Before Rain is the an alter to Xipe-Totec, she has the mask in one hand and the sword in the other. When she places them on alter the door open, to fields of the Village Lunga, they stay open even after she has left, because she is now the master of the palace and all its bounties are hers to with as she pleases.

When Rain arrives at the Central kraal of Lunga, she sits in Shaka's chair and removes her mask. 'I love you, why did you have to go...' She spent the night coming to grips with the fact that she will never build their home together with him.

The following morning Rain is up early with her sword by her side, she is wearing a deep purple flora sundress with matching shoes to boot. She is taking a look around there are a few people here and there all farmers of course but there is little to now infrastructure. A few hours later she summons the town speaker to spread the word that Lunga has unlocked a vast treasure dungeon and are looking for people who are interested in settling.

The word took about two weeks to spread before the first droves of people started coming. Most were adventurers. However people bring problems, the settlers in the ie her new citizens wanted her to provide better protection for them from the roaming bandits on the outskirts of the village of Lunga especially the road leading south towards the Aziza. She had also sent word to her caravan to bring the people who her and Shaka had spoken too about settling. It is important for the village of Lunga future especially the cleric that they managed to convince was quite popular amongst adventurers. CLeric first class is what everyone calls because of well mannered and proper his service has always been. The builders from the AA had arrived a day late so they were already behind schedule.

In the span of a short months the village had gone from a small village of less than fifty to a village of about 200 people fifty if those being roaming adventurers. Rain had been occupied with securing the mining caves west of the village. There were a three caves with three different resources which is amazing, she had need two months because she had to catch breeding pairs of Cave Goblins, Hill Blue Imps, Savage Pixies, Flying Boars, and by luck, she found the rare Crystalline Horse. The caves not only provided the minerals but the monsters to form a spawning ground controlled by Lunga. This also gave some of the more higher-skilled people to start contributing to the village.

The spawning ground is the responsibility of the Edgar brother a pair of Penghou, that came to village a few weeks ago, they showed a natural inclination to the raising of monsters. Also, many people from Oshun had been waiting for her to form her own village so more and more were arriving every day.

The only person missing is Hector the town planner, he should have arrived over a week ago, Rain had sent word for me and, she yet to anything back. However she still could not leave yet she had to set up the academy, some people who use to be teachers and such had given her a list of thing to get and she is yet to get that all sorted. She also has the hospital herbs sitting in a warehouse she just has to sign them over.

She has been enjoying the mundane dull drum of civilian life, the Palace had taken a toll on her and she had taken the time to heal by building something new. She is very busy nowadays, yesterday on top of everything else she signed a treaty with the border tribes of Aziza, Dwarves, Elves, and Centaur of Southern dark grasslands, the merfolk said they would discuss their needs once she runs a bigger city.

In every corner of the city, buildings are being built everywhere except the hill where the Palace is supposed to be. Rain promised herself to only build it once everyone else is back from there. She hoped to build it together with the rest of the family, maybe that way his voice will go away.

Rain has amazing focus the militia operated directly under her, she commands them in all things. They also did all things they are military, police and intelligence services in rolled into one. She had even convinced local humans to join her village.

They had a better knowledge of the land and its many gifts, as long she allowed them access they agreed to form a local governing body that reports directly to rain, thou she made sure to have her own people at all major strategic resources as she could not fully trust them yet. The humans were more than willing to have leadership roles, Rain prefered this to having earthlings because like her they pick and leave at a moments notice at these humans were sedentary. This also eased the pressure on her as they could handle the small stuff they would only come to here for placement of certain buildings

The rules were pretty much what you expect from Rain, fair and just for all. One of her militiamen Gray Price had delivered a report of a smuggling ring trying to set up root in Lunga Shadow Valley, she would root them out alongside the plague Vultures who are also found in the Shadow Valley
