What Where You Thinking

Shane went to the bar to settle their account, went back and sat down and waited for them to finish their last drink.

Once they were done they all got up and walked to the door.

Shane hold the door open for them to walk out, once outside Mits took his one arm to hold herself up and Mel got hold off the other arm.

Shane took Mel to her room first, they waited till she got into bed and then they left.

Once in their own room Shane ran Mits a warm shower, helped her into the shower and washed her.

All the while he had a big smile on his face.

"Are you laughing at me?"

"No I am not laughing at you my love, I was just thinking that I must give you more freedom to spend time with your friends."

"Awww that is so sweet of you my angel, that is why I lovvvvveeeee you so much."

Laughing louder now at her remark, "Come my love time to get out the shower and straight to bed with you."

He helped her to get into her night gown and opens the bed for her, she got in and went to lie down.

"Come lie down next to me I want to talk a bit more, I don't want to sleep."

Looking down at her, her eyes already starting to close, he bent down and gave her a kiss on the forehead, "I am just going to get ready for bed I will join you know."

She opens her eyes and smiled at him.

Shane got dressed for bed and went to go lie down next to her, he thought that she might have fallen a sleep already, but once he was in the bed she turned around and looked at him.

"I want to go home, I want to go back to work."

"I know my love and I said that we will talk about it with your parents and Mel."

"I don't want to fight, but I also don't want to talk about it, I really want to go home now, it's been more than 4 months now, and I really want to go home."

"Okay my love we can go home, lets just please discuss it with our parents as well."

"Okay!!!!"

"Please get some sleep my love."

"Okkkkaaayyyyy! I will go and sleep don't get bossy."

Laughing at her outburst. "I love you"

"I love you to."

She turned on her back and fell a sleep.

Shane got up at about 8 that morning, Mits was still sleeping, not wanting to wake her, he took a quick shower and got dressed. Walking out the room he saw that Mits parents was already sitting on the deck of their room.

"Good morning Shane, is Mits still sleeping?" her mother asked as he walked over to them.

"Good morning, yes she is still sleeping, after we got back she and Mel went for a few drinks, I went to go and get them at 4 this morning."

"That is understandable."

"Did you have breakfast yet, I am going to order some breakfast for Mel and Mits, would you like something as well?"

"No thanks we already had breakfast. But thank you."

Shane walked away and went to order the breakfast. Once the breakfast arrived, he woke Mits up. "Wake up my love, you need to eat something."

Mits opens her eyes, "I don't want to eat, and I don't want to get up. Please leave me just for another hour."

"No my love there is things that we need to sort out if you want to go home."

"Okay, okay I am up."

"I am going to give Mel her food, then I will be back, don't fall a sleep again."

She smiled up at him.

Shane knocked on the door of Mel's room. He waited for a while, but then heard, I am coming just wait.

Mel opens the door, and looked at Shane, "Could you not leave me to sleep?"

"I brought you come breakfast and some strong coffee, please eat and get ready, there is a few things that we all need to talk about."

"Okay give me about an hour or so."

Mel took her food and closed the door.

Shane smiled as he walked back to their own room.

Mits was sitting on the bed drinking her coffee when he came back in the room.

"Good morning." She smiled at him.

"Good morning my love, are you feeling a bit better?"

"Yes thanks my angel, I am feeling better."

Shane took his own coffee and sat down next to her, in silence he finished his coffee and Mits ate her food.

Mits got up and walked around the bed gave Shane a hug, "I am sorry about last night."

He smiled up at her, "It is not a problem my love, I know you really want to go home, get ready and we can all sit down and talk about what we are going to do."

Mits got dressed and ready to go and talk to her parents, she already know how Mel is feeling about going home, it is just her parents she is not so sure about.
