Where… am I..? 

The last thing I heard was… I think the system. I glance around, but all that I found was the darkness. Not a single thing around, at least that's what I tell myself.

[Hello, master, pleased to meet you.]

A single virtual blue screen pops up directly in front of me. The bold letters text the words "Welcome to the new Unknown" I become speechless as under it tells me that all the work that I had done will become useless, everything was reset. And in order to make sure this doesn't happen again they gave the system itself a full and complete update.

I wait for a total of 45 seconds, on the bottom of the screen it says it should take around 20 to 35 seconds.

-Rank 'S': Referred to as the strongest of all the 7 ranks. People with enough power to destroy entire planets.

-Rank 'A': The second strongest of the ranks, some may say that the potential of an A rank is low. Due to very little A ranks becoming S ranks. 

-Rank 'B': The lowest potential rank, with a spectacular 0 amount of soldiers exiting out of B rank. They're looked at in a fighting standpoint as State to Nation destroyers.

-Rank 'C': Also known as the middle rank. It's the most average of the ranks with the ability to destroy buildings.

-Rank 'D': The injured or rookie rank. Once you become injured and can continue to fight beyond the injury they place you as a D rank. They also put rookies without any experience into the Drank from ranges of E rank to B rank.

-Rank E: Second weakest, they stand leagues above human strength easily being able to kill one in an instant.

-Rank F: Primarily the weakest, Their power barely surpasses that of a human being.

「Power Scaling」

Classes: Brand new ability types! 

-Assassin: a class type which allows the person to move stealthily and silently. This allows chances of pickpocketing, getting a hostage, or murdering.

-Swordman: this class is all about using swords, in fact, the ability of the sword with this class seems to be quite intense, they master the swords in months and can even use certain magic with it.

-Shield: they carry around big shields, their job is to work mostly on defense giving people like assassins and mages openings.

-Mage: commonly known as sorcerers, the can conjure up any type of magic spells they are naturally equipped for.

-Healers: they act as the more important part, they give power buffs to others and also heal them at the same time. They can also lower the guards of any opponent at or around their level of power.

I wonder what my face must look like when I am reading this. I thoroughly read this four times. At first, I looked at the system resetting as a nuisance, but now I feel quite grateful. This.. The system that killed me a moment ago just changed my life once more!  But… where do I go from here, I can't leave this room. It's nothing but a black empty void, with a holographic screen in front.

「Mission: Kill The Snake」

"Snake, I'm guessing that's the dungeon boss."

'Accept!'

Then suddenly I fell down a long spiral zone. My body felt light and my movement returned to me.

Suddenly I wake, the black flames seem to be emitting throughout my entire body. I then sense an extreme amount of chi. I focused on the direction rather than from who! This power is extremely dark and heavy. But… this isn't coming from a monster, nor hellion! I glance around and I find Duster lying against the wall unconscious. 00:10:09!.. Due to the system shutting down Duster never got the chance to wake up.

「40% Defense Boost」

When I enter the boss room, all that I find is the bodies of my comrades. Once I glanced up all that I saw was Jonah strangling the room boss. He's an E rank, that monster would at least be B rank to have defeated Ash. Meaning I don't think that this was the monster. 

「Bloodl.u.s.t Detected」

I see he's the snake I'm supposed to kill. But before I knew it.. He had already knocked me across the room.
