"Anyway, Yuuki, Hana, I have your blades. Kozo Kanamori." Their swordsmith proceeded to pull out two sheaths, each hiding a blade within.

"Kozo Kanamori? What do you mean?" Hana asked with a confused face.

"I said I have your blades..." Their swordsmith was wearing a mask so his expression was hidden and Hana was unable to ascertain whether or not he was serious as his tone was monotone and it was difficult to notice any fluctuations in his words as his annunciation was slightly muffled.

"These... are the 'Nichirin Blades' I forged these two myself. It was quite fun. Anyhow, the Nichirin Blade's raw materials are ores, and Iron Sand collected from the highest mountain that is as geographically as close to the sun as possible. 'Scarlet Crimson Iron Sand' and 'Scarlet Crimson Ore'.

Whilst mentioning the blade, their swordsmith had his voice crack once or twice and spoke speedily at a pace that made it difficult to understand him at times as his tone and annunciation caused them to have to think about all the possible sentences he spoke and select the right one unless they were able to hear him.

Finally, Yuuki held his blade in his hand.

"Try pulling the blade out."

Something in Yuuki's eyes changed as he held the blade. A grey glint appeared in his dark crimson eyes.

"I forgot to mention that the Nichirin Blades have another name. The Blade of Colour Change. The blade changes colour based on each owner."

Yuuki's blade suddenly began to darken. It started as a light silver and eventually ended up as a black that seemed to suck in all colour around it.

Urokodaki was closer to Tanjirou, but he witnessed the colour change of Yuuki's blade. Almost coincidentally, Tanjirou's blade also turned the same black.

However, Yuuki's blade did not stop there.

This time the inverse of the darkening occurred. His blade began turning lighter and lighter until it took the colour of ashy grey. Surely enough, this occurrence was unnatural as Yuuki's blade continued morphing colours.

A gradient formed, the tip of the blade being the same ashy-grey as Yuuki's hair and the bottom was that abyssal black. Along the edge of the blade, a very light crimson colour appeared.

"It... the blade... what...?" Sakonji voiced his profound confusion whilst their swordsmith trembled.

Yuuki's eyes went blank for a moment as he glanced over the system overlay.

Hana's blade had become a light cyan colour, nothing spectacular had happened but her blade did have a small amount of an ashy-grey colour near the hilt.

Eventually, the two Swordsmiths left, it then clicked in Yuuki and Hana's heads that their swordsmith had said his name which was Kozo Kanamori. Certainly, he was a unique fellow.

Darkness spread over the mountain as the sun had set and the moon rose in the night sky.

In their hut, Yuuki and Hana were alone. Tanjirou had gotten an order and was forced to leave as he had to go exterminate a demon so he had to leave very fast. Again, Sakonji, Yuuki, and Hana were alone again in the mountains as Tanjirou was now able to carry Nezuko inside of a box wherever he went.

The two were lying down as they had gotten ready to sleep.

"What do you think I would get? I can't get anything that requires Mana." Yuuki asked Hana as they were talking about the Lucky Spin he received.

"I'm not sure. Maybe you could get another item like the [ Leviathan Dagger]? Just go for it, it's not like you can get something useless."

"Fair enough," Yuuki selected the Lucky Spin in his mind and a wheel began moving. "Tell me when to stop."

"uhh... now!" Not a second later, Yuuki stopped the Lucky Spin and looked at the item in his hand.

"That is really useful! You can then get the benefits of Demons without being one!" Hana's lips had been curved up since Yuuki said the description of the [ Bloody Wine Gourd ]

"Yeah, we can. You can use it first after it is full."

As Yuuki was still able to use his inventory, he put the [ Bloody Wine Gourd ] away and formulated some plans for what blood he could use to fill it up.

Looking into Hana's bright eyes, Yuuki felt an impulse and let it overwhelm him.

"You know, we're not going to see each other for a while after we start getting missions. I reckon our crows will tell us we have missions right after we wake up."

"Yeah..." Yuuki's sudden words made Hana feel sad that they were going to separate.

Hana looked back into Yuuki's eyes until she understood the meaning behind his gaze. A mischievous glint within her eyes appeared before it quickly went away as though it was never there.

"Come closer, I want to hug you." Yuuki brought his face closer to Hana and whispered into her ear.

Wearing an innocent expression on her face, Hana turned around and moved until her back was against Yuuki's c.h.e.s.t and she was facing away from him.

She felt her body grow heated when Yuuki's arms tightly wrapped around her body. His forearms pressed into her body and it was unknown whether or not it was intentional, but he pressed down on the spots which were s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e.

"Mmm. This is nice, isn't it? Onii-chan~" Calling Yuuki that way, she could feel something already pressing against her but she continued acting like an innocent lamb.
