Chapter 195 Surprise

Bucky wanted Leo to build an armor for him to play with but after thinking for a bit, he didn’t voice it out. Because he knew Leo could take initiative to give him, but not him taking the initiative to ask. He wasn’t dumb as a suit of armor capable of resizing and flying definitely was too advanced for common sense.

Leo didn’t hide it from him and it was already a very trusting act to him. If Leo was fine with it, Leo would voluntarily build a suit of armor for him.

In a short time, Leo brought Bucky to Washington and hovered right above S.H.I.E.L.D. HQ. When he departed from New York earlier in the morning, he had phoned Natasha to set up a meeting place which was her dormitory.

Natasha was still a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent albeit her rank and authority were lowered. But S.H.I.E.L.D. wasn’t that bad enough to deprive her of her accommodation.

Then, holding the Capsule House in hand, he carried Bucky to S.H.I.E.L.D.’s dormitory area.

He wasn’t in a hurry to enter the room, he circled outside the room instead. Compared to previous times when he came visiting, there weren’t any soldiers standing guard outside of Natasha’s room and the soldiers around the building had also withdrawn.

It seemed Natasha’s investigation had truly ended.

Then, he flew in through the gap in the doorway with ease while carrying Bucky.

Once entered, he was greeted by a spacious and bright living room. The living room’s floor was cleaned and on the balcony at the end of the living room were a few pots of flowers that were in the blooming season.

And currently, Natasha was curled up on the sofa against the wall, watching the TV in boredom. In front of her was a box of pizza and there were two slices of pizza in it which probably was Natasha’s leftovers from lunch. Although there were two slices of pizza in the box, the toppings on them were gone.

Twitching his mouth involuntarily, Leo returned to his original size. He removed Viper Mark VII and stored it in his belt along with the Capsule House before sitting right next to Natasha.

Natasha subconsciously distanced herself from Leo with a tense body and clenched fists. When she saw the intruder was Leo, she relaxed and complained, “Are you a ghost? It’s frightening.”

Chuckling, Leo replied, “If I’m not a ghost, how should I silently bring you to meet Fury?”

Natasha was interested and immediately sat straight, “How are you going to bring me to Fury? Don’t tell me you’re giving me a suit of armor? Although I don’t know how to control it… I can try learning it.” She was quite excited.

“Dream on!” Leo glared, “My armor cost at least hundreds of millions of dollars. You still owe me four million, and yet you still want to owe me more money? Can you afford it?”

Flaring her nostrils, Natasha rolled her eyes.

Seeing Natasha wasn’t replying, Leo stopped messing with her and took out the Capsule House with a wave and resized it into palm-sized in his palm. He said, “This house is called the Capsule House. It also can resize and you’ll be entering this house later on and then, I can silently bring you to Fury.”

Girls love pretty things. Thus, Natasha’s eyeballs were instantly attracted by Capsule House’s exquisiteness. Without saying anything, she nicked the Capsule House from Leo and fondled it in her hands, evidently in love with it.

But this made Bucky suffer as when he heard Natasha’s voice, he was going to greet her. However, he felt the sky was turning before he managed to utter anything and could only tightly grip the clothesline with his hands before his body began turning 720 degrees.

“Natasha, stop turning it! I’m going to puke!” Finally, Bucky couldn’t resist it and yelled.

Abruptly, Natasha stopped rotating the Capsule House and held it while looking at Leo puzzledly, “Why did I hear a mosquito buzzing in the house?”

Leo stayed silent and shrugged while not bursting into laughter. In fact, he was going to reply that that mosquito even knew English!

Right now, Bucky was helpless when he heard Natasha’s booming voice outside the house. 

But to prevent Natasha from treating his voice as a mosquito buzzing again, he shouted loudly, “Natasha, it’s Bucky Barnes! Your mentor! I’m in the house, stop shaking it! I’m going to puke!”

Then Bucky sighed depressingly, “What have I done to deserve this!”

This time, Natasha clearly heard the voice coming out of the house. With a disbelieving face, she raised the house to her eye level and saw the deflated Bucky sprawling on the floor through the tiny window.

Her eyes widened abruptly while Bucky saw a two-meters wide giant eyeball.

Leo on the side burst into laughter and said, “How is it, Natasha? Surprise?”

“Leo, let me out now!” Bucky plopping in the house shouted.

Receiving the house from Natasha’s hand, Leo shifted the coffee table in the living room aside and waved his hand, making the Capsule House a bit larger and opening its door.

Bucky grumbled while exiting the house before realizing something was wrong…

‘Isn’t this couch a bit too high?! It reached my chest! Huh… Why am I as tall as Natasha’s thigh?!’ 

Dumbfounded for a long while, Bucky finally cried at Leo, “Leo, can I still turn back? Am I going to be a midget forever?”

Leo’s mouth was grinning widely and happily, he answered, “No, if you want to be a three-meter tall giant, I can help you with that. It’s just that the living room is a bit too small for the house. Hence the funny… Sorry, the unexpected circumstances.”

Twitching his lips, Bucky returned to the house begrudgingly. Staying outside another second was an insult to his height.

Natasha was astonished during the entire process. In the end, she forcefully snapped herself out of the daze and swallowed her saliva. 

She carefully asked, “Leo, you won’t transform me into a tiny creature and treat me like a pet, right?”

“No, what’s wrong with all of your brains? Am I that kind of person…” Leo powerlessly retorted.

Based on what he watched in his past life, those superheroes weren’t worried about these kinds of stuff at all! The only similar case was when Scott Lang’s daughter treated an ant as a pet dog…

Regardless, after Leo’s reassurance, Natasha believed him for the moment and agreed to board the Capsule House and shrunk to meet Fury. But just as she was going to enter the house, she was troubled again.

“Leo, how… am I going to enter?” Natasha pointed at the entrance that was as tall as her legs.

Spitting out his tongue, Leo prudently answered, “How about you… crawl in?”

Natasha immediately glared dagger at him.

Leo added, “How about we find an empty place, like the outskirts? Or does S.H.I.E.L.D. have a large, empty, and unsupervised warehouse?”

Such a warehouse definitely wasn’t around and going to the outskirts was too time-consuming.

Ultimately, Natasha sighed and crawled into the house. The moment she entered, he realized the house was too small and she couldn’t stand straight in the house. She could only curl up her legs and sat on the floor.

And Bucky was looking at Natasha with his jaw agape, filled with stupefaction. Because when Natasha sat, she was as tall as Bucky…

Leo took a peek at the comical scene through the door and shut the door for them with a smile. This was the surprise he prepared for Natasha and Bucky. Everything was according to his plan.

“You two, sit tight. We’re going to meet Fury!” The next moment, the Capsule House suddenly shrunk alongside Leo. He grabbed the house and leisurely flew to the detention room where Fury was imprisoned.

He didn’t dare to fly too fast, otherwise, Natasha might accidentally tumble due to inertia, and getting up was difficult…
