The girl in black organized her thoughts and began explaining to Leo, “Actually, before I woke up, Vibranium had already existed on Earth for millions of years. As a result, the local plants and animals have been more or less affected by the life essence stored in the Vibranium. Once I gained consciousness, I started experimenting with mutated plants and cultivated the Heart-shaped Herb. Eventually, I discovered a resilient vine plant native to Wakanda, which possessed extraordinary vitality. Using the life essence inherent in Vibranium, I cultivated the initial version of the heart-shaped herb. After several generations of evolution, it grew into the version that Bashenga consumed. Later on, I further improved several versions, and today’s heart-shaped herb represents the ultimate outcome of my cultivation. Its strengthening effect surpasses the version consumed by Bashenga by more than tenfold.”

“Why did you cultivate the herb?” Interrupting, Leo asked.

“Because I wanted to see the outside world!” the girl replied. “When I first gained consciousness, I couldn’t perceive the real world, so I started seeking a solution to this problem. After nearly a thousand years had passed, I finally discovered some viable methods. The life essence contained within the heart-shaped herb is essentially my soul energy. So, when intelligent lifeforms consume the herb and are strengthened by its life essence, their soul frequencies automatically resonate with mine. As long as they lie on the ground, there’s a chance for them to enter my domain and allow me to gain knowledge of the outside world.”

“Just a sec,” Leo suddenly interrupted again. “Are you saying that I currently exist in a state of soul?”

“Yes,” the girl in black nodded.

At last, Leo finally learned how he was communicating with the girl in black. But upon careful consideration, he realized that this knowledge seemed to be of little use.

Thus, he posed another question, “Earlier, you mentioned that the life essence is essentially your soul energy. What does that mean? And why is the power you possess called soul energy?”

“Let me answer your second question first,” the girl in black said.

Pondering for a bit, she answered, “I didn’t really know what to call this power at first. But then I discovered that I could directly communicate with human souls using this power, so I named it ‘soul energy’.”

It was a plain and unremarkable reason, a naming convention devoid of any special meaning. There was nothing to doubt, so Leo nodded slightly to express his acknowledgment.

She continued nonchalantly, “As for why I say the life essence is essentially my soul energy, it’s because Vibranium itself was brought into existence through the power of my soul.”

“Huh?” Leo appeared to have heard something incredulous as his eyes widened suddenly.

“But the history books of Wakanda clearly state that Vibranium is an extraterrestrial meteorite. How did it become something you brought into existence?”

“That’s right, that meteorite is me,” the girl in black said with a solemn expression, leaving Leo utterly astonished.

“After gaining consciousness, I learned that wherever Vibranium extends, it represents the location of my physical body. I can use my soul energy to transmute inanimate objects like rocks and soil into Vibranium. This is the fundamental ability that allows me to claim control over the Earth. All this knowledge is ingrained in my memories. However, I’m not sure what’s happening now. My ability to transmute Vibranium has encountered some issues. I can only transmute Vibranium within the area of Wakanda, and even vertically I can only extend it about twenty kilometers, barely reaching the mantle and not even reaching the Earth’s core. How frustrating!”

Leo was speechless. 

‘Thank goodness you can’t your body any further, or else after fifty thousand years, the Earth would have been consumed by you! The whole world would be Vibranium, and the ecological environment would go ka-boom! It seems that the person who awakened you had great foresight. They must have done something to restrain your goldlike behavior in a timely manner.’ 

Although Leo was thinking this, he couldn’t express it in such a way. He had now how extraordinary this petite girl in black, who claimed to be the Panther God, truly was. She was an existence that could rival the Celestial, Ego!

Thus, he wasn’t willing to delve any deeper into the secrets. He already knew enough and he didn’t want to accidentally provoke the divine girl’s taboos.

Despite appearing to be a harmless and obedient girl, he knew the girl was from being an easy opponent based on what she had just said. If she wanted to kill him, he believed that she had more than one way to do it.

As thoughts circulated in his mind, Leo began to casually chat, “So, the people of Wakanda mine Vibranium every day. Doesn’t that mean they’re drilling holes in you, pulling out your flesh and blood? Does it hurt?”

“No, it doesn’t. The way I exist is different from your carbon-based lifeforms here. I don’t have the concept of pain receptors,” she answered. “Besides, the amount of Vibranium they mine compared to my colossal body is minuscule. If they deplete it, I can just regenerate it. It doesn’t matter to me.”

In reality, the girl didn’t tell the whole truth. She didn’t care about the Vibramiun mined in Wakanda because it wasn’t the core of her body. About twenty kilometers directly below the center of Wakanda, there was a translucent crystalline entity roughly the size of the Erwin Building, pulsating with a rhythmic shimmer of bluish-purple light, as if a heart were beating.

It was the core of the girl in black, her true body. Even the slightest diminishment would cause her excruciating pain, akin to a person losing a piece of flesh.

The vast veins of Vibranium acted like arteries, extending from the core and branching out throughout Wakanda.

However, no matter how naive the girl in black was, she knew that she couldn’t easily reveal the core. Hence, here, for the first time, she lied to Leo. Yet, with countless previous truths to cover her deceit, Leo had no reason to doubt and believed her words.

Then, Leo asked a few more trivial questions to her and she answered them truthfully.

Time passed in such casual conversation, and suddenly, the girl hesitated and asked, “Leo, you don’t have any questions left, right?”

Leo nodded.

“Well, can you listen to me now? I would like to ask for your help,” she said politely.

“Sure, go ahead and tell me.” Leo had a smile on his face, but his mind was racing. He couldn’t afford to refuse the demon lord before him without a valid reason.

While mooching someone might be enjoyable, it also depended on the person you were dealing with.

If Leo listened to the girl spilling countless secrets and then disappeared without a trace, who knows if she would become furious and deliver a powerful blow?

The girl might claim she couldn’t have much influence in the real world, but after hearing so many secrets, he didn’t believe she had no means to go all out. And truthfully, she had ways to deal with him. The only threatening approach she had towards him was to trap his soul in her domain.

Nonetheless, he had already broken the barriers between the real world and the girl’s domain with brute force. So, the girl had no means to trap him anymore. But he was unaware of this.

His cautious nature made him reluctant to take risks, so he decided to listen to what the girl had to say and found out what she needed his help with. If he was capable of helping, he didn’t mind lending a hand.

But if he truly couldn’t…
