Two days later.

Menedelia visited her sister and grandmother at Rebecca's manor. She was greeted with the good news that Rebecca had already given birth to her babies. She was super delighted to see the newborn twins in the couple's room. "OMG! The babies are so cute! The baby girl looks like me when I'm still young!" she joked.

Rebecca laughed. "How did you know how you look like when you're still a baby, Granny?"

Menedelia grinned. "I just make it up!" she replied with a giggle. Then she picked up the baby girl in her arms and nuzzled her feet. "Hello baby, Granny Menedelia is here to keep you entertained!" she said and enjoyed bonding with the cute baby.

A few minutes later, done with the baby girl, she also doted on the baby boy. "Wow, little Rebecca and little Corbin! Perfect! I want to be their self proclaim grandmother!" Menedelia gushes.

Rebecca smiled brightly. "Of course you are!"

"Great!" Menedelia replied cheerfully.

"Um... Granny. Can I ask you a favor?" Rebecca asked.

"Yes, what is it? Just say it..." Menedelia said.

"I want Graven and Laura to see my babies. Can you bring them here this afternoon so that they can also see my twins?" Rebecca asked.

Menedelia smiled and responded, "Sure! I'll go there right now!"

"Thank you, Granny!" Rebecca said and changed the baby girl's cloth diaper.

"I'll go now," Menedelia stated.

"Okay," Rebecca spoke with a nod of her head.

A few seconds later, Menedelia vanished from Rebecca's room.

Menedelia landed outside the gate of Graven's manor. She looked at the guard. "Hello guard, are the lady and the lord home today?" she asked.

The guard recognized Menedelia immediately and allowed her inside the gate. "Yes, they're inside the house. Just go there and find a servant ..." he replied.

"Thank you, guard!" Menedelia said and moved towards the pathway leading to the entrance of the house.

When she entered the living room, she saw a maid, holding a rag, wiping the surface of the furniture. "Aunt Menedelia, you're back! It's nice to see you again," the maid said.

Menedelia smiled. "Nice to see you again as well. Can you please inform the lady that I'm here for a visit? I have some important things to tell them," she said.

"Okay, I'll go upstairs now," the maid said and went to the staircase.

A few minutes later.

Menedelia saw Laura carrying her son in her arms, she was descending the stairs together with Graven.

They settled themselves on the couch facing the visitor.

"Granny, long time no see!" Graven said.

"How are you, Granny?" Laura asked.

Menedelia smiled and requested, "I'm fine, let me hold the baby for a while..."

Laura placed her son in Menedelia's arms.

Menedelia kissed the baby's feet. "How are you, little Gabriel? You're growing so fast!" she said.

After a few minutes of bonding with little Gabriel, Menedelia put her back in his mother's lap. She looked at the couple. "Guys, I was sent here by Rebecca. She has already given birth to the twins, two healthy babies! A boy and a girl. She wants you to visit her at her place today if you have free time," she said.

"That's good news!" Graven said, wearing a broad smile on his face.

Laura smiled brightly. "Wow, she already give birth! I want to see the twins!" she told her husband.

"Okay, let's go to her place after we settled baby Gabriel with the nanny," Graven replied.

Laura stood up. "Granny, wait for us," she said.

"Okay, don't rush, take your time," Menedelia responded.

Laura head back upstairs while Graven went outside to look for the maid that will take care of baby Gabriel.

Half an hour later.

The couple is ready to go with Menedelia.

"We're ready to go!" they said in unison.

"Alright, let's go!" Menedelia said with a smile.

A few minutes later, the trio vanished from the living room, teleporting to Rebecca's place.

They landed in the living room of Corbin's manor.

Rebecca smiled happily after seeing her beloved friends, she was holding her baby daughter in her arms while Ebony was holding her son.

Laura grinned and rushed to Rebecca's side. "OMG! The twins are finally born! They're so cute!" she gushes.

"Thank you for visiting me!" Rebecca said, misty-eyed.

"After Granny Menedelia told us that you already give birth to the twins, we can't wait to see you and the babies! We're finally here!" Laura blurted.

Rebecca grinned.

"Wow, look at you, you're glowing brightly. Motherhood suits you well!" Laura continues her lively chattering.

Graven went to Ebony. "Can I hold the baby for a while?" he requested.

"Sure!" Ebony replied with a smile and handed the baby boy in Graven's care.

Menedelia and Ebony left the living room and went to the kitchen to prepare the refreshment for the visitors.

Back in the living room.

"It's good that you come here to visit me because starting next week, I and my babies will be relocating to my father-in-law's place for good," Rebecca said.

Laura's brows knitted together, she knows very well that Rebecca still harbors a deep hatred towards her in-laws. "Oh, sorry to hear that," she said.

"It's okay... the past no longer hurts me. I will survive," Rebecca replied.

"But why did you agree to live there?" Laura asked, she can't understand that part. She thought Corbin understood his wife's feeling well.

Rebecca took a deep breath. "Because my husband ask me to and I don't want him to feel sad. My father-in-law wants to see the babies every day to brighten his day because his wife hasn't returned yet and he's feeling suicidal, so yeah... the babies can make their grandfather stay alive longer in this world and my husband thinks so..." she elaborated further.

"Ah, okay I got it," Laura nods her head in understanding.

Graven was listening to the women's conversation while gazing at the baby boy in his arms. He prefers to stay silent and let the women do the talking.

Half an hour later.

Menedelia and Ebony returned to the living room to serve the refreshing drinks and rice cakes to the visitors.

They continue chatting until late in the afternoon.

At 5:00, the couple finally bid goodbye to each other.

Laura and Rebecca hugged each other goodbye.

"I'll visit you again if I have free time. I miss baby Gabriel already!" Rebecca said.

"Okay, we will wait for your visit," Laura said, feeling sad because she and Graven can no longer visit Rebecca once she starts living in her father-in-law's place. Zalvo might remember Graven's face and it could start another trouble between the two families who are enjoying peace for several months now.

"Bye, guys! take care!" Rebecca said, reluctant to let go of her friends. "Give my regards to Grandpa, Calder, Horace, and the others! I will see them soon!"

"Bye, sis!" Graven said and handed the baby boy back to Ebony.

The couple finally bid goodbye to Rebecca, Menedelia, and Ebony, thanking them for their hospitality.

Ten minutes later, the couple vanished from the living room, teleporting back to their home.
