About five minutes had passed since Arthur had started the process of class change. So far, only his pet had managed to evolve and he was still waiting for his own upgrade to be done.

After ten minutes, the notification finally popped up.

After looking at the stat increase, Arthur realized that he had gained about 16 stat points.

'Two points rose for each stat… that's basically a bit more than three levels of stat.' Arthur calculated.

It was certainly a good increase, as all of his stats had risen at the same time. This was one of the advantages of the Dragomancer class. It was a class that used all the stats, as its skill set was rather varied.

'Let's see what skill I got from this…' Arthur pulled up the skill section.

'This…' Looking at the skill descriptions, Arthur was overwhelmed. 'This Dragon's Insight skill alone is a Legendary Rank Appraisal skill… but its effects exceed that of the other Legendary Rank appraisal skill that the guild master of the Lore Gluttons guild had.' Just the first skill alone was enough to satisfy Arthur.

Not only was it an appraisals type skill, but it also had multiple effects too.

'The second and third passive will be greatly handy. Being able to see in the darkness will make things so much easier, I won't have to haul around torches or other light tools. Plus fighting in the darkness will now give me an advantage!' Arthur reckoned.

The ability to see through illusions was something that won't come in use all the time, but it would be crucial in going against mobs that used illusions or mages that did the same. It would also help him in quests that could make one get lost using large scale illusions.

'The fourth effect though… What does it mean by hidden information?' Arthur realized that he might have to test the skill to actually see what it meant.

Then there was the second skill, Dragonic Vengeance that provided terrifying buffs.

'The damage buffs are greater than most items and I don't think there was any item that provided a 25% boost in damage felt to Dragons!' Arthur was excited about the last one.

Dragons were one of the most beings in the game, along with other deities and gods. Their powers were said to be almost on the same level as gods, and sometimes even exceeded them.

This was why Dragons were considered the epitome. Thus having a skill that could allow one to damage them more was surprising.

Other than dragons, the other creatures that were related to them were also quite strong.

Among these, Dragonoids were the ones closest to dragons. These included creatures like Wyverns, Wyrms, Lindwurms, and more. These were popular bosses that the players would have to hunt either for quests or just to gain equipment.

They also provided a lot of experience thus, there were often raid parties made to hunt them down.

After this was the Draconians. These were a bit different in that they were actually humanoids. They were said to have been a race created by the Dragons to serve them and worship them as well. There were many kinds of them spread across the world in different tribes.

Then there were the Draconids. They were the most bountiful among all and were mid level mobs. Arthur's evolved pet was a Draconid as well, and there were hundreds of them found all over the world. Common examples of them were Flame Salamanders, Water Newts, Rock lizards and more.

The difficulty in killing each type of creature increased, the closer they were to dragons.

'But the third skill… This is the one that should be the main reason behind the strength of the former Dragomancer.' Arthur reckoned.

From what he had seen and read, the Dragomancer in his past life used to hunt a lot of Dragonoids, Draconians, and Draconids. He was also one of the few players that had successfully killed a dragon as well. It was one of the acts that had cemented his reputation as a legend.

'The stat gain is still fine, there were other skills like this too but the effect of absorbing abilities of a dragon… this is awesome!' Arthur couldn't even imagine what gaining the abilities of dragons would be like.

He did know that they were very hard to kill, but if his predecessor could do it, he could do it as well. He also had the additional bonus of having knowledge about them from his past life. Arthur even knew the names of several Dragons and where they might be located.

'There should be plenty of Draconid-type mobs in Vera Peak and the area around it.' Arthur remembered.
