Xia Zhilan's eyebrows twitched in annoyance.

She was currently sat at a party full of actors, actresses and others who worked on the show, «Stars in the Window», whilst staring blankly at the floor.

'5%? It seems like I have heavily overestimated my charm' Xia Zhilan thought depressingly whilst taking a sip of water out of a glass. 'I should've known it would be too difficult especially after finding out he had the exact same f.u.c.k.i.n.g mission as me. I wonder what you, my previous system, System 005, have to say about this?" Zhilan asked with a murderous tone.

'Host, I swear! I swear I have nothing to do with this! It must be a coincidence! The higher-ups control everything, not me' System 005 said pitifully 'How do you know for sure..? Maybe you made a mistake?'

Xia Zhilan rolled her eyes.

'Hmm, I don't know... Maybe it's because I know for a fact that he's a host like me, we've been dating for the past two months and yet, the affection meter is only at 5%.'

'Urgh, whatever. I can't be bothered to deal with that Liu Jianhong or whatever his real name is anymore. I'm only going to lose 300 points...' Although Xia Zhilan said that, she felt like crying over this huge loss.

"Ahhh finally!" The woman beside Zhilan stretched happily "Filming is finally over! We finally get a break!"

"Lanlan, how do you feel? Your first show in country A is finally complete."

[A/N: Lanlan is an endearing way of calling Zhilan]

"It was great but I'm going to miss all of you guys!" Zhilan said as she leaned in for a group hug "You've all taken care of me so well, thank you all so much!"

"Of course, it no big deal," one girl said as she hugged Xia Zhilan affectionately "We're your senior sisters in this industry!"

"Xia Zhilan, have you thought about your future yet? You haven't signed to an agency yet, have you?" One of the older actresses asked gently "Your episode has just come out and because you're so skilled I'm sure companies will start contacting you soon."

"Ah, yes. I have already gotten quite a few offers."

"You've only been in country A for a couple of months so when you get home remember to do a lot of research! Picking a good company is one of the most important things for a newcomer!" She said sternly.

"Don't worry. I'm not some clueless newbie, I've been acting since I was eighteen back in my country. I'll do my research!"

"As all of you guys' senior, I'll give you some news my agent told me. I don't know if you guys have heard of Orchid Entertainment?"

"Orchid Entertainment? They're always on the news recently. Do you know Rose Wu? The one who made that song, I Need Your Love, that came out last month? Yeah, that song reached number 1! It even beat Liang Shi's newest song! She's signed under them!"

"Rose Wu?! Oh, I've heard of her. She's super popular recently. I've never heard of her before. It's like she came out of nowhere!"

Whilst the girls were gossiping about new rising stars, Xia Zhilan yawned tiredly and suddenly stood up.

"I think I'm going to go home first," she said "I have a lot of work to do tomorrow so I'll need a good night's rest. It was really great working with all of you and once again, thank you for taking care of me over the past couple months!" Zhilan said with a sweet smile.

It was quite late when Xia Zhilan got home.

After taking a nice long bath, Zhilan, as per usual, sat in front of her dressing table and applied cream onto her delicate face.

However, without the makeup covering it up, you could clearly see the dark bags underneath her eyes which was caused by continuous lack of sleep.

Perhaps this was also the reason why Xia Zhilan's eyes looked sharper and somewhat ferocious

"Host, why are you doing this?" System 005 asked in concern when it saw her obviously fatigued face.

Xia Zhilan glanced at her reflection and suddenly smiled.

The woman's tense face suddenly softened beautifully.

"Doing what?" Xia Zhilan feigned naivety as she walked into the study room and switched on her laptop.

"You know what." System 005 said in an annoyed voice.

"What? It's called a hobby" Zhilan said cheerfully whilst typing furiously.

"A hobby?!" 005 shouted in exasperation "When did trading stocks and building a company become a hobby?!"

System 005 felt like it was having a mental breakdown.

"Well anything can be a hobby as long as it brings me joy and I like doing it in my free time," she said lightly.

The system took a deep breath.

"... I thought making art was your hobby..?" It said weakly

"You can have many different hobbies, you know. For example, I also like to sing, bake, cook, do sports, pottery, play instruments..." Xia Zhilan went on for quite a while.

"It's also because of Fu Sihan that I decided to pick up this hobby again. He's trying to suppress us again." Zhilan said coldly which was a sharp contrast to her lively and happy behaviour before "Hmph! He thought I didn't know what he was planning?" Xia Zhilan said with a sneer

"He can count himself unlucky for having to deal with me, Xia Zhilan, the business prodigy!" And before anyone had the chance to process, she had already reverted back to her usual loud and obnoxious self.

"What the hell?" 005 felt like crying "Something is wrong with my host. Someone, please send help."
