Rise Of The Crimson Empire!

My name is Sylvie and I come from the Azure dragon clan. My clan is located in the north continent where it is colder compared to the rest of the main land.

I was living a happy life with caring parents that showered me with love and care. Or at least that's what I thought. When my mother had given birth to me they had quickly realised that I had a much greater amount of bloodline to that of the original Azure dragon god.

My clans men would at most have 3% of the Azure dragon bloodline while I had just over 50% of this bloodline. Crazy right? Anyways because of this my 'father' had seen a great business opportunity to sell me off for greater relations to the other dragon clans. This was his way of getting better trades between the clans and to make himself more powerful.

Fortunately one night I had overheard this when I had turned 18 so with that said I had planned to escape from home. Because of the clan members at most only having 3% bloodline no one here could fully transform into a dragon unlike me. At most they could do a partial transformation for the wings, tail, and horns.

This all happened around 700 years ago and just so you know I am still considered quite young for a dragon. Dragons can live up to thousands of years old and with my bloodline I can easily live up to 100,000 years old. If I had full the bloodline I would be an immortal.

Well anyways after I had fled from the clans territory in the middle of the night I traveled as far west as I could. I traveled for days maybe even weeks I was too upset to really take notice. This continued on for a while until I had found myself in a new land. From what I can tell this may be the 'Lost continent' from those fairytales that I had read. Nonetheless I was excited for finding this.

I had stayed here for many years and over the course of time I had grown stronger with gaining new skills and increasing my stats along with it. This eventually led to me finding this beautiful lake in which I could hibernate till something interesting happened.

~Many years later~

I was still in a sleep like trance under the water of the lake I had claimed as my own. Now usually what happens is that a magical beast would approach but would suddenly feel the cold aura in the lake that could kill a being in seconds. They would then leave because if they were to come into contact with the water they would almost freeze instantly. So you may be able to imagine my surprise when I had felt something jump in and not only jump in but what seems to be relaxing in it.

Curious I went up to see what was relaxing in the lakes water. When I had seen what it was I was utterly shocked. A human (now know as a vampire) was standing there full nude. But her beauty was so intense I was in a daze. She was just so beautiful that I was captivated, is this love at first sight?

Anyway the small human had quietly gotten out of the water and put her clothes back on, what I guessed was that she was trying to sneak away. I mean I can definitely see why she was doing this, I am in full dragon transformation after all. So before she left I started a conversation with her and to which she replied, Her voice was so beautiful too!

With the conversation continuing to go on we eventually got onto the topic of where we are, the world layout and various other things. I didn't complain when answering all her questions, instead I was quite happy to be able to talk to here. Oh and by the way at some point I had gone back to human form which left her stunned BUT what I didn't miss was the slight tint of red to her face. YES!!! I may have a chance after all~~~

Well... where to start? The big dragon actually turned into a person and not just any type of person but the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. I felt my face heat up just by seeing her. Hopefully she didn't notice, that would be embarrassing.

The woman who I now know to be called Sylvie as sky blue hair that reaches her waist with two gem like blue eyes to match. She's just a bit taller than myself and has a hourglass figure. Her b.o.o.b.s are also bigger than mine, no I am not insecure about them. I would say mine are of good size, well anyways back on track. Her skin is a beautiful white that looks almost like mine with no imperfections. Her voice is also just as beautiful and with her delicate looking pink lips it makes her look like a goddess.

Well after I have snapped out of my daze I had asked her to explain where we are and what there is around. After I had asked this she told me that we are located at what is called the 'lost continent' that many believe to not even exist. Now although this continent is the smallest out of the 4 connected continents it is by far the most powerful and dangerous.

On this continent there only exists magical beasts and no humanoid creatures apart from Sylvie and myself. Because of this, this entire continent is resource rich and if one could tame it riches beyond ones dream would become theirs. And if a country was to claim this continent they would very quickly become the strongest.

Now apart from this thousands of miles east there is what is know as the main land which consists of four continents connected together much like Europe and Asia was on earth. But much bigger in land mass. Turns out this planet is about 5x the size of earth so yeah.

Around the planet there are many islands spread out that range in size from the size of Ireland to the size of the Fiji islands. However most of these are located near the main land and has already been claimed by a kingdom/empire of sorts.

Throughout the world there are many different countries and clans that all have there own territory within these islands and main land. The three biggest countries are one human country, one demon country, and a mixed country consisting of a wide range of species. These are the main three countries but there are still many smaller nations and clans, too many to name. No I am not lazy okay? There really are too many.

Well anyways the human nation is mainly full of human supremacists that follow the supposed will of the Light goddess Aria. In other words they are a bunch of racists that use someone's name to at as a shield for all the atrocities they commit. They don't have a king but instead a pope and the government is essentially just the church.

The demon country is commonly just referred to as the demon empire. This eventually stuck as most of the races just call it that and the original name may only be known in books now. The nation is ruled by a demon king who is very powerful according to Sylvie but also very wise while the rest is just like what you might think being ruled by nobles. The demons aren't like your typical demons in other stories they are actually one of the races looking constantly for peace despite being one of the stronger races. So they are actually a kind race and the country is very prosperous and is a great tourist destination.

Finally the last country is a republic and consists of many races living together. These races range from humans, elf's, dwarfs, beast kin, dragon clans, demons, and a few other races. Now this country may sound strong and they are. However they don't try to put much focus into their military. They are the most economically prosperous country and trade a great deal to the demon empire.

Apart from learning about this I learnt many other things like about the demon empire having an academy that is internationally used and other key features. But I won't bore you much longer so let's move on. However I will say I'm quite interested in this academy so I may go there some time. What? I never got a chance to go to school okay? I want to try it out *pout*

Well leaving that aside for now I had decided that I will continue on my journey to the explore the continent. Why? That's because I will be able to get much stronger here before I head of to the main land to see how people live in this world.

I'm not stupid enough like those other protagonists in stories to instantly search for civilisation because I'm a coward and can't live on my own. I'm no b***h okay?

Just as I was ready to depart Sylvie spoke up and had asked if she could come along. Now secretly I was quite happy about this but I didn't let it show, that would be a bit embarrassing. So with that said I and Sylvie set of towards some distant mountains in the north.
