The metal guardian stood tall among the chaos and crashing seawater that hit the ship.

When Viktor fell into the sea, he seized the opportunity to transform into Metal Guardian, and then he quickly boarded the deck of the ship with the help of Metal Chain. Luckily, the chaotic situation kept people from noticing him.

"Anna... ehem..." Viktor cleared his throat and forgot to change his voice. "Are you okay?"

Anna nodded. "I'm fine. We'll talk another time; I have to save the crew and others." The woman darted away, leaving Viktor with Radcliff.

"Metal Guardian, please distract the Kraken as I finish this giant squid off." Radcliff darted toward the Kraken before Viktor could respond.

"Yeah, do what you think is best," Viktor muttered in annoyance.

Viktor quickly jumped into the air. Using a metal bullet, he bombarded the Kraken right in the eye. The monster screamed, and its tentacles danced in the air. At that moment, Radcliff threw himself at the Kraken.

Slash! Slash! Slash!

Boneless flesh melted. Charred odors wafted through the air as the sword of light slashed its body. The Kraken screamed even more, but Radcliff did not stop there. He zigzagged on the tentacles, and then he plunged the sword into the sea monster.

Splat!

Once again, a scream echoed through the air in the crashing seawater.

From afar, Radcliff gave the Metal Guardian a thumbs-up. Seeing him, Viktor only sighed. He hadn't intended to help him distract the Kraken, but Radcliff just happened to take the opportunity.

Thud!

However, the Kraken pushed the ship with its body, and the people on deck screamed in panic as the ship swayed.

Seeing the situation getting worse, Viktor gritted his teeth, wondering how to defeat the Kraken before the ship was destroyed. He suddenly remembered the harpoon Captain Mavis had used. He quickly ran to the bow of the ship and picked up some iron spears that were lying there. Captain Mavis looked so angry that the man didn't even notice Viktor, as if something had gotten into him. But Viktor didn't have time to find out.

Using metal bending, Viktor connected the iron spear with a metal chain. He intended to aim for the eyes, or the face if he missed; at most, he could land on it and stab its eyes.

"Hiyaa!"

The iron spear shot out along with the whistling air. Thanks to metal bending, Viktor was able to increase the speed of the iron spear.

However, the iron spear struck a tentacle. His shot missed.

"What—woah!

Suddenly, Viktor was thrown through the air as the Kraken moved its tentacles. On the deck, the men watched Viktor bobbing in the sky.

"Woah! "Look at that!"

"Metal Guardian"

"What is he doing!"

They pointed at the sky while making astonished faces. Meanwhile, Jessie and Viez, who were on the side of the ship, could only furrow their brows at Viktor's behavior.

"Boss," Viez muttered.

"What the hell is he doing?"

Holding onto the metal chain tightly, Viktor tried not to be thrown overboard, though his head was dizzy. At that moment, a yellow light flashed across his face.

Splash!

Radcliff had just cut off a tentacle to save Viktor.

Thud. He landed on the deck.

Viktor gritted his teeth as he struggled to get up from the floor. He looked up, seeing Radcliff aggressively fighting against the Kraken. At the same time, part of the ship's hull was slowly sinking into the seawater. It was only a matter of time before the entire ship sank.

"Djinn, any good idea?" Help us!"

Hehehe, you finally asked for my help.

"Hurry up, Djinn! I don't have time to argue. You'll be scrapped at the bottom of the sea if the ship sinks. You want that, huh?"

<Okay, okay.>

The golden lamp stored behind his armor shook, and a puff of blue smoke came out through the gap and went to the water. Viktor felt Djinn's power move away from him.

As the situation grew more chaotic and the ship was close to sinking, the waters on the other side of the ship overflowed as if something large was about to break the surface. Seawater rained down on the ship, and people were stunned to find a huge shadow covering them. Another Kraken appeared, but its body was blue like the sky.

"Look out! "Another Kraken!!"

"We're going to die!"

The adventurers and crew were hysterical. Some looked deathly pale. One Kraken was enough to overwhelm them, let alone two. This was the end for them; that's what they thought.

As panic engulfed them, suddenly the blue Kraken attacked the black Kraken, and it ignored the ship and the people on board. A violent shock occurred when the two monsters collided with each other.

Viktor smiled broadly. "Well done, Djinn! That's Amazing!!"

The Djinn in Kraken form pushed the Kraken and bit down on its tentacles. Slowly, the Kraken's grip on the ship loosened.

Wasting no time, Viktor quickly seized the opportunity that Djinn had created for him. He threw an iron spear connected with a metal chain, and it stuck into the Kraken's face while one hand held another iron spear.

"Hiya!"

After being flung through the air, Viktor landed on the sea monster's face and stabbed it in the eye. The Kraken screamed in pain instantly.

"Hehe, gotcha!"

However, Viktor wasn't the only one to take advantage of this opportunity.

A bright yellow light emanated from the deck of the ship. All eyes were on it, and Viktor was no exception. Radcliff was holding the sword that emitted the bright light with both hands; it extended like a spear.

"Look at that! Radcliff!"

"He's going to use his ultimate skill!"

Seeing that Radcliff was about to deliver the fatal blow, Viktor quickly jumped into the fray. Meanwhile, Radcliff ran, jumped high in the air, and thrust his light sword at the Kraken.

Sheeeng!

An explosion of blinding white light engulfed everything. People closed their eyes; they couldn't see what was happening, but they could hear the cries of the Kraken.

As the sea roared and saltwater droplets washed over them, the adventurers and crew opened their eyes. The Kraken had died with its head hollowed out, and its body was slowly sinking into the ocean.

They saw Radcliff kneeling with his sword on the ground. For a moment, there was no sound other than the sea breeze.

"We won!"

The shout broke the silence, and then everyone cheered in victory. The deck of the ship rumbled. The crew and adventurers hugged and shouted to let out the overflowing joy in their hearts.

They then mobbed Radcliff, chanting his name.

"Radcliff!"

"Radcliff!"

"Radcliff!"

While people were excited, Viktor had a bitter face behind his golden helmet. They all cared so much about Radcliff that they didn't notice that the blue Kraken disappeared after the bright light engulfed them.
