"Who cares? If I happen to really like you I would just kill him as I do not like the thought of being the other person in a relationship. Lim Yi Sheng? A person of that caliber is someone not worthy of being called a threat."

While still looking outside, she pointed the gun at him with the use of her right hand that has been holding onto it the moment she took it from her bag a while ago. "Say that one more time and I'll kill you even if it kills me."

There was a murderous intent lingering inside the car and the man can feel it himself, she didn't even spare him a glance all she did was point the gun at him. If one would see her in a distance no one would actually think that she is threatening the man beside her with a gun.

"Quite the temper we have there, lady."

"I'm not in the mood to joke around with you so you either shut up or I'll shut you up."

"I'm really liking you now, Ms Xi. Oh by the way, I was planning to leave it alone but I was just told that you have to throw your phone away. It's too troublesome if Li Jingli will follow you with the executives of his bodyguards I'm afraid I won't be able to handle them with the few people I have with me."

Xi Ana already expected this, she rolled the window down her side and threw her phone away without hesitation before glancing at the man who was looking intently at her, "What? Is there anything else?"

"Your necklace." he said nonchalantly as if he's only asking her to remove it because it's bothersome.

Xi Ana threw the necklace away, she knew the reason why he had asked her to throw it away.

"You're sharp." Xi Ana said as she her lips curved into a smile.

The four of them owns the same necklace, it was personalized especially for the four of them and they also put a tracker inside. It was a pity to throw it away but she had to. She silently wished that Li Jingli will be able to retrieve it back for her.

"I know."

Their driver was quite confused with the situation, the conversation of the two persons behind him was too casual as the woman wasn't kidnap at all! He felt as though there is something very wrong here.

As the man studied Xi Ana's reactions something came to his mind, isn't fear and helplessness should be the emotions that a person in her situation should be feeling? Then what is with this calmness?

"The normal reaction of a woman who's been kidnap would be crying or begging for her life to be spared, don't you know that?" he snapped.

"Since I'm not, it only mean that it doesn't apply to everyone."

"Aren't you afraid to die?"

"Why would I be?"

"Because everyone usually is?

"Are you?"

"I don't think so."

"There's your answer.'

The man chuckled at their exchange of words, "You have a smart mouth."

"So I've been told."

After just a few more minutes the car stopped somewhere and it alerted Xi Ana, she unconsciously looked at the man beside her who is now wearing a very serious face.

"Unlock the door to my side." the man commanded and the driver as he was told.

He rolled his sleeves and pushed open the door, the air around him changed and his playful attitude before was nowhere to be found. "Leave your gun inside the car and get down, I've been quite lenient on you this whole time. I have to act like a real kidnapper now, don't you think?"

The sudden change didn't shock Xi Ana at all, in fact she had been waiting for this. Just where in the world would you see the one who was kidnapped pointing a gun towards her kidnapper?

Xi Ana did as she was told and went out of the car, she braced herself because she knew well enough that she had already consumed all the leniency that this man has.

As soon she alighted, when she was caught off guard and the person in front of her covered her nose and mouth with a handkerchief. She tried to resist but he's very strong, "I told you already, didn't i? I said that any resistance will be futile."

Despite trying not to inhale the the chemical on the handkerchief with all her might, she still inhaled some and since it was quite strong she began to feel weak on her knees as her vision became unsteady as if th world is moving upside down.

When she almost fell, the man was able to grab her waist to support her, after only a minute the woman fell asleep.

He carried her princess style and they moved in a different car, of course they can't have someone following them.

"Did you tell them to tamper with the security cameras?" he asked as they were walking they have to do so to avoid being followed, he knows how capable Li Jingli is and this is his territory, being cautious is a given when dealing with him

"I did, Young Master."

"Alright, lets go."

With Xi Ana on his arms, he started walking and just a few steps away, a car was already prepared for them.

When dealing with Xi Ana, Li Jingli, Fang Wenna, and that mystery person they are acquainted with one must be very, very cautious because they are very hard to handle. Little tricks won't work on them.

No matter how much he wanted to deal with this matter on his own he cannot do so because for now, his only job was deliver her to that person and nothing more any more than that would be unnecessary for now.

On the other hand, Li Jingli just received the news that Xi Ana was kidnapped and he was totally infuriated.

"What did you say? Ana has been kidnapped, in my territory and in my very own building?"

Just who the hell is daring enough to kidnap Ana in City M? This is utterly ridiculous!

"Did you manage to see any footage that might have seen her car?"

"All the footages from when Ms. Ana went down the parking lot were all deleted. We are still trying to locate her exact location but we've managed to catch Ms. Ana's car on the road and now we're following it.

"Good. Keep at it and don't lose it or else it will be you people who would lose their job if something happened to her."
