"But CEO Lim the Madame.." concern washed over Feng Jinnian's face because he knows the Madame will not like it, not because she is his ex-fiancee but because she is a stranger to her. Of all things she hates, being with a complete stranger that doesn't benefit her in any ways is a complete taboo.

Mo Chuxia caught on this, "Ha! I knew it. You're both lying, am I right? That is why even your assistant is afraid of my suggestion."

"You've changed." she was never this stubborn nor did she ever say words like this, the perfect look of a well-mannered princess is completely gone.

She didn't respond to this. Lim Yi Sheng glanced at his worried assistant, he's right to be worried because they wouldn't know how Xi Ana would react to this. They both know the extent of her patience.

Upon reaching the front of their house inside Imperial they both went outside the car and Feng Jinnian who's following them still feel a little bit unease even though he will not receive the Madame's wrath directly if she indeed gets mad.

Lim Yi Sheng took a deep breath and moved closer, their front door is equipped with a face recognition scanner and hand print scanner for it to be unlocked from the outside. Once it was done, the door will automatically open.

The woman looked around for any sign or traces of woman living here but there was none. The house is elegant and exudes the feeling of nobility. The color scheme mainly revolves around black and silver. Furthermore, it's wide enough to house a big family but no one actually knew that there are only two people living in this grand house and that they are even rarely home.

In the middle of the living sits a silver travel luggage but there was no sign of Xi Ana. After a few seconds, a woman called out from upstairs.

"Yi Sheng, is that you? Where did you put the proposal I was reviewing the other night?" she is not the type of person who forgets the things easily but last night she fell asleep while reviewing it and her husband might have helped her put it away.

Mo Chuxia heard the woman's voice clearly, the voice isn't sweet nor soft, it's more like enticing yet at the same time intimidating.

From downstairs, she heard him speak about the whereabouts of the doc.u.ment and when she finally got the her hands on it she decided to walk out of the room. Just before she could reach the staircase she was greeted by her husband's smiling face. She walked towards him. Suddenly, he hooked his left arm around her waist, pulled her closer, and kissed her cheek.

Xi Ana was about to say something when a sudden noise as if something fell from below caught her attention. She turned her gaze to where the sound came from only to realize that a woman is standing on their living room staring at her. She immediately looked at her husband who's face has a trace of guilt as if silently pleading for her not to get mad.

Her face turned cold and stoic, "We'll talk about this later."

The way she walks and even the sound of her stilettos carries a sense of dignity that nobody could shake off. Mo Chuxia stared at the woman, her slender body could easily be seen because of how her black knee-length dress fit the curves of body, her long and curvy hair bounces as she makes her way downstairs, and looking at her small face with a pair of glowing eyes, nose that is the same with the supermodels from the West, her captivating jawline, her thin and pinkish lips, even the contours of her face is beautiful.

The woman might not admit this to herself but the word 'beautiful' may be considered an understatement because beautiful is not enough to describe how gorgeous she is.

When the two women were already face-to-face, Lim Yi Sheng who's already beside Xi Ana slid his arm on her waist.

"I didn't know we're having a visitor tonight. I'm Xi Ana, Yi Sheng's wife." she smiled but didn't offer her hand. It's quite rude for normal people not to do so when you're meeting a person for the first time but we're talking about Xi Ana and Xi Ana is not your normal person.

"Ana, this is Mo Chuxia." the moment she saw her she already know who she is and she already formed a hypothesis in her mind as to why she was brought here but Xi Ana never thought that her husband would actually cater to this woman's curiousity.

Mo Chuxia, on the other hand didn't respond at all. Her face remained shocked as if her entire world crumbled before her. She's not crying nor even trying to stomach everything, all she could think of right now is the fact that something unbelievable happened in front of her. Not being able to take it anymore, she turned her back on them.

"I'm going home." she said and stormed out of the house. Xi Ana immediately instructed Feng Jinnian to call for a chauffeur to escort the woman home which he immediately did.

"Feng Jinnian, please help me with my luggage." she then walked outside of their house and her husband followed behind her. When they boarded the car, Lim Yi Sheng proceeded with his explanation.

