jack asked "what is soul bonding?"

answering to host!

soul bonding happens when a soul energy/spirit of a human and pokemon are similar to some extent,it make human s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e to energy , there energy can also transferred to pokemon.

what energy/spirit?.

answering to host!, every human has spirit ,host has gotten god's blessing so his soul energy is more than a normal human and not only that host can increase his soul energy with training, host! can use basic spirit manual to increase his soul energy faster than any ordinary human.

jack then remembered about the reward of basic spirit training manual, he thought that it was a meditation to increase his concentration,nothing special, fortunately he used manual quite few times.

jack then decided to use this manual properly.

jack said "system use lottery ticket-[Hm/Tm] x 2"

system- using lottery ticket's....

congratulation host! for obtaining...

after checking his reward , jack could not understand that his day was bad or good.

jack started searching a safe place for him,after wandering for a bit he found a empty den, he decided to stay this place for a night.

next day,he woke up and called back munchlax to see his condition, upon calling him jack saw munchlax still sleeping but jack didn't woke munchlax up and bought his breakfast from system.

jack opened new packet of pokefood,a smell lingered in the den,then certain 'someone' nose twitched.

"good morning,buddy" said jack

"muunchhhllax"said munchlax while rubbing his eyes lazily.

jack put pokefood on bowl for munchlax, and his food in his plate,munchlax could not wait so he started gulping down the food,jack chuckled and he also started eating his food.

they started there respective training, jack used both [TM] on munchlax, munchlax succesfuly learned the moves and, started element type energy control training,, to improve both attack.

jack sat on a stone , closed his eyes, making no effort to control the breath; simply breathe naturally.

jack focused his attention on the breath and on how the body moves with each inhalation and exhalation,he could feel all his anxiety,fear,worry,stress disappearing and, remaining was a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

after mediating for half an hour, jack asked " system, how was today's spirit training different ?"

answering to host!, because of soul bonding host! can feel and absorb energy better, it can help host! increase his physical and mental state.

jack after hearing system answer, again started spirit training.

after training, both jack and munchlax decided to explore the forest.

entering the forest , jack could feel the fear of many pokemon ,maybe its because munchlax defeated ekans, who was lord of the territory and, now munchlax became the lord of territory, but many pokemon still did not fear munchlax, may be because of there nature.

while exploring forest, jack and munchlax, fought many battle's , and got items like mysterious ores,berries and things that were eye catching but there value was of total waste.

day's passed...

jack and munchlax defeated like every strong wild pokemon in the forest, they were not strong as ekans but they were still quite strong, after defeating that many pokemon , munchlax leveled up to level 15 , he didn't learn any move but he was getting stronger.

after battling so many battle in the forest,they finally decided to move to pallet town.
