Following Quez back to the clan's headquarters, waiting for them is a massive basilisk with a crown of colorful feathers, dark brown segmented scales, and piercing yellow eyes.

" Valoris this is my uncle, Lord Tohil. He is heir to the Thousand Feathers clan. Uncle this is Valoris the person we discussed"

" The information you have if true is very valuable. Apologies but there are some who still doubt if what you say is true" says Lord Tohil.

" That's understandable Lord, I have no way of proving my story at this time, perhaps, later on, I can take someone you trust back with me, and help verify my story"

" Perhaps.. for now, tell us your story. That way I can judge for myself if you are telling the truth."

Valoris proceeds to tell a shortened version, leaving out his thoughts, and suspicions. Only telling the things he knows for sure. After hours of talking the two come to an understanding. Lord Tohil will send beasts to verify if Valoris's story is true. During that time he will remain at the Ruins until his story is verified.

Once it's proven true, he will receive a bloodline purifying technique, 2 pieces of high tier meat, and be allowed to join the Thousand Feathers clan in attacking the Bloody Fang.

Furthermore, should the raid prove successful, an alliance between the Crimson Flame, and the Thousand Feathers will be made? Agreeing to the terms Valoris heads to the Pitts to continue fighting and gaining experience.

*6 months later*

" Next up! Valoris VS Hun"

Squaring off against each other is a giant boar, multiple sharp tusks jut out from its mouth, thick black hair covers its scarred muscular body. Hun is a descendant of the Erymanthian Boar, a famous demigod beastkin who terrorized the continent nearly 200 years ago.

Opposing him is Valoris, 4 and 1/2 ft long, barbed grey scales cover his streamlined muscular body with new scars crossing over older ones. 7-inch ebony black horns curl behind his ears. The biggest change to Valoris's appearance is an aura of maturity just beginning to form.

"Ready? Begin!"

Grunting, Hun charges while brown dirt seems to form armor on his body, also dirt gathers on his tusks lengthening them by several inches. Hissing, Valoris quickly sidesteps dodging the boar's charge while lashing out with his tail.

Unfortunately, the blade on his tail doesn't cut through the earthen armor leaving only large scratches. Chasing behind the boar, Valoris jumps on Hun's back and begins to tear at the armor covering his head.

Ripping away at the armor, Valoris quickly starts tearing at Hun's neck muscles until he yields.

Walking home after fighting, Valoris checks on the prizes for the fights he won today.

" 2 pieces of mid-tier meat, I lost my first match against a peak General. My blood purity has only increased by nearly undetectable amounts, unless I get some high tier energy it could take years to get to the peak of Pureblood like I want before I evolve.

I'm sure by now, Marshall has evolved and Rell is well on her way to preparing to evolve as well. I'm falling behind them, but I'm still not satisfied. I want to reach heights most can't even dream of. So I have to train in ways most can't or won't. I should be receiving word from Lord Tohil any day about confirmation. Once that happens I can use that bloodline purifying technique will give me to speed it up."

Waking up the next morning, Valoris heads over to the Thousand Feathers to check-in. Arriving he runs into Yash.

"Valoris! follow me! the scouts have come back. I was just on my way to come get you"

Following her, he goes into a large room with Lord Tohil, and a small rattlesnake talking.

"Valoris! perfect timing. Sha here was one of the scouts I sent to confirm your story. He confirms what you said, though you left out the part of you dominating over all the bests of your generation! no surprise really considering you are a General already.

Furthermore, he also gave me some information I think you should know. It appears another tribe, The " Silverbacks" have aligned with the Bloody Fang. Now that your story has been confirmed, here are the rewards.

You are free to leave the Ruins if you wish. Our next step will be to find a hidden research laboratory. Once found we will send word to you through this communication rune. If the raid is successful, I can promise an alliance will be formed between the Crimson Flame and the Thousand Feathers."

After receiving the rewards, and talking to Lord Tohil for a little longer. Valoris rushes home and studies the bloodline purifying technique received.

" Its called the Bloodline Net Cleansing Technique, it creates a net inside your heart. As the blood gets pumped through it, it purifies the bloodletting only the purified blood to pass through. At first, I can only purify it a little, as time goes on I can do more. The remnants that get caught in the web form a ball for me to easily burn away."

After doing over the technique several times, Valoris attempts it failing at first. On the second attempt, he manages to succeed for a second before it fails.

Finally, on the fifth attempt, he succeeds, and it stays in place. He feels an odd feeling in his c.h.e.s.t as his blood flow is hampered. Ignoring it he looks at the two pieces of high tier meat he also received.

Both look to be from a bird of the wind element. Quickly eating one, he starts to cultivate. Directing his the energy from the meat to his dragon core before falling asleep.

Waking up, he quickly realizes the net has a large ball of remnant waste. Burning it away, he checks his bloodline and notices a significant improvement.

" Excellent! with this my bloodline will improve significantly in a much shorter time. Now that I'm free, it's time to head to Dragon Peaks. I should say goodbye to Quez, and Yash letting them know where I'm heading."

Packing up, he informs the general sleeping quarters manager that he won't be needing the shack anymore before heading to see Quez.

After saying goodbye to Quez, Yash, and Lord Tohil. And buying a map so he won't get lost, Valoris begins the 3-month journey to the peaks.

" Stormfury clan, here I come"
