New World: The Rise Of Meruem

The walk up toward the dining hall was oddly quiet seeing as barley anyone seemed to be around. I noticed that many of the guards seemed to take peaks at me when I walked past them, some even had a hint of hatred in their eyes. But other than hatred there was also a tint of fear, I paid no heed to it and simply jogged my memory of which floor I should get off at. It seemed that the dining hall was five floors above the floor my room resided on, it's not as though I cared seeing as I plan to have all my meals brought to me.

As I left the staircase and entered the fifth-floor hallway, I finally started hearing many Intecqu talking among themselves, I walked slowly towards the dining hall. Not out of fear or worry, no I was pondering whether or not I should fly towards the nameless wood carrier or not, whether or not I should killing him slowly or wait for him to scream out, begging me for mercy, begging others for mercy. The thought was amusing, but I decided that flying would take away from how terrifying I want my simplest actions to be.

I want them to shit themselves from my mere presence, as I walk, I want them to wonder if I'm walking to get something to eat or to kill someone. I will cast an air of mystery around myself forcing all those near to fight the fear inside of them to do even the most simple action of breathing near me. As I neared the dining room entrance, I placed my tail just slightly above the ground allowing it to slither as though it were a snake-filled with malicious intent.

This was all to leave them fearfull, I also spread out my wings just a little giving the appearance of being larger, seeing as I had an extremely small frame compared to Intecqus of other generations. The moment my foot stepped inside the dining hall it was as though I cast a freezing spell over my nerves, its not as though id normally be nervous, but I wanted to appear even colder even less feeling than ever before.

My walk was filled with purpose and honor. As I walked out of the hallway into the dining hall, I noticed that the stairs that lead down to the dining hall went all around it. "this is perfect" I thought as I started just walking around slowly looking for that nameless wood carrier.

I heard many of them talk among themselves, some could sense that something was wrong, "he's not looking for someone is he?" this one Intecqus slight whisper spread around the dining hall soon everyone noticed me, soon everyone started asking the same question.

"Is he looking for someone or something?"

I paid no heed to there constant whispers, though a part of wanted to silence them seeing as I wanted to pinpoint the heartbeat of the Intecqu who appeared the most afraid. But it mattered not seeing as I found him already. My slow walk around the dining room came to a slow halt, as I stopped to saw the necks of all the Intecqu present torn and look.

I also noticed Za,coken staring down at his meal as though not wanting me to notice him. But I understood seeing as I wasn't here for him, I paid him no mind. The Intecqu who I was here for seemed to be eating sitting with a group of friends. How could this damn fool ignore my words so completely, anger started to rise in me but was quickly tossed aside.

"….. Help me…... Help He plans to kill me…... help me"

He shouted with all his might wanting to steer up the crowd which did appear to work seeing as many Intecqu who sat with him decided to get up and stand in front of him. But it was clear from their heartbeats and from what little information I've gathered they weren't going to rush me or anything like that. You see these Intecqu had four arms and looked to be of the same generation of those who carried wood for me.

These are most likely the grunts of the litter and the ones the queen cared for the least. "ha-ha there couldn't be a better means of showing my might and avoiding any serious punishment than this." I thought as I walked towards the group that sat near the center of the dining hall. It would appear that they were a tight nip group seeing as they protected each other somewhat fiercely.

Though it seems none would die for the other, as I walked closer, I saw Za,coken sitting with his fellow warriors each appearing as battle harden as Za,coken. But after ignoring the wood carrier for a while I had to refocus my attention seeing as the nameless wood carrier started shouting something.

"Please ill do it ill get you the food and drinks you requested… please just give me some time… just another 10 minutes please… look it won't even take that long please just 5 and ill go give it to them… I swear sir."

I said nothing and just continued my slow walk towards them, my tail conveying everything to all those near. It was simply "get away" I have business to conduct, and that's exactly what they did. As I walked nearer, I stood just under an Intecqu of the nameless wood carriers' generation, his strength was evident. But I chose not to stop and just walked into him, our bodies touched, and I could sense the relief in all those present.

