The Enemy Always Wants to Pull Me into a Coffin

　　Alessio saw the two Light Creatures across from him shake with a look of horror and felt that the history he had spoken seemed to be a little exciting.

　　More excitement was yet to come.

　　”Not only that, but any citizen who was reported to have even a tiny bit of acquaintance with a Dark Creature was slaughtered throughout their clans. Rejecting the darkness to the point of raising a butcher’s knife to one of their own kind, I don’t think I need to say more about the level of conflict between the two camps.”

　　”Humans have a strong tolerance, and those who believe in the Temple are even more so. To many, this purge is the embodiment of the Queen’s and the Kingdom’s faith, that they are completing a divine trial, proving that those who are pure will ascend to Heaven when they die.”

　　André’s breathing increased slightly. This history sounded so crazy to them ten thousand years later. Neither light nor darkness had been at fault. They could have coexisted in harmony and contributed to the balance of the world, and they had lived that life.

　　”And I, for one, ended this insane cleansing,” Alessio said slowly.

　　Naturally, he wouldn’t do it himself, but sent out a fourth-generation youngster. It was only the queen of the humans. It was an honour for the fourth generation Vampire to go out and show that he wanted to end that farce quickly.

　　He drank the last sip of tea and history came to an end.

　　”The Vampires killed the Queen and the kingdom fell apart. The fourth generation Vampire was killed by the Hunters of the Temple, and as a Prince, there was no way I was going to let it go, so I broke the silver cross on the main church of the Temple and stomped the dignity of the Temple into the ground. The Temple immediately employed the Hunter, who had been carefully trained to target only me.”

　　”It was three hundred and sixty-four years of the Blood Moon calendar when I first met with the psycho …… Ruzius.”

　　This period of history was too long to speak about. Zhu Heng returned to his senses quickly and exchanged a new cup of tea for Alessio. He could not help but sigh.

　　”Your candy, those doctors asked me to bring it to you.”

　　”Two candies?”

　　”It’s too childish, I won’t eat it.”

　　The Saint spoke concisely.

　　Alessio took the two candies, and his mood, which had been slightly downcast earlier by the memory of that history, suddenly lightened up. He tucked the candies into his pocket, thinking not to expose him, but just snorted in his heart.

　　Who are you pretending for? You obviously like sweets.
