I returned to my house with Akeno and Shuri. I introduced Shuri to Rias and the others. They were glad to know that Akeno could meet her mother and now she's going to stay with us. Sirzechs informed us about the peace meeting and that it's gonna be held today. All of us went to Kuoh Academy and created a barrier. Inside the barrier there's a different dimension where the meeting will commence. We left Gasper in the ORC clubroom with Koneko. After some time, four teleportation circles appeared on the ground. Out of them appeared Sirzechs, Serafall, Azazel and Michael.

All of us went to the destination of the meeting. In the meeting, Vali also came along with Azazel. In the room, both Rias and Sona's peerage were present. I and Vali were standing leaning on the walls. The meeting began with Sirzechs saying, "Today we all gathered here to form a peace treaty between the angels, fallen angels and devils." He was very serious unlike his child-like demeanor.

"Yes today we are here to finally put an end to the fighting between the angels, fallen angels and devils." said Michael. He had that usual warm smile on his face that an put anyone at ease.

"Let's begin the meeting." said Azazel. The meeting began with everyone discussing the most boring issues of the century. Nothing but nonsense. After about ten minutes they finally stopped talking and turned to me and Vali.

"This here is Vali, the White Dragon Emperor. We should take his opinion and also Issei's opinion regarding this treaty." said Azazel as everyone turned to Vali. All of them were shocked to know that Vali was the possessors of the Longinus "Divine Dividing".

"I don't care about this peace treaty. I'm only interested in fighting strong guys. As long as I can continue fighting strong people I'm okay with this treaty." said Vali as he looked at me. Everyone then turned towards me to hear my opinion.

"Why do you even need my opinion in the first place?" I ask them.

"You're a human being. This peace treaty will also affect humans, so your opinion is important. Besides you're very strong. I send Vali to capture Kokabiel, but he told me that you killed Kokabiel and that too all by yourself with relative ease." said Azazel. Sirzechs, Serafall and Michael was shocked hearing this. They didn't expect me to be strong enough to beat a ten winged fallen angel.

"I'm okay with this treaty as long as it settles the dispute between the three races." I said. All of them nodded and proceeded the meeting.

"Now that we have their agreements we should form this treaty. The devils are okay with it." said Sirzechs.

"We, the angels also agree to the formation of this treaty." said Michael.

"The fallen angels are also fine with it." said Azazel. Just as the meeting ended "Boooom!!!!" could be heard. A huge explosion occurred outside. We looked outside and saw various magicians. They were led by Katerea Leviathan. Katerea was a tall bespectacled woman with a voluptuous figure. She had tan skin with long brown hair tied into a bun with a headset and she had purple eyes. She wore an extremely low-cut dress and it had a high slit which exposed a large portion of her b.r.e.a.s.ts.

"It's the attack of terrorists. They are against this peace treaty." said Azazel.

"That's Katerea Leviathan from the Old Satan faction." said Sirzechs.

"The Old Satan faction opposes the treaty as they're aiming for world domination, the goal of the original four great satans." said Serafall.

"Those people are from a terrorist organization known as "Khaos Brigade". Their leader is Ophis."I said. Everyone was surprised to know this. I told Rias and Sona to go get Gasper and Koneko. The others went out to battle the magicians. All of us went outside.

"Katerea what're you doing here?" asks Sirzechs. He had a serious expression on his face.

"I came here to realize the dreams of the original Satans.We won't let this treaty be formed." She said. I told Sirzechs to let me fight her. He hesitates a bit but then agrees to my request.

I flew up to Katerea. Katerea was surprised to see me.

"Who are you boy?" she asks me.

"I'm Issei Hyoudou. I came here to fight you Katerea." I said to her.

"

A kid is going to fight me? How low have all of you fallen! Hahaha" She said as she laughed. She was mocking me.

"I pity you. You think you're strong, but you're weak. Your foolishness is on a whole other league." I said while grinning.

She was pissed at my words. She formed a yellow magic circle on her hand and released her demonic power towards me. I counter her attack with a light spear. Both the attacks destroyed each other. She created multiple magic circles and started attacking me. I form a barrier around me to block all her attacks. I create multiple light spears to attack her. She managed to dodge all of them, but she left a small opening. I utilize this chance to attack her with a flame lance. It pierces her right shoulder and burns her body. Her body was covered with burns and her shoulder was bleeding badly.

She took out Ophis's snake and swallows it. She gained an exponential power boost as I could feel her aura flare up. She again created multiple magic circles and attacked me. I countered her attacks with multiple powerful light spears. I quickly fly in front of her using god speed as she didn't see me. When she noticed me, before she could do anything I punched her hard in the stomach. She came crashing into the ground creating a huge crater. Her entire body was covered in deep wounds. She was coughing a lot of blood. She couldn't move due to the damage she took from that punch. That punch broke most of her bones and shredded her muscles and ruptured her internal organs.

I moved down and went to her. I told her.

"I don't want to kill you. I'll spare your life. I can also save your niece. But in return you must become my servant." I said to her.

"How do you know about my niece? No, forget that. Can you really save Ingvild?" she asks with a glint of hope in her eyes.

"Yes, I will save her. So will you become my servant?" I ask her as I give her a smile. She blushes at that.

"So you're also kind huh" she muttered to herself in a low voice. Nobody would be able to hear it, but due to my enhanced senses I heard her.

"Alright, I accept." she said. But she immediately goes unconscious due to the amount of damage she received. I use my healing magic to heal, but didn't wake her up. Rias and Sona also appeared with Gasper and Koneko. I tell them to take care of Katerea. The magicians have all been taken care of. But Vali took a stand against us, as expected.
