"What? Short listed? By short listed what do you mean?" - SueNan asked

"The literal meaning... you were not called that only mean you were cut-off..." - One of the staff said in a very unprofessional way.

Listening to SueNan and the staff, XiennaYan couldn't believed that she was eliminated without even having the chance to participate. What kind of logic was that, when she searched about the audition online, it didn't even said that they will be short listing people without seeing their capabilities.

"Didn't they say that this would be a nationwide, mass-audition? That it would be the fairest and the most transparent process around?" - XiennaYan said in a serious voice.

"Heh, are you questioning us? Do you think you'll pass the audition...Leave and stop bothering us, we are busy here..." - another staff said.

SueNan was a little bit mad, with the staffs attitude... - "Is that how you work here? You are too unprofessional." - after she said that she grabbed XiennaYan away from those staff but at the same time taking note for their tag name and faces.

XiennaYan was a bit discouraged, and confused about why she had been eliminated and if was it only her who experience this because no one else come forward and questions...

But everything became clear when she remember WanXin was part of the cast... and she could have middle with things behind the scenes.

Her fake kindness and pretending to want to help... but start her schemed against me.

She probably ask the person in charge to not call me or take me off the list.

Lin WanXin wouldn't even let her compete nor take a chance with having to tolerate her in case she got accepted and stealing her resources and limelight.

"Hahaha... Lin WanXin... you should do a better in hiding your traces." - XiennaYan said in a low voice only her and SueNan could hear.

"That!.. B*tch! you really have a very troublesome sister Yan... I would really love to expose all her dirty secrets..." - SueNan said irritatedly.

"Very troublesome indeed." - XiennaYan agreed.

They were quiet the whole time they were walking until they reach the parking area.

"You don't have to worry about this Nan... we could just look for a different project for me to work on... even though your quite busy with ShinNa, LianBo and YangRan work i am giving you another extra work again.." - she said apologetically to SueNan.

"I know, it was just...this character really... Hey! watch out!" - SueNan cut-off what she was about to tell XiennaYan when she saw a lady who was busy checking the papers she bought and did not notice the car the was about to hit her.

The lady was able to evade the approaching car, but she stumble on the ground papers everywhere and was sort of panicking probably because of the aftershock.

They went to the lady and assisted her to stand up and bought her on a safe corner... before XiennaYan went back to gather the scattered paper and things .

"Are you alright?" - XiennaYan asked, while handing back the lady things.

"Hmm... thanks." - the lady responded...

SueNan who was tying up a handkerchief to the ladies knee to stop the bleeding interrupted - "No, she isn't that alright... the scr.a.p.e on her knee on won't stop bleeding and needs to be treated."

"Mhmm, then it would be hard for her to drive." - XiennaYan said, then asked the lady - "We can drive you to the hospital, if you wouldn't mind?"

"No, you don't have to... I am alright... really thanks." - The lady said trying to refuse.

"You'll have hard time driving, you might get into accident... don't worry we are not bad people." - SueNan said to the lady.

"No, no, i didn't thought nor mean your bad people... it's just i am not really good with hospital, so you really don't have too."

"Then would you like to my apartment? Its near here, about a 10 minutes walk and probably 5 minutes by car, i have medicines their to help stop the bleeding." - XiennaYan suggested.

"If you wouldn't mind... Thank you."

They assisted the lady towards SueNan car, and drove off.
