Alex massaged his temples to try and figure out a solution. Jason was still standing there and thinking on whose hair is it. While Alex was thinking, his phone rang, and he saw that it was a text from his mother saying:

[Is Samantha Brooks, the girl you were talking about?]

Alex was astonished because he still hasn't told his parents yet. The next text of his mom answered his question:

[I saw the video of you pulling her away from the other kid, Eric Ryder. It's now the hottest topic on social media.]

Alex nodded and understood immediately. Mary Walton is always on social media that her status in it social media is always online, and it was seldom that it is offline.

Her mother texted again: [Your father became strong as a bull when he heard that and even cursed at the other kid, Eric Ryder. I was regretting not to get another phone to record his reaction.]

Jason laughed so hard when he read the message of his mother that his stomach hurts.

Alex closed his phone and looked at his computer and started working again.

The mother and son pair kept playing for hours when the butler came in holding some snacks. They only grabbed it without looking and started eating while they kept playing.

The butler did not react and retreated. After a few minutes, the door opened, and Eric came in and observed the place. The butler behind him begging: "Sir, please leave. You are not allowed here."

Eric ignored him and heard a boy's voice from the living room: "Mom, we're gonna die."

Eric quickly went to the living room and saw Samantha and a little boy playing. He saw the boy's features resembles some of Samantha's.

He furrowed his brows and went nearer to them, but they did not notice him because they were wearing headphones. He kneeled and tapped Samantha's shoulder, which made her look at her back and saw Eric.

Samantha immediately took off her headphones and asked: "What are you doing here?"

"I wanted to see you. Alex is keeping you here?" Eric said warmly.

"No, my son and I wanted to play games, so here we are," Samantha said, honestly.

Eric nodded, and Samantha quickly returned to playing. Eric heard some heavy footsteps behind him and saw Alex looking at him: "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to visit the girl that confessed to me five years ago, so what?" Eric said proudly, and Alex clenched his fists. Samantha and Samuel did not hear anything and kept playing.

"Leave right now before I do it myself," Alex said before pointing to the door.

Eric calmly walked and patted Alex's shoulder. He said: "I will take my Samantha back and no one can stop me." before leaving the house.

Alex clenched his fists harder that his veins protruded in his arms. He saw the mother-son duo playing and calmed himself down.

The real problem right now is making Samantha accept the truth.
