The CEO's Wife Has A Secret

They finally reached home. After Lim Yi Sheng was made to answer series of question from Lu Nai He, he said that it's fine to let him go but he reminded them that in case he might feel other discomforts they should immediately go the hospital and have him checked.

He's not dizzy anymore but he still feel a bit weak as though he ran a mile without stopping. When he's finally settled on the bed Xi Ana stood up and was about to go to the bathroom but Lim Yi Sheng suddenly grabbed her hand, stopping her from leaving.

"Where are you going?" he asked.

"I'm gonna wash up, just lay still and rest. I'll be back before you know it, okay?" Lim Yi Sheng obediently nodded. He momentarily closed his eyes, thinking about it there are still a lot of work left to do, aside from the company he still need to know the identity of the man who wants to kill him.

He stood up and went to his study room, picked up his notebook, and went back to the bed. He adjusted himself so that he can easily use his notebook with his left arm, though it feels a bit uncomfortable he has no choice because his right arm is still on a cast and he can't remove it for quite some time.

Scrolling down the information in front of him, he began to work on the things that needs most attention at the moment. He checked the CCTV footage from the moment he left his office until the time of the accident.

From the video, anyone would notice that the car has been parked there for quite some time already. The driver didn't go down from his car, he just patiently waited there. Then, he saw himself riding his own car, prepared to pick up Xi Ana from her office but after only a few seconds, the car followed behind, he continuously followed Lim Yi Sheng's car with enough distance to cover up his tailing.

And after about halfway to his destination, the car who's following him sped up and deliberately hit the back of his car, the impact threw Lim Yi Sheng's car off the road and hit a tree, that is the reason why he had those injuries. Because of the impact, the front of the car who hit him doesn't look good as well.

Suddenly, the driver opened his car and went down. Lim Yi Sheng was shocked with what he saw, he paused the video and zoomed it in so that he can take a better look and he was right. It was not a man, it was a woman.

Unfortunately, the woman is wearing a mask and a cap so he wasn't able to check on her identity at all. With insufficient information, they will not be able to check on whoever they wanted to check even with the resources that they currently have.

Lim Yi Sheng continued watching the video, the woman walked towards the car when she suddenly stopped because there were two bystanders who rushed towards the accident. The woman immediately retreated and drove her car away.

He still tried to track the car but the next path that the car took has no CCTV cameras installed so there were no footage that can be watched, this is the end of the traces that was left. There is no need to confirm because they will not be able to find this car anymore and he knows that, if he's in their place he would burn the car to ashes before anyone could find it. And if he's correct, the plate number is fake. So now, how would he be able to find the woman who tried to kill him?

"If you can't find any clues after the accident took place then you might be able to see something when you take a few steps backwards. Check on the footage from before that person went to tail after you. It is not guaranteed that you'll be able any information regarding the person who wants to kill you but it's worth giving a shot, don't you think?" she's casually drying her hair with a towel after taking a quick shower.

Xi Ana is wearing her bathrobe, she looks dazzling and s.e.xy with her wet hair. Any man who thinks she's not s.e.xy at this moment might have a serious problem with their eyes. He stared at his wife, taking in the sight in front of him.

She went to sit on her vanity table and started drying her hair with the hair dryer. "You can take your eyes off, it's not like this is the first time that you saw me wearing a bathrobe."

He inhaled deeply. How could this woman act so normal when he's been on a constant struggle with himself whenever he sees how beautiful and s.e.xy his wife is. He shrugged and went back to his notebook distracting himself from the mesmerizing sight he was graced with.

"You're too s.e.xy, can't you be a little bit less attractive? Even gays would swoon over you." who would not like to be her husband, right? She's the perfect wife anyone would ever dream of, she has the beauty and brains, her social standing is above most of people in the country, even her cold and aloof personality is a charm for her.

Xi Ana laughed heartily at her husband's comment. "You think so? I might want to try it some time."

With this remarks, Lim Yi Sheng threw her a glare. "Let's see you try." he said in a cold tone. The fact that his wife casually told him that she'll try to cheat on him with a gay irritates him, he's someone who doesn't like sharing what he owns with other people and his wife included.

The woman laughed once again and teased him, "Don't tell me you will be jealous even with a gay?"

"Xi Ana biologically speaking, they are still a man. I'm afraid I'll be jealous even with a woman so watch yourself. I'm more possessive than you initially think I am." if possessiveness itself is visible then right at this moment Lim Yi Sheng is probably oozing with overflowing possessiveness over his wife.

So this is what it feels like to have an overbearing husband, she thought. They've always had a middle ground to consider but at this moment, Lim Yi Sheng clearly won't yield. She always thought that this kind of reaction from someone makes her sick but to her surprise it's not so bad as she thought at first, or maybe because it's him that she doesn't feel irritated at all. Who knows, it might be because he is her husband?

"I'll try and kiss a girl in front of you then." she teased once more and upon seeing his reaction from the mirror she let out a laugh. It's really worth teasing this man for.
