I am placing the sisters + brother here as a reminder.

Nishi Yotsutsuji daughters.

 The first daughter is Asahi (朝日)(Morning sun)(Friendly Athletic,Ponytail

The second daughter is Mahiru (真昼)(Midday)(Independent,Shoulder length bob haircut)

Third daughter named Yuudachi(夕立)(Evening Shower)(Long Hair)

The fourth daughter is Yoru.(夜留)(Night)(Aloof, Shoulder length bangs waved.)

The older brother Souji.(奏時) Btw she is always using (私) from now on.

Also Tokiwa Tenjouin, the weird girl that has the hots for “Asahi” and is a weird smell person. Her sister’s name is Kizami (刻)

Sakadera Shouko,Asahi’s friend. Family is loyal to Tenjouin’s family

And Yonagi Sakura Kojii, the weird rich kid that has this weird fascination for “Yoru” and can tell the sisters apart by the light in their eyes.

Knock Knock. It was about 30 minutes after jumping into Yoru’s bed till I heard a light knock.

The time has come. . .

I wish Yoru had some better excusable study tools. It’s unlikely that the stuff I have will work. It’s no exaggeration to say that I am completely exposed if asked.

The person at the door is likely to be Asahi or Mahiru, maybe even both.

I got up and left to greet them. 

When I opened the door, Mahiru was standing before me. Surprisingly, Asahi was nowhere to be seen.

“What. . .Mahiru? I said I had something to do. I’m busy.”

“Ahaha. . Sorry Yoru-chan. I had something I wanted to talk about.”

“Well. . .Let’s keep it short. Get on with it.”

“Yes, Pardon the intrusion.”

I was mimicking Yoru’s manner of speech as best as I could, but I wonder if it was enough to convince her.

I tried to cut to the chase before she could question my weird behavior.

“I actually just got in a fight with Yuu-chan.”

“Uh. . .A fight? What?”

A fight? Eh, Yoru. What are you doing to my reputation?

My first fight with my sister, and I wasn’t even there? And it’s Mahiru who I fought with. . . I don’t even know how that could happen.

“W-What happened?”

I leaned in a little, while trying to suppress my true intentions.

“I went to play with Yuu-chan like normal. But she was acting weird today.”

“W-Weird?”

“Yeah. She was really childish. And got angry when asked about it.”

Mahiru had a bitter smile.

Hmm, so in summary.

Yoru tried to act like me and failed. So she lashed out at Mahiru when she pointed it out?

No, what is she really doing?

I’ll be in trouble if this doesn’t get settled as soon as possible. However I don’t know how to proceed.

Regardless. I have no choice but to pursue a policy of getting them to make up.

“Mahi- -”

“What do you think, about Yuu-chan, Yoru-chan?”

“Huh?”

W-What?

The conversation suddenly took a weird turn. 

What kind of question is that? Asking me what I think about myself? Is this an interview?

“Hmm. . .Well. It seems that her purpose in life is to relax. . .That’s what it feels like.”

“Ahaha, that’s an exaggeration.”

A-ha-ha. I’m serious though.

She was laughing while I took an introspective look.

“However.”

“What?”

“There are alot of good things. Although she is often messy. She is actually very reliable when push comes to shove, and pretty cool.”

“I-Is. . .That so.”

I had to avert my eyes from Mahiru.

I’m not used to being complimented right to my face. It’s very embarrassing.

“Hey, Yoru-chan. Do you like Yuu-chan?”

. . .I don’t know what to say. Yoru does whatever she likes, no matter what.

“Yeah. . .I like her.”

“So, what about me?”

“I like you. Of course I like Asahi too.”

“I see. That’s right. I thought Yoru-chan would say that.”

After nodding, Mahiru said with a smile.

“Well. Who can you depend on the most out of your sisters?”

“Mahiru.”

I answered immediately.

Well, Asahi and Yoru have imposed powerful poisons named Tokiwa and Yonagi. In that respect, nobody has been pushed into the danger zone by Mahiru. On the contrary, she helped distract Tokiwa when we were staying at the Tenjouin house.

Mahiru is the most reliable.

I’m sure Yoru would think so too.

“I see. . .Yeah, I understand. Thank you Yoru-chan.”

“Yeah. If you get it, then please quickly make up. I don’t want to see my sisters fight.”

“Yeah. I’ll make peace just for you.”

And then Mahiru was gone.

I somehow grabbed that conversation, and was able to change that trajectory.

I’m so relieved.

At any rate, the storm has passed. Which is the best result.

“Well, how was it Mahiru?”

“Yeah, I think I was able to see Yoru-chan in her. Their behavior was exactly the same. If you saw them, they’d make a good copy.”

“T-The same. . .”

Yoru told her sister that she wasn’t interested in what happened, but her true feelings were leaking.

“You are grinning.”

“Mahiru is too.”

Mahiru pointed that out, but Asahi threw that back at her.

“Did you have a good talk with Yuu-chan? Did she release some secrets?”

“Eh, No. . . Is it that obvious? Well. . .A Little.”

Mahiru turned her eyes as her face went red. Clearing her throat in an unnatural fashion.

“W-Well, that was my turn. Next. . .is Ashai-chan?”

“Yeah, I’m going next. . .But I would like to say, I am tempted to take along Yoru-chan.”

“Huh, Asahi!? Mahiru, You don’t have to listen to a word from Asahi!”

Yoru’s cheek went flush as she lunged at Asahi.

However Mahiru seemed somewhat happy, so she decided to ignore Yoru’s protest.

“So you two are together? . .Hmm. . .It’s hard to think of a reason for that. I wonder what would permit that. . .”

“It’s fine, they don’t need to know!”
