My Hero Academia- Thunderstorm

After experimenting with many different animals at a local zoo I was able to get better at intricately using my quirk but even still I haven't tried to use on someone else. I don't know who'll let me use him as a guinea pig except for dad but he wont let my electricity near him. He's scared of what'll happen if I failed, not that I blame him. Who would willingly let a teenage perform a dangerous experiment on his mind? As I was thinking about what to do next my phone rings and the caller ID says "Reset" on it.

Denki: Hello.

Reset: Freezer wont get off my back about you paying us back for the information since I gave it to you so I was practically forced to make this call.

Denki: Sounds rough.

Reset: If you would come by later today, then that would be perfect.

Denki: I'm not busy now so I'll head on over. See you later.

I made my way back to Rockin' Beats and make my way to the power generator. After charging it up I head to 3-C to make sure they know that I paid them back. In the room, I only see Reset and Freezer together sitting on what looks like a new red couch with another person I don't recognize on the ground. Reset is actually wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans. Of course, we can't forget the new hockey mask on top of his face. In contrast, Freezer is wearing a fancy blue dress that screams expensive. I enter the room only to see a man begging Freezer to give him information.

Normal Citizen: Please give me that information. I need it to clear my friends name and get the reward money.

Freezer: I don't give out information that guarantees a persons death.

Normal Citizen: You don't know that for sure. I'll pay double your usual rates, please.

Freezer: I've got nothing for you here.

Denki: What information is he trying to get?

Freezer: He's asking for information on the criminal known as The Butcher. He's a notorious criminal that cuts up his victims and uses it to fuel his quirk known as Sharp Knife. I have no idea how it works but one thing I know for sure that normal everyday people can't deal with him. My quirk is telling me that if I give you this information, then you will die no question.

Reset: So far its never been wrong.

Denki: Maybe I should go with him to make sure he gets home safe.

Reset: Maybe you shouldn't be so quick to get yourself into trouble again after what just happened to you right.

Denki: You were watching me that night.

Reset: Yes. I wondering how the story would play out.

Denki: That's right your quirk...

Freezer: Anyway your not getting the information and that's final.

Normal Citizen: This is ridiculous. I'll pretty sure that you've broken many crimes to get the information you give out to people so why don't I make an anonymous tip about whats going on here.

Reset: I can't believe he seriously just threatened us.

Denki: I got this.

This is the opportunity I waited for I get behind him and send a subtle shock of electricity into his body. All he should have felt was a slight tingling sensation as my blue electricity entered his body and made its way through the part of the brain that controls sleep. After a couple seconds he seemed to looked fatigued and asked why he felt so tired all of a sudden. He could still force himself to stay awake so I pushed more electricity into his body until he couldn't open his eyes anymore and fell asleep.

Reset: Neat trick but your still out of your league here.

Freezer: I'm not giving you the information either.

Denki: Why? I thought you didn't like me.

Freezer: I don't but I don't want your death on my hands either.

Denki: How so kind of you? Just out of curiosity how much is the reward?

Freezer: 1,000,000 yen

Denki: Alright I'll see you guys later and don't use your ability on me Reset.

Reset: I'll try not to.

Denki: I deserve my privacy just like everyone else thank you.

There's no way I'm letting this go. I have a feeling that I'll be able to use my black electricity if I go after this guy it may not be as reliable as Freezer's quirk but I could feel it in my soul that I need to go. Plus, I'm in need of some more combat experience. No way am I giving up a chance to unlock my potential.
