Enforcers

'This is an Auxiliary Chapter made to go into further details on the concept of who Jackson Storm is, as well as to get rid of misconceptions that some people have with him. This will have spoilers in it, as such it is recommended that you read-only if you are caught up with the story, or have at least finished Volume Two. You have been warned...'

Jackson Storm. The Squad Six Vice-Captain. One of the twenty sacred branches, and a heir to the Noble family of Storm.

Jackson Storm was born in Age 1970. He is twenty-one years old, and comes from the Storm Family. One of the Twenty Sacred Branches, a title said to have been given to them by God. Jackson has a twin brother named Alistair Storm.

Alistair is famous for creating the Arking Bolt, a powerful technique that Jackson has adapted into his fighting. 

Jackson is currently a young man, with short white hair, and electric blue eyes. He wears a white business suit, and typically fights with his Attribute which gives him control over Lightning, and a silver greatsword. 

Coming from a Noble family it isn't very surprising that Jackson was given a lot of affection. Furthermore being the firstborn, by two minutes, this means Jackson is the Heir to his family. 

As a child, Jackson was washed in affection by his mother and his servants. However, unlike most Nobles Jackson was never interested in living a comfortable life.

Jackson Storm is someone who craves the concept of fun. Someone who only wants to laugh and play. He often snuck out of his lessons to go play with several of the commoner kids, who lived in the village outside of his. 

Like most Nobles, Jackson grew up in the City of Rose. A massive city made only for Nobles. However, Jackson never liked his City finding it to fake. As such he often snuck out to a nearby Village filled with other Commoners where he would play and have fun. This was where he met a young girl named Katrina. 

Katrina and, another Noble boy named Chandler Kronos, became two of his closest friends. However, due to an unknown incident, Chandler passed away. 

At the age of fourteen, or Age 1984, Jackson joined the Enforcers joining Squad One. Meanwhile, his best friend Katrina was placed in Squad Six. Jackson also became fast friends with a boy named Dawson Blight, who was a strange kid on the Squad Six team.

By Age 1989 Katrina became the official Squad Six Captain, a slot that had been empty since Age 1977, since the previous Squad Six, Captain, and Vice-Captain, passed away in one of the many battles or Dandelion. After she became the Captain, Jackson was appointed as her Vice-Captain. He then made Dawson Blight, his reserve.

Because of Jackson's strange nature, and the fact that he joined the Enforcers, this caused distant relationship between him and his father. Jackson considers his Grandfather to be his ideal parental figure, always listening to stories of the Enforcers as a kid. 

Jackson is often considered very strange for a Noble. He is never bothered by customs, and usually just wants to have fun. He has a very goofy personality and it is often very hard for him to be made mad. 

But.

If you do piss him off, rest assured he will rain down the wrath of over a billion lightning bolts, showing you a fury not even known to God.

Jackson is quite clever, and like most peoples usually jokes around, so as to avoid the dark situation they often find themselves in. Jackson is someone who would rather smile, to keep others from worrying. He cares deeply for all of his Squad Members except for Hannah, and Kitsune. His favorite is Katrina, who he now is in a relationship with, and Dawson Blight, his best friend. He considers Hero, and Ken, to be some of his favorite recruits, and thinks Cloud is a total badass. North/Irene, is the student he wants to spend the most amount of time with, seeing the dangerous edge they are standing on. As such Jackson has made it his duty to help them get out of their mental space and step out into the real world.  

Jackson is known for tremendous power and speed. He has nearly become Master of his Attribute, almost as good as his grandfather. Furthermore, Jackson is a master with the blade inventing his own sword style.

This style is known as The-Striking-Thunder-Of-A-Flying-Blade-Kaws-Of-A-Thousand-Crows! This technique was made when Jackson was very young. As such he is very embarrassed by the names now, and usually just calls it the The Flying Sword Technique. He is very embarrassed when Kitsune brings up the full name. The technique works by using his intense speed mixing his electricity around it. This makes him move so fast he can actually fly around the battlefield using gravity and wind as his blade. However, one mistake could result in him crushing his body and turning himself into a smoking red stain. 

Jackson never does anything slow preferring too keep pushing his body to its limits, and pushing the boundaries of speed itself. 

Jackson's blade is known as The Striking Thunder. He is currently on the Mark Three. 

The Striking Thunder Mark One was his first blade. However, it shattered before he ever became a Vice-Captain. The Striking Thunder Mark One, was a simple silver long sword made almost entirely out of Rivion. It was shaped similarly to a Katana, a weapon the Nation of White use, but far bigger and bulkier. 

This blade was eventually shattered in a mission.

Jackson now wields The Striking Thunder Mark Three. A Superior blade being lighter, sharper, and thicker. This blade is far stronger and has a few differences that allow him to use it more effectively.

Jackson's electricity is blue, but becomes white when he taps into the power of the Royal Sacred Branches. This power rivals that of the Evolucionar.

Jackson's Stats...

Jackson is an offensive user, having low stamina but high attack power. He fights on the front lines and orders his team on how to fight. While he can't fight for very long having low stamina, this is actually countered out by his trendous will allowing him to force past his limits and keep pushing his body.

Known Eros. Pero, Dero, Sero. Preferred Ero. Pero, and Sero.

This next part will be going over the character's Stats. It will use a rating system, with F, E, D, C, B, A, S, S+, SS, SS+, and lastly Z. F being the absolute worst, and Z, being a God tier stat.
