ZENITH

In a landscape flush of greenery and creatures at every turn, a 6ft figure could be seen with golden hair and light brown shaded skin, laying on the floor, with a face filled with visible confusion, he needed time to adjust with what has happened to him so far.

after coming back to his senses, Spencer tried to get up and scope his surroundings, he did not expect that he would just be thrown in some random location without warning.

"where am I, it could have given me a heads up of where I was going to end up "-Spencer

Spencer began to walk in a random direction to see if he could find a more open area so he could at least see the surroundings.

but before he could get anywhere.

*Snap*

*Growl*

The snapping of a twig could be heard followed by a deep growl.

Spencer hearing this felt a chill, slowly turning around to see what had made those noises.

he regretted every second of it.

What he saw was a reptilian creature standing on two legs facing him, the creature was slightly smaller than Spencer, but its massive claws made Spencer scared beyond belief.

"Oh shit"-Spencer

In that instance Spencer spun around and burst into a full sprint, running as fast as his legs could go, this action only provoked the creature as it began to chase after Spencer gnashing its teeth.

As Spencer was running, he noticed that he was getting faster as he ran, but he had no time to be excited about his speed, he had to survive.

He kept running and running until he almost passed out from exhaustion, Spencer finally decided to look behind him to see if he had escaped, not seeing the creature, he stopped running and slowed to a stop.

"That was close, I thought I would get eaten alive,"-Spencer

After looking around and believing he was safe, Spencer spotted a log, he went to sit down to recollect himself from the life-threatening situation he just went through.

Little did Spencer know an even bigger predator than before was watching, lurking, trying to find the right time to strike.

when the creature observed Spencer dropping his defense and sitting down, it pounced at him

"Huh?"-Spencer attempted to turn around but it was too late.

The creature had caught him off guard.

*CRUNCH CRUNCH!*

Only the sound of bones snapping could be heard, as the creature proceeded to munch on the mangled body of Spencer effectively killing him.

As the creature left, all that was left of Spencer were puddles of blood infusing into the soil, further enriching the environment.

After some time had passed, drops of blood could be seen seeping out of the soil, the blood slowly came back together and began to reform Spencer's body, restoring him and making him stronger than before.

After the reassembly process had finished, Spencer opened his eyes and began breathing frantically remembering what had happened to him only a few moments ago.

"Goddamn lizard, just you wait" Spencer had sworn at that moment to take his revenge upon the creature.

Spencer stood up, he began inspecting his body.

"Maybe that wish was the right choice"-Spencer

After his body reformed he felt stronger, much stronger.

Spencer clenched his fists, his hands radiating strength that he never thought possible for a human body.

"I FEEL AMAZING!"-Spencer

To test himself, Spencer looked around attempting to find a small rock, when he did, he placed it in his right hand and began to exert some of his strength in an attempt to see what would happen.

*Crack*

As he was squeezing the rock, it began to visibly crack within his hands.

seeing this Spencer used all of his strength.

*Crack*

The rock began to break apart completely, the shards falling out of Spencer's hand.

"..."-Spencer was flabbergasted at how strong he became just from one of his deaths.

But before Spencer could revel in his newfound strength.

He sensed something behind him, his feeling made him rapidly turn around, but this time he had no fear visible anywhere on his face, his eyes were lit with determination.

From behind a bush, Spencer saw the creature that had chased him when he first arrived, this realization that it was the same creature made him livid.

"You piece of shit"-Spencer

As he said this the creature ran at him, flashing its teeth and claws at him that could tear apart a normal person, this creature was releasing a massive amount of killing intent while attacking Spencer,

But he did not back down, he planted his feet and ran at the creature full force, with full intentions of ripping it in two.

"AAAAAAAAHHHH!!!"Spencer let out a roar startling the wildlife of the jungle.

Both ran at each other full speed and when they collided.

*BOOM*

An explosion of sound came on impact, frightening the creatures, making them frantic.

Spencer tackled the creature and pinned it unto the floor, he began to tear into it with no restraint, showing no remorse or mercy to the overgrown lizard.

He only continued slamming his fist into the creature's head, until it slowly began to deform from the impact behind each blow, the creature tried to retaliate by jamming its claws into Spencer's sides, but this deemed futile as Spencer only sped up.

He kept pounding and pounding and pounding until the creature's head was just an extremely deformed pile of brain matter and shards of its skull splattered across the soil.

Spencer got up from the carcass of the creature and its body began to liquefy and fuse with his body.

As this happened Spencer's body began to heat up and change, his skin thickened his teeth sharpened and his nails became claws, his body felt vastly more powerful than it did before.

A boiling urge swelled up within him, he took in a deep breath, looked up to the sky clenching his fists and tightening his c.h.e.s.t.

And when the feeling finally became unbearable.

"RAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!" Spencer let out a roar so loud, that the air began to vibrate violently in unison.

The sounds of animals responding could be heard, acknowledging the birth of a new apex predator.

*Grumble*

Spencer's stomach grumbled these chains of events had made him hungry beyond belief.

"Let's find something to eat"-Spencer
