Assassin Initiate

As we were standing quite a bit far away, we were only able to see someone laying on it. The animus seems to be at the center of the hall. Running my eyes around once, I saw the same grey colored walls as the previous room. The source of light here was the ceiling. The ceiling itself was glowing white similar to the light beams. There were few big entrances here and there which looks like leading somewhere else. At the end of the hall I saw some thing incomprehensible. Yes, I don't have words to describe what I saw. It seems like a big 'doorway' leading to some place. The doorway had a height from floor to ceiling.

"Let's take a look at the animus first." Rebecca suggested.

We started walking towards the animus. We all were silently observing the place. I saw many glyphs written everywhere on wall. It looks just like those paintings in the Egyptian walls. I also noticed that the place was unexpectedly neat. I thought that the place we will find would be a group of ruins.

As we made our way towards the animus, we finally saw the 'someone' on animus clearly. That someone was a woman. Head full of long black hair reaching till her feet. A beautiful face, with a hint of maturity. She was lying on the animus with her hair open which reached her feet. I looked towards other my companions and similarly they were also exchanging glances.

After sometime I asked others,

"What should we do now?"

No answers came.

"Come on, at least tell me what are you thinking." I urged again.

"I think..... we should first check her. Her being here is strange." Shaun suggested. As the Vault was closed and seems impossible to open, it's indeed strange for her to be here.

We were currently standing quite some distance from her.

We continued walking towards her and stopped. Now we saw her clearly. While watching her side profile from before, she looked beautiful. Now her face looked perfect. Just like the imagined Medusa's, or a Goddess's. Words alone were not able to define her beauty. She was currently wearing some kind of balck tight feeting body suit with unknown material. It further enhanced her curvy figure.

I put my finger near her nose to check her breadth. No breadth. I guess she's dead. But how's it possible that her body is still perfectly fine? or did she died just now? then suddenly,

*inhale*

on my fingers,which were till near her nose, a single small inhale was felt.

I waited for a couple of minutes to confirm my suspicion.

"So? Is she alive?" Desmond asked.

His question made me stop. I guess he became impatient while waiting and not getting an answer.

"Yep, this woman is alive. But.....she feels strange. She only breaths two times in a whole minute." I said with some mixed feelings.

"Are you serious?? or joking around." Shaun said with a confused expression. Before I was able to reply, Rebecca pushed me away and checked herself . Why won't she believe me?

After some time, she had the same expression.

We went silent for sometime. But,

"Mhm...hm....."

we heard sound coming from the woman.

I looked over her and saw her slowly opening her eyes. What a marvelous pair of eyes. She had one red and other blue eye, with blue being the left. She first showed a confused expression and sat up then turning her head towards us. How cute!!! Damn, I wanna take her home. But I kept it inside me as I know she was not normal. No normal person would breathe only twice per minute.

I looked towards others. Rebecca and Shaun looked at the woman with vigilance and got prepared to fight should the need arise. Desmond followed them and got in position. As expected of veterans.

Whereas I started to look for a pace to hide. This fighting and all, I will be killed in a sec if I joined a battle. The other areas might be a good place to hide.

As we looked towards her, she started to gain focus. Her eyes scanned us and got fixed on me. I felt something, and thought of running away. She looked at me again with the same confused expression. She got up, at which I saw Shaun and Rebecca flinch for a moment. The woman started walking towards us, or rather me as her eyes didn't left me for even a sec. With her every step, Shaun and Rebecca will shake, even Desmond started behaving like this. I don't get why they shake.

When she was 3 steps away from Shaun and Rebecca, both started to shake continuously, including Desmond. But, she continued walking towards me while ignoring those three. Passing them, she came in front of me. As I was quite tall, she looked up to me. She was just a little bit smaller than me. Might be 5'6 or 7.

She just looked at me quite sometime, then raised her hand and......hugged me.

My brain stopped working for a second. An unknown stranger came to me, and hugged me. All this while, I was just foolishly standing rooted on spot.

While my brain was in a mess, I felt the hands around me getting a little tight. I tried resting her but then just hugged her all of a sudden. I had a feeling that this is what I should be doing.

While hugging the woman, I felt her hands loosing up. I also let her go. She took a step back, and again looked at me. But this time, she had a happy expression.

Now let's come to the main point,

"Who are you??" I asked her.

At some point, the shaking trio stopped shaking and looked towards us. They too seems to want answer.

Hearing my question, she showed a bitter smile and continued,

"My name is Jane. But before answering your other questions, I think you should first enter the animus." She said while pointing to animus she was in.

"Why??" I didn't expected this type of answer so I could only ask her.

"Because its time for you to recover whats yours."

"I don't get it. And in the first place, animus don't work with me."

"Just believe in me and do so, cause its more than an animus."

Seeing her serious look, I changed my mind and decided to trust her. But was it really only her seriousness that changed my mind??

I laid on the animus and waited. Jane walked towards my right and tapped her foot there. A platform immediately rose from there. She fiddled with it for some time, and the platform went back down after that. Seeing it rise from ground and going back down felt like I was watching a Sci-fi movie.

"Just stay calm all the time, and don't get scared. And Good Luck." She explained it to me.

Hearing that, I felt the familiar sensation of getting in a dream.

I heard a sound saying,

"New Host detected...."

While being in semi-conscious state, I began hearing things in my mind.

"Host is sealed by other factors......"

"Unsealing Initiated....."

"heart unseal in 3....2.......1."

Ah!! I felt like electricity ran through my body, it made my body numb.

"Unsealing Terminated. 21% heart unsealed. Further unsealing might damage the host."

While listening to this last sentence, I blacked out.
