a thought which caused him to stop advancing.

‘Can I really complete this before going to sleep?’

He was suddenly reminded of his body’s need to sleep. He had been connected to the game for quite some time, so he might not necessarily be able to quickly hunt the Great Fox King.

‘I have no idea how long it might take.’

Last time around he had been lucky, or rather unlucky to have chanced upon it, but its roaming area was quite large and it was difficult to find.

‘It would be a good idea to get some sleep first.’

Having made up his mind, Myeonghu went to his settings and chose to logout.

[Have a pleasant day]

* * * *

He let out a huge yawn as he exited the capsule, craning his neck to look at the clock hanging on the wall. It was 2am and he was glad to have left the game as he collapsed on his bed tiredly.

“Six hours of sleep should be plenty.”

Myeonghu muttered to himself as he set his alarm and shut his eyes.

Beep! Beep!

“Ugh!”

His sweet dreams were rudely interrupted by the invasive sound of the alarm. He struggled to open his eyes and look at the time.

‘Already huh…’

Crawling out of bed, he stood up a strength his lethargic body, as he turned off the alarm and headed towards the bathroom.

“Ah, feels nice.”

After a quick shower he returned to his room to put on a fresh change of clothes, before then going to the kitchen to eat his fill.

Taking out his trusty pot, he began to boil his ramen as if it were second nature.

“Hm…eating ramen, it’s been three days in a row now.”

He muttered himself while looking at the boiling ramen. He had been playing this game for the past 3 days, living the has same routine. Play, sleep, shower, eat, then play some more and repeat.

“Oh well.”

Within minutes he finished his bowl of ramen and was back in his room.

“Let’s get started!”

He shouted excitedly as he headed towards the capsule, his mind dead set on hunting the Great Fox King. However on his way his gaze settled on his desk and dusty computer which he had not used for quite some time.

“It might be a good idea to get some information about the Warrior class first.”

Now that he thought about it, all his preparation had been done for a Mage, and he didn’t know much about being a Warrior.

“Let’s search.”

He slumped into his chair and booted up the computer

It gave a whirring sound but worked fine, as he accessed the official site for ‘Legend’.

“Wow… it’s changed a lot.”

He hadn’t accessed the page in the last three days, but there had been significant changes made to the site, making it much more attractive to users.

“How could it change so much in three days…”

Myeonghu spoke to himself as he went to the forum. There were now countless more articles which had been published by users. Naturally the vast majority of them were complete garbage, but there were still a good number of useful ones if you knew what to look for.

“Let’s restrict the search to Warriors.”

He typed in Warrior in the search box and pressed Enter. The page however was still filled with numerous articles.

“I’ll see it to prioritize those with strong recommendations.

“Oh! A Hidden Class?”

As he sifted through the articles he chanced upon one which mention ad hidden class, so he quickly clicked on it.

Title: A Hidden Warrior Class Appears?

Author: Metros

Good morning everyone, I’ll get right to the point, I was hunting in the Dark Forest with my party, when we came across a solo Warrior completely surrounded by monsters. We ran to help out, but by the time we had arrived he had already finished them all off. We didn’t even have any time to intervene. For strangers which don’t know the map, the Dark Forest is a high level area which require a party of at least six level 30 players in order to hunt safely.

Hope you all enjoy the game!

“Wow… that warrior is no joke.”

That Hidden class certainly appeared to be much stronger than a regular one. Myeonghu then kept searching until he found the article he had been looking for.

Title: Warrior Build [Level 62 Warrior]

Author: Fallen Warrior

Good morning, I’m known as the Fallen Warrior and I’m currently level 62. I’m a Warrior fanatic and have always played this class in past games, creating legends and good builds. However many people have difficulty playing as a Warrior so I wrote this article to help out. I’ll start by explaining the Stats. The most important stats for Warriors are Strength and Stamina. Your first 20 Stats should go into Strength, and then you should split the rest 50-50 between Strength and Stamina.

“Hmm…”

Myeonghu frowned upon finishing the article. Although it sounded like a decent way to build a Warrior, it wasn’t something which corresponded with his current situation. Naturally others didn’t have a skill like Origin of Strength, so he couldn’t follow a regular Warrior’s build.

“I’ll check one more then connect to the game.”

He told himself, but after quickly sifting through another article and finding nothing of particular interest, he turned off the computer and walked into the capsule.
