The Gluttonus Beast

After a while of briefly jogging, moving at 500 mph, we almost reached where the group wanted to meet us at however, they came so unexpectedly early. I mean I already assumed that they would come here sooner or later, but I thought I had more time. But the good thing is, my people aren't as weak as they use to be, the bad thing is that they hadn't had enough time to test their newfound strength, nor do they have much fighting capabilities. If they get through, this obstacle, I will definitely have to teach them, more about fighting, then the basic knowledge they have. After those brief thoughts and plans, we rounded the final corner we need to and I finally saw what we were going to face and well...the results surprised me a bit.

It was a female lion, with two other females that flanked her left and her right. However, these lions didn't look like ordinary lions, the ones flanking the middle one had flames l.i.c.k.i.n.g at their ankles, their fur was fiery red, with red eyes, they all both similar, except for a few things. Not only that, but they had almost human hair, kinda like a female Pyroar, but with different styles. One with a mohawk, another with dreads, and the important-looking one, in the middle actually has the same hair-style as a Pyroar. All and all they looked important and of a high rank in the Blaze Clan.

I expected it to be a low-tier grunt or someone around that level of authority, to address the so-called 'animals beneath them', but instead someone who was obviously in power came along. This may be more hectic than I thought. But my thought process was brought to a close, as one of the servants, I assume, started talking.

"Greetings savages, her Highness Lady Sheila, is he to speak with your leader. I assume you savages already..." However, this rude and unsavory... woman with a gruff voice, that matched her attitude, was cut off when her leader glared at her.

"Hello...I'm sorry for Truda's behavior...she is just bad with new people, especially males, and is in a bad mood, she was just blowing off some steam." The others were annoyed, and Ajax looked like he was ready to tear off, the now known, Truda's head. But after hearing the leader's smooth, flowing, and graceful voice, they calmed down a bit. But they were also confused by her last statement, about 'blowing off steam', but I just nodded to that, which seemed to catch her attention, if her eyes lighting up a bit meant anything. As why did she whisper 'especially males', and why males?

"We also apologize for the unexpected and most certainly rude arrival, but I hope you can forgive me and my friends for this. I hope that we can start off on the right foot." I nodded to that, as this 'Lady Sheila' seemed pretty cool and friendly, unlike a certain someone, who looked at us like we are nothing but dirt.

"As Truda already said, my name is Sheila, Sheila Blaze. If you would be so kind, what are your names?" Before I could step out and address everyone, Ajax stepped out in front of me and brought all the attention to himself.

"Hey Sheila, I'm Ajax, that little scrawny guy over there is Blaz, the guy that you first met and came to get us is Leo, and finally..." He stepped back behind me before starting again. "is Lord Ryoku, our leader." And he said that we a bow and a toothy grin, one that said, 'It's payback time', and he turned around heading back to the rest of the group behind me, but was stopped but Truda, the rude woman.

"You insufferable worm! How dare you to her Highness so casually! I'll saw a worm like you where you belong!" Wow, I'm honestly shocked, I mean I had this type of speech before, but it just came out so suddenly. Well, I'm not surprised because you could literally FEEL the haughtiness rolling off in droves, aka, she thinks we are unless and a waste of time.

"Hoo, and where would that be?" Ajax only showed mild interest as he walked back in front of me, facing her, but I know he was burning up in anger on the inside. Truda immediately ran up to his face, as she was the same height as him and Ajax was the same height as Magma, if not bigger, and shouted in his face.

"In the ground!" At that Ajax face finally morphed into anger and he finally let it out.

"You know what b*tch, I have had enough of your s*it! You come to our home, demand us to come see you, and now you insult us? I hope you're ready for the beatdown that's coming your way!" Ajax yelled in her face, but she didn't back down nor flinched. But instead allowed her disdain to fully show now.

"Good, good, this is what I was looking for! To finally show you worms who are the superior ones here!" They were now both growling and baring their teeth at each other, ready to rip each other apart. But only held back for their respective leaders.

"Truda what are you doing! We are here to make peace, not to cause needless violence and bloodshed!" At Sheila reminder Truda flinched and stared at the ground in shame.

"I-I know, but..." She going to continue but, I had a different plan in mind.

"Why don't we let them both fight?" Everyone then turned their attention to me, all speechless, even the two involved.

"...Come again?"