As though the size difference between us let them know they were safe. The Intecqu who stood in front of the group protecting the nameless wood carrier actually decided to talk to me as though we were equals as though his words could somehow reach me.

"Listen he's explained to me what happen. I apologize that he didn't work as he was told to but he's not some food carrier or your servant. Look ill talk to the other workers and explain to them, as for you, little one go back to the "den mothers" and have them teach you about Intecqu laws and…. Hierarchy. All newborn weather of the king's generation or not are…..."

He stopped talking no…. stopped breathing would be an accurate description of what everyone in the room was feeling. It was like an aura of death suffocated everyone in the dining hall reaching into the halls and suffocating the guards as well. I wasn't playing around anymore though my face remained calm and collected I had lost control of my mind, all that traveled through it were thoughts of gipping the hands and feet off the Intecqu who stood before me, to tear out his eye and piss in his skull, to rip his arms and legs off and rearrange them placing his hands where his feet should go and his feet where his arms should be. "how dare he touch me f.u.c.k.i.n.g insignificant dog… I'm your soon to king".

As I came to, I found everyone frozen stiff with fear, unable to even move. Though this wasn't the case for those sitting at Za,coken's table. No, they appeared to be unbothered by my aura of malice, no they seemed to be waiting for what id do. As the one who stood in front of me tried talking, I then decided to punish him.

My tail moved as though it were my own hand, slicing through the air creating the sound of an explosion, I felt the moment it connected to the knees of this giant, it didn't create the expected sound… because it created no sound as it ripped through his knees, then as he tried to move his arms to stop the bleeding I with a blinding quickness used my tail to cut those off as well.

As his body fell, I walked on top of him, those who once stood with him had now scattered making way for me. The wood carrier had a face of bewilderment wondering why, why this was happening. It was clear he did his little pretend work quite a lot. Though I didn't care as I didn't wait for him to say anything, his face filled with petrifying fear was all I needed to confirm his guilt. My tail would be known as an executor for all those watching.

As I swiftly used my tail to blow off a chunk of his t.h.i.g.h. His screams filled the room. He kept profusely apologizing as though he knew his crime vividly, as though he remembered why he was so afraid when I told him what Id do to him if he didn't return. I allowed his screams to soak in like butter on bread, then I took the arm he used to cover the wound off. The blood splattered everywhere a dark green in color.

His screams along with the screams his protector filled the room, both screaming for help. I waited and listen for anyone who had the courage to help him. Turning my body to Za,coken who appeared to have anger brewing in his body, but as I looked at him his anger rose even higher. If not for his friend who placed a hand on his shoulder, I may have been beaten by Za,coken. Interesting I thought, as I took his other arm off, then another chunk of his t.h.i.g.h, then both of his shoulders, I couldn't be bothered to take all his arms.

He laid on the ground a pill of blood, but surprising still alive. His friend begging me to stop but all I did was take another piece off. This time a chunk of his neck. With this I placed my tail in front of a snake-like Intecqu, similar to the ones putting together my wood processing machine, she/he had a large cloth in front of him/her, I didn't want to speak seeing as explaining my myself felt beneath me but I had to rely on the intelligence of this Intecqu in front of me.

"wh w w wh….what… do you need sir?"

She/he asked me that, but I didn't care to answer, after about 3 minutes she still didn't understand but It seems as though one sitting with her did as she/he quickly grabbed the cloth and tried wiping off my tail, that dripped with blood all over the food she/he was eating. But with my tail I gave her a light tap on the face which I think broke her jaw, the sitting Intecqu then understood what I wanted and started cleaning my tail. When I deemed it adequately cleaned, I walked back toward the direction I came in and walked back to my room. Still so effortlessly calm and divine I spoke saying.

"Not sir. My name is Meruem do make a note to remember. Seeing as I won't forgive any that fails to remember twice."
