“So, a sentient data stream from the network invaded your body? And that data stream was so familiar with your body that your firewall cracked instantly?” Astonished, Leo uncontrollably summarized Steam’s words and asked.

Steam nodded, “Buzz! Yes.”

With a slight pondering, he guessed the identity of the abnormal data stream right away. It must be Dr. Zola.

Steam was a replica Leo imitated based on Dr. Zola’s robotic body, which meant it had the same roots as Dr. Zola. Hence, Dr. Zola naturally was extremely knowledgeable about its body. “Tell me more about it!” Leo was further astonished as he couldn’t expect Steam already possessed the ability of self-evolution.

Echoing in the lab was Steam’s crispy voice as it detailly recounted everything regarding its great achievement in the battle against the odd data stream.

After hearing about the account, Leo secretly relieved for Steam. If Dr. Zola were to successfully break Steam’s defense, then it would be a disaster. Its consciousness might be directly erased by Dr. Zola, utterly vanishing from this world.

Compared to that, Leo wasn’t too worried about the leakage of his various secret technologies. Since Vibranium was a scarce material, Dr. Zola was unable to build Viper Mark III and V out. Even if Dr. Zola squeezed out every ounce of his effort, it was unable to produce even the slightest threat to Leo. Of course, it’s all the better that the secret technologies weren’t leaked out.

“Great work, Steam.” Leo patted Steam’s head and praised it with half encouragement and half comfort.

“Buzz! It’s thanks to the new encryption method master gave.” Steam was quite modest.

Leo rewarded Steam with another “head pat” before pondering and inquiring, “Steam, if I let you connect to the network again, can you safely resist that data stream’s attack?”

“Hm, alright. Connect to the network again and search for that data stream’s location, preferably its geographical location in the physical world.”

“Buzz! Affirmative!” Steam headed to the network port again and plugged into it. It started to search for traces of the odd data stream.

Ten minutes later, Steam dejectedly removed the plug and wobbled its head, “Buzz! Master, Steam failed to find it!”

“It’s fine. Let’s slowly search for it again later. Come over here first, I will do a quick checkup on your body. Then, I’ll try to upgrade your firewall.”