"I know what I did wrong and I'm sorry. The fact that I brought her with me is simply to make her stop." so she guessed it right, that woman probably wants him back and her husband simply said that he's married. She must have insisted that he's lying and wants to see a concrete proof, and what would be the most concrete proof there is? Isn't it the wife herself?

"Even so, you know I don't like being around strangers that doesn't benefit me at any cost. This will be the first and last time you would make me deal with a stranger without any heads up. Trust me, you will not like the consequences of angering me." though her face has already softened the tone of her voice is still as sharp as a newly made knife.

"I really am sorry, this won't happen again, I promise." he grabbed her waist and pulled her closer to him, when she's close enough to him he slid both his arms on her waist and buried his face on her neck and once again murmured his apologies.

It has become his habit to bury his face on her neck. In this position, Lim Yi Sheng could easily smell the Lavander scented body wash she's using. When he realized she's still not responding, he snuggled even more to which Xi Ana responded with a sigh. It seems in this relationship it's not the wife who is pampered but the husband instead.

With the man still clinging onto her like a child, she decided to cup both of his cheeks and bring it in front of her.

"Just don't ever do that again."

Feng Jinnian who glanced at the scene from the mirror in front smiled because this is the first time he'd seen his boss act like a child in front of anyone, he's always been domineering and hard to approach but lately he's been changing. Furthermore, ever since they got married he has not yet made the employees work on their toes, which is very different from before.

Not long after they arrived at the airport. Feng Jinnian helped with the luggage while following the two. Looking at their backs, if he doesn't know them he would think they are normal husband and wife who's going to be on a vacation as they are nonchalantly walking inside the airport.

Since it's almost midnight and there aren't that much people, only those who have flight at dawn are here though there are only few people the husband and wife still caught pairs of eyes because of the feeling of superiority that is coming from them. On top of that, having two good-looking people walk side by side it's impossible not to notice them.

The assistant went to check in the Madame's luggage, Lim Yi Sheng turned her body so that they are now facing each other, both his arms are resting on her shoulder.

"Where's your assistant? Shouldn't she be here to accompany you?" his eyebrows furrowed upon remembering the absence of his wife's assistant.

"She'll catch the earliest flight in the evening later. Since this is emergency, I had to fly there as soon as possible and now my schedule is totally ruined so she needs to stay to fix it. I'll be gone for a week, it's impossible to postpone all my meetings so I will have to resort to virtual meeting, Hannah will set up a secure server so that there won't be any information leakages."

She really thought about this a hundred times before finally considering. Canceling all meetings for this week will make her losses acc.u.mulate to almost a billion but not tending to this emergency might possibly make the loss double or even triple but its not in her vocabulary to have losses so she decided to save both by any means.

Feng Jinnian handed her the boarding pass. His boss then instructed him to ready their car so that they can leave as soon as she has boarded the plane.

Lim Yi Sheng pulled her for a hug, and she hug him back which made him tighten his embrace. Ever since they got married, this is the first time they would be so far away from each other and for a week at that. It's not like they weren't like this before they got married it's just that he got too used to having her everyday for the past weeks and he's not sure what it feels likel to wake up without seeing her first thing in the morning. Am I going crazy? He asked himself in his mind.

"Alright. I have to go. I'll be back in a while, just focus on your work." she was the one to break the hug because she need to board the plane now.

"One last time." he said and pulled her once again. This hug is full of mixed emotion in which the both of them couldn't understand, it's overflowing yet they cannot comprehend. When he let go, he cupped both her cheeks and kissed her forehead before finally looking at the eyes of his wife.

"I've never been clingy in my entire life, this is the first time I wanted to hold someone without ever letting go." some passerby heard what the man said, they looked at him with admiration and they could feel how much he cares for the woman in front of him.

"You can be clingy all you want as long as I don't have work to do." her smile captivated her husband who almost thought of kissing her, but he stopped his urges before it gets the better of him. This is not the right place or time to do something like that.

Lim Yi Sheng chuckled. After bidding goodbye the woman soon passed the boarding gate until she disappears from his sight.

Unknowingly, someone witnessed the scene and secretly took photos. Unfortunately for that person, he cannot recognize the man Xi Ana is with because he's facing his back but regardless of who the man is, the fact that the great Xi Ana was intimate with a man inside the airport could be the biggest headline of the year.
