The CEO's Wife Has A Secret

Inside a certain car parked outside the supermarket, a man is carefully watching the young couple load their groceries on the trunk of their car. The more he looks at her the more resentment he felt, she looked too much like her that merely seeing her makes him so mad.

The two rode their car, and left. "Sir, would you like to follow them?" the voice of his chauffeur made him come back to his senses.

"There is no need. Let's head back." that's it for today, knowing that he went out I know that he knows I'm here. "I understand, sir."

It's been years Xi Wei but I still can't seem to let you go, you were my greatest love and my greatest heartbreak but now I'm full with nothing but resentment. I've told you before, I'd rather kill you than let you be with another man but you still chose him, you died because of him and I will do whatever it takes to kill him with my own two hands.

He was distracted from his thoughts when his phone suddenly rang which he immediately picked up, "What is it?"

"Sir, we've found out the identity of the person who was driving the other car that was following Xi Ana that day." on the day of the accident, Xi Ana was being followed by two cars one was that woman named Han Tu Mo and the other one was left unknown.

With his creased forehead he asked, "Who?"

"It was Shen Feng, Sir." when he heard the name the urge to laugh suddenly without a warning.

Hearing their boss laugh hysterically, the chauffeur as well as the person on the other line shivered in fear. It feels as though they were listening to a devil laugh.

The man put the phone down after laughing but the sinister smile never left his face, he looked outside before finally uttering, "It's been a long time indeed, Shen Feng."

Because Xi Ana's injuries really wasn't grave she cam back to work after a day of rest which didn't surprise Hannah at all. "Have you collected everything I've asked you?"

"Yes, President." Hannah walked towards her and handed the doc.u.ments she asked a few days ago.

Though she did what she was asked for she was still a bit confused as to why would she ask for a thorough report on each people that belonged to the Top Floor and surely she could only come up with one explanation to this, "President, am I overstepping my boundaries if I ask you a question?"

Xi Ana looked up to her while still holding the doc.u.ments in her hand, "That depends on the question."

The woman standing heaved a deep sigh before raising her question, "Are you suspecting that there is a mole within the Top Floor?" her boss would never do something if this doesn't concern her or the interests of the company and she knew that very well.

Xi Ana put down the doc.u.ments on the table and crossed her arms in front of her c.h.e.s.t. "It's not that I am suspecting, because there is a mole on my Top Floor."

That was very shocking for Hannah, in her six years of working as an assistant for Xi Ana never once have there been any issue with the employees working on the Top Floor. As what was mentioned before, Top Floor is Xi Ana's main domain if Xi Ana is the head, the employees here are her main limbs in controlling the whole empire.

"How can that be, President? They are personally hand picked by you and we've run a thorough investigation on them." Personally, Hannah felt its ridiculous because merely being recognized by their president deserves a high praise and that alone makes them more advantage than other people.

She observed the presidents face but she was still as calm as ever, "It's not that we did something wrong, their backgrounds were accurate and I can vouch on that its just that there people who tend to carry more than they can lift, what do you think will happen to them if they don't willingly set it down?'

Hannah didn't respond and waited, "It will crush them."

The way she spoke those words were cold and unfeeling which made her shiver not long after she was already dismissed without anymore instructions.

On the other hand, the moment her assistant left her office she picked the doc.u.ments in front of her and studied it closely. after reading through everything, she laughed as she finally came to a realization.

No matter how hard you try to coax a person to remain loyal to you, but because there is greed they will eventually their back on you.

These people were the best example, maybe her method was wrong? Because they made their way up here because of her recognition, that made them think too highly of themselves. Seriously, a world without greedy people is nonexistent.

She tapped on the table while staring at the records of the person who betrayed her, thinking what she would do with him. If its another company, they would certainly banish a mole from the industry and will mercilessly expose him so that no company would hire him again but then she wasn't like those typical presidents, she is, after all, Xi Ana the Queen of the corporate world.

Han Tu Mo was kept by her side despite her problematic attitude, though she was bitten blue at the end she certainly gained a lot from the time she kept her so how would she be able to keep this mole by her side and completely turn the tables?

While continuously tapping on the table using her fingers while her right hand which was resting on her arm rest was touching her chin unconsciously. All of a sudden, something came to mind as she saw the information on the computer unit that this person is using inside the office.

Pulling her laptop, she opened immediately tapped a few commands and did the work. She may not be as good as Han Tu Mo or An Qi Lu when it comes to hacking she certainly still isn't your normal hacker. This is how they wasted their money back on the days, by learning everything and anything they wanted to.

After typing a few more characters, strings of codes flashed across her screen and is moving in fast speed. Few more typing, and the magic was finally casted now all she have to do is wait for Cinderella to enter the ball.

She pressed the telephone that connects her Hannah, "Yes , president?"

"You don't have to wait for me, after office hours you can go I might sleep here tonight." she briefly instructed which the other understood immediately. "I understand, president."
