Vengeance For Jenny

Chapter 13 - No Match 5.2

"From the smell of you, it seems to me you had quite the work out last night," I reply in the snarkiest tone I can wrinkling up my nose as I walk behind him.

He pauses in place a moment making me stop mid-step stumbling a bit. The sound of my foot tapping on the hard floor as I hop forward twice on it to stop from falling on my face. My hands out in front of me barely brushing against his back to stop me from crashing into him and to balance myself. I hear what sounds like a muffled chuckle as I adjust myself. I look at the annoying man who was chuckling at me. He was looking back over his shoulder a smirk on his face. I can't help feeling irritated by how cool he reacts to my insult.

I walk past him "You seem pleased at the idea that you're a practically a man whore." I hated the vial word soon as it left my mouth but I got more irritated when he is around. I look back over my shoulder not trusting myself to speak as I bite my lower lip fearful in my skin how he will react though I meet his eyes not wanting to show weakness. He is now watching me straight on and he smirks more.

"Scent of a man, Little Typhoon. It's quite a shame your so inexperienced you don't know the difference yet. Maybe if you learn anything from me it will be that." His smirk becomes playful and devilishly seductive as his eye stares deep into me.

I lick my lips lost for words. I quickly turn my head back to the front as rush off. I practically feel like I'm trying to escape to the dojo room from his eyes rather than eagerly meeting him there to teach him who he was screwing with. Now I feel like he would use that word in a literal sense with me and I shiver like a rabbit about to be eaten. Reminding myself he is a player it's not me, he eats up any woman, I need to be careful and the best way to do that is beat him so hard he won't dare touch me.

I sigh shoulders drop in disappointment watching the woman before I escape through the dojo thrush hold and stand in the middle of the arena not even facing me.

I rush her as she stares off into the distance lost in thought. If she wasn't going to take this seriously I would teach her a lesson she never forgets. I reach out to grapple her arm behind her back when the typhoon surprises me a little by screaming. I jump freezing me in my tracks.

"What the f.u.c.k", I nearly gasp half annoyed when I see the smile appear across her face. As she starts to giggle.

"Works like a charm every time." She giggles shamelessly every time.

Annoyed at the stupidity of it and of myself I grab from behind her neck compressing both carotid arteries causing her to go hypoxic and pass out and fall crumpled to the floor. I rub at my neck f.u.c.k I had to admit she got me for a second but it's stupid shit like that, that get others hurt and will get her killed to meet the wrong people. People like me. This is one of many lessons she going to need to learn if she has any hope to see the kid again and if I have any hope of getting back my solo career.

I turn on my heels heading for the door. I slide my hand in my pocket grasping the smooth cell in my pocket. I pull it out and hit one number. The speed dial rings. The other side picks up I stay on long enough to relay my message.

"There is a precious parcel in the dojo." I hit the end button and quickly leave the G.O.D. Headquarters. I didn't want to be anywhere near there when he finds her.

My head was buzzing. I felt so dizzy as I placed the palms of my hands on the tatami mats the covered the floor below me. My heart feels as if it was racing as panic and chaos flew through my mind. I have no idea what happened to me or how long I was out but I was on the floor. I was supposed to be sparing with that horrid man. I push my upper body up to look around as I sway as if I was drunk. I blink focusing my eyes that still feel I looking at a bad tv screen. A shape begin to appear. As I see down the hall outside the dojo. A silhouette of someone tall and firm body. Darkness surrounded him before too long, like a demon in the night we read about in stories. I feel my body go cold and shiver. So fast and death emanating off of him. The mere seconds coming back before the attack. He didn't even blink he could have killed me and he didn't even hesitate.

Minutes later the sound of footsteps came rushing down the steps rushing closer like thunder.

"That mother f.u.c.ker." The words and voice catch my ear as I look up at Dodger who came into the big room.

Suddenly I felt really small. I tried to stand now having plenty of time to stabilize from passing out. However, I found my legs a little shaky and I began to crumble back down and Dodger catches me mid-fall. Hang tight Typhoon I know your tough but you're not quite ready to stand yet. Next thing I know I feel a strong arm under my knees and am being scooped up into a princess cradle.

Without thinking I begin kicking and crying to begging to be put down.

"Hold still would you, I not about to drop you but I don't appreciate the claws damn it." I freeze realizing I had been scratching Dodgers' arms. I bit my lip feeling like sc.u.m.

I rather take the scary Malaki Treatment then the kindness I getting from Dodger. Kindness can always be taken away but with the other, you always know what to expect. I say nothing fearing to speak as I am carried to the infirmary to be looked over by the on-staff physician. The half-open door standing outside I can hear Dodger leaving several messages from a fit of calm anger, turning to a full blow outrage and he yells into his phone hangs up then redials.

I reach into my pocket and pull out the birth certificate. Was Brittany working with Miranda? He so fast and strong he might be right I need his help if I have any hope. Becca, I squeeze it in my hand the stuff it back in my pocket when Dodger enters the room. I stand up eager to leave.

"Did you find out where he is?" I ask looking to the side as I kick the floor.

"I'm sure I know where he is, and he is lucky I'm not going to find him."

I bit the corner of my lip choosing my words carefully. "Will you tell me where you think he is?"

I watch Dodgers' eyes go wide. "You want to see him after what he did to you?"

I nod slowly.

He runs his hand through his golden blonde hair "Christ you must have lost more oxygen then I thought. I better come….."

"No!" I shout interrupting what he is about to say. "Sorry no, I want to do this on my own, please." I watch him sigh in surrender.
