Rise Of The Crimson Empire!

*Yawn* morning everyone. It's the next day now and I woke up still in the embrace of Sylvie. I could get up but I want to enjoy this warmth a little more. So with that said I'll just lay here.

Sylvie's sleeping face is really peaceful and cute. I could watch it all day but I have things to do. Oh well I'll enjoy this moment while I have it.

-Fufufu are you enjoying staring at my face my beloved?

Huh?! She was awake?! Oh no I think I'm bright red again I'll quickly get out of bed and get changed. As I tried to quickly get out of bed I felt something grip my wrist. When I looked down I saw Sylvie's smiling face as she rose herself up and planted a kiss on my lips.

-Good morning. Let's get ready to leave and go find the gryphons. We still have some travel time.

I could only nod my head while I had a bright red face. I was happy but nonetheless embarrassed. But with that said we both get changed and headed out towards the gates.

When we had left the inn many people were watching us and I had also heard whispers about what happened last night. It was quite funny to be honest especially so when Sylvie had a smug face on.

Well anyways once we reached the gates we were very quickly let through and the guards wouldn't even make eye contact. Serves everyone right for looking at my Sylvie like that.

When we had reached the forest we quickly called out to the gryphons to which they responded to. Once we had fount them we mounted onto them and flew off to the capital. This trip will take us till about midday so I'll talk to you all at that time, bye for now!

~A little while later~

Ah! I can finally see the huge walls of the demon empires capital, Fane. The walls are all made out of stone and on the side we are approaching is a giant metal gate. These walls and gates were used once when magical beast attacks were a common thing so to defend against them they built these.

The city itself is very large, larger than London at least. The population will be even more than that of London as well which is food for me as I will be able to gain new citizens hopefully while I'm here.

The palace in the distance is also fairly large all though it is dwarfed in comparison to mine that was built out of a very large mountain. But it is still quite the impressive sight nevertheless.

As we approached the soldiers had spotted two gryphons wearing silver armour and a banner of sorts signifying who they are affiliated with. From where I was I could already see some of the guards actually preparing their bows and magic spells. This is understandable as they don't know who we are but still to just show hostile action straight away.

Once we got close enough we landed in front of the gate also showing surprise and awe to other people trying to enter. There were many people but what really caught my eye was a very extravagant carriage located just to our right.

As I was pondering about the carriage it's door opened revealing a butler, maid, and a very flashy dress worn by a beautiful young lady. Although beautiful Sylvie already crossed the finishing line while she still has a while to go. That's the level difference of beauty here. Oh I should also mention that me and Sylvie both have our hoods on again.

As these three stepped out the young lady who I thought to look quite gentle and kind suddenly shouted at us.

-Hey you two over there on the gryphons, yeah you, I demand that you sell the gryphons to me right here. Madi go and fetch those new pets while I pay these two.

-Ahem. I'm sorry to inform you but these gryphons aren't for sale. They are property of myself and this one here.

This is what Sylvie had spoken out to politely decline the selling of the gryphons but that obviously ticked the young lady off as she started to shout angry words at us.

As we were about to do something there was suddenly many soldiers lining up side by side on each side of the road leading to the palace. This obviously confused most people except Sylvie and I. We had contacted the demon empire to let them know what are banner would look like to inform them of our arrival.

As this happens another carriage came out with the royal family crest on it. This had everyone become quite and look at the carriage arriving. Then the door opened to reveal the second prince to the nation. Whispered voices were heard asking what the second prince was doing here.

-Your majesty you must be tired from the long flight from your nation to ours. I have brought another carriage along with this one that you may attach to your gryphons and have them follow my carriage up to the palace. My name Henry, I am the second prince of this wonderful nation and it is great to meet you.

The second prince, Henry, said this as he bowed toward myself and Sylvie. At this point everyone including the young lady who was confused at first started to sweat bullets. There though process was more than likely have we offended a powerful royal family from another nation that would have the royalty from the demon empire come and greet them?! What shall we do?!

Now here is the part that I'm not looking forward to. Just a little backstory from a few hours ago. While we were getting closer and closer to the capital we had to land to that I could put on a dress. I obviously couldn't go greet the demon empire officially in a pair of leather pants and a white shirt. When Sylvie had seen me on the dress she immediately hugged, kissed me, and then told me that I will be wearing more girly clothes from now on. And I couldn't really refuse either so.... hah help.

Anyways you can probably understand what's going to happen right now so let's just get this started. I removed the cloak to reveal myself in a silver sleeveless dress wearing stockings and a pair of silver shoes. If I had to say this outfit screams noble but I couldn't refuse the look in Sylvie's eyes.

When I had taken of my cloak everyone but Sylvie seemed to be in a daze while blushing bright red. It was kind of funny but I still felt uncomfortable doing this. While I was feeling uncomfortable Sylvie stepped forward without her cloak on and introduced us out limpid which snapped people out of their daze.

-Her majesty queen Iris has arrived from the Crimson empire to have talks of friendly relations with the demon empire. We are thankful for this warm welcoming and we hope that you will continue to treat us well. I am named Sylvie and I am her majesty's close assistant while also of highest rank in the crimson empire other than royal family.

When everyone heard these words other than ourselves and the second prince everyone started to contemplate these words. There's a new empire? There here for friendly relation talks? They must be powerful to receive a welcoming like this.

So with all these words said we attached the gryphons onto the carriage under the watch of all the citizens and made our way to the palace while also leaving a speechless young lady and her party. It was quite the funny sight. Well anyways I'll talk to you all later once we reach the palace to bye for now.
