The God's Throne

Chapter 19 - A ranked mission

Eria laid on his bed with a bruise all over his body. Due to running for ten straight hours, his legs were cramped and hurt. He could barely lift them, let alone walk; the only way he made it to his dorm was from Yu's assistance. As soon as he had gotten on the bed, he fell asleep.

After a couple of hours, his body healed; it was due to the essence blood of the Golden wolf. Not only did it heal his body, but it also strengthened it by a large margin. Eria felt like a beast as he got control of his body.

"What's this?" Eria slowly opened his eyes to find a soft body pushing him. He realized that he was fumbling on something soft, which made him carry on doing it. As his eyes fully opened and saw a familiar face, his soul nearly flew off.

"Yu. F.u.c.k. I am f.u.c.k.e.d," Eria felt Yu's soft body pushing his exhausted body as she moned from exhaustion. He slowly slid gently, unwrapping his hand from her body. Even as a god, he had never done anything with a girl, so he was frightened to the core. Due to this, he had another name- God of V.i.r.g.i.n.

"Ah, that hurts," a soft voice resounded across Eria's room as Yu gently opened her eyes. As she saw Eria groping her, her rowdy appearance was no longer visible. Instead, a panicked expression surfaced out on her face. Slowly, as anger took over her, she ruthlessly punched Eria in the face.

"Guess I deserve this," Eria sighed as he met the fist with his face. Although she hated him, she still helped him, showing that she had a kind heart. Therefore, he decided not to defend.

"Boom!"

Eria's head broke through the bed and met the floor. He didn't gain any serious injury but rather a small cut over his forehead.

However, due to the sudden deformation of the bed, Yu's body once again pushed Eria; however, harder this time. Eria felt pain, but also softness, so he decided not to complain.

Yu couldn't help but get fl.u.s.tered. She glanced at him with rage and let while saying, "I will eat your bones someday."

Eria got up while shaking his head with confusion. It clearly wasn't his fault, but she still decided to wreak his exhausted body. He laughed for a while but soon after resolved not to think about it.

" I have to level up quickly to catch up to Rin," Eria couldn't help but think about Rin. She was in a better place than him and had probably entered the rank of an elite mage.

He took out the golden lightning crystals and hundred of silver crystals from his pouch. He had gotten a hundred silver crystals as class one discipline.

Suddenly, all of the crystals apart from the two lighting crystals disappeared. They had entered his space pearl, inside of his body. Eria gently held the two crystals and absorbed them with carefulness, providing him with divine energy.

One golden crystal was ten times more potent than a silver crystal, while standard crystal was hundred times potent than golden crystal. Moreover, an elemental crystal held a purified form of energy, so it was dozen of times more potent than the original.

The gentle lightning energy slowly turned into lightning mana inside his body and nourished his bones, tendon, and muscles. He used his self created god technique to absorb the mana. Since he had a god-level cultivation technique and a strong body, the energy was easier to store and control.

Although he wasn't much of a genius, with a reliable god technique, he didn't have to worry about his speed in advancement. His leveling up skill ranked higher than that of a heavenly talent due to the god technique.

After five hours, the crystals in his hands broke as his body was vigorously following with lightning mana. Realizing that his body couldn't control more mana, Eria determined that he had to do some sword training.

He had never used a weapon in his previous life, so he didn't know how to use one. Sword was a weapon of the knights and rarely used by a mage. Mage's weapon was a staff which empowered their every attack. However, sword training was one of the ways leveling up so he decided to get a sword and a sword manual.

It was currently dark outside, but he could hear the insense training going within the dorm. There were plenty of people still training although it was the time of the dark.

Heading slowly at the hour of the night, Eria found himself lost. It seemed as though he needed a map as the academy's building was half a mile long and wide.

After a few minutes of wandering around, he entered a room he was looking for. It was a magical tool workshop with swords, spears, staff, and even puppets in the display.

There were price tags and details of each tool by the side. The information was written in a piece of a large paper, four feet tall and wide.

"High ranked elite sword - Thunder cracking sword. Sparks of thunder flow through the sword with the help of mana or essence crystals.

Price: Hundred golden essence crystals.

Alternative - Heart of a second rank lightning beast(Rank A)"

Eria couldn't help but get discouraged as he saw the price. The sword was work of a high ranked blacksmith but the price was unreasonable. One golden lightning crystal was worth ten golden essence crystal, meaning he had eighty golden essence crystal. He looked at it again and realized that he was reluctant to part with it.

"I will skip the class tomorrow and accept this challenge," Eria sighed while walking towards another weapon.

"High rank ranked weapon - Flame sword. Spitsblue fire each time mana is infused. Strength depends on the quality of mana used.

Price- Fifty silver crystal or five golden crystal

Alternative- Heart of a peak class one magical beast "

He picked the sword slowly, feeling the blazing heat radiating heat coming off it. Although he knew it was a low ranked weapon, he believed it was best among its rank.
