Xi Ana smiled as she stood up and the man walked over to her. Lim Yi Sheng hooked his arms around her slender waist and kissed her forehead, then her nose, before finally claiming her lips. The kiss was sweet and slow, as if meant to savor each second that their lips were entangled.

Lost in thought, Xi Ana sn.a.k.e.d her arms around his neck, the action made Lim Yi Sheng momentarily froze but he immediately regained his composure and that little action from Xi Ana made him deepen the kiss even more. His left hand is supporting her lower back while his right hand was placed at the back of her head as he gently pushed her head to deepen the kiss.

As their tongues collide, the temperature inside the room suddenly rose at the same time making the heat they felt inside intensify. Both of them are very much aware of the reactions that their bodies are making.

When they were almost out of breath their lips separated for a moment and they both gasped for air, "You're only wearing a robe." he stated with reddened ears. This is torture! A complete torture!

Xi Ana wasn't oblivious to his struggles and she knew well enough that for the past seven months that they've married her husband has already taken countless cold baths at night. Lim Yi Sheng walked forward with her still in his arms which made them both fall on the bed with a thud.

Being on top, Lim Yi Sheng indeed has the upper hand as he c.a.r.e.s.sed her face and and then cupped her left cheek.

She chuckled and brought her mouth on his cute reddened ear and whispered, "I am indeed wearing only a robe, my dear."

Hearing her angel like voice, all the pent-up emotions he had are slowly appearing eating slowly in the little bit of self-control that he has left.

Thinking that the woman beneath him is only wearing a robe and with the heat burning inside him, he can't help but let out a restrained groan as he buried his face on the crook of her neck.

The scent of her Lavander body wash, made it even harder for him to control himself. He's a man! When faced with such great beauty, only a eunuch would not feel anything in this situation!

Xi Ana chuckled when she heard his voice, she knows that he's restraining himself and she's thankful enough to have a husband who is understanding enough.

They aren't married because of the so called 'love' and because of their personalities, it's not like being with each other for a few months would make them realize what love truly is.

Lim Yi Sheng kissed her neck, which made Xi Ana tilt her head unknowingly giving an easier access to the man on top of her.

Slowly, he showered her neck with small kisses, tracing her collar bone, down to the exposed area of her upper c.h.e.s.t. The small kisses made Xi Ana squirm.

The kisses then went back to her neck, just when his lips reached his favorite spot he had the urge to suck on it which he eventually did. This made her let out a pained sound which is very enticing in Lim Yi Sheng's ears.

When he saw the red mark on her neck, he smiled triumphantly. "I didn't know you had a naughty side, my dear." Xi Ana knew that the mark he made will force her to use a turtle neck or high collared tops since she really isn't adamant to using make up.

During an intimate moment like this, an endearment like that sounded more intimate. "Only with you, my dear."

He kissed her lips passionately, nibbling and s.u.c.k.i.n.g on her lower lip before slowly deepening the kiss once again. The way they explored each other felt like there's no tomorrow. In this moment, they both felt as though their mouths were made for each other.

He looked at her lovingly when they separated, he brought her hands on the buttons on his shirt, "Help me, hmm?" he smiled innocently as if he's not being shameless enough.

Xi Ana laughed and let him guide her hand on each button of his shirt, she opened each button one by one while being kissed passionately by the man on top of her.

When all the buttons were left open the man removed it with the help of his wife, his c.h.e.s.t and abs were exposed, she let her hands circle around his waist all the while responding to his kisses.

Just when Lim Yi Sheng's hand reach the ribbon of her robe, his phone suddenly rang which brought the two in reality. The man though completely ignored the phone and continued tugging on the ribbon while at the same time kissing her exposed milky-white shoulder.

Finally loosening the ribbon, the phone once again cried. The both of them know that no matter how much they ignore it, they will eventually need to answer it as it seems very urgent and even if they do turn it off they will still be bothered by it so Xi Ana urged him to answer the phone, "Go on, answer the call it must be important."

He collapsed on top of her although not entirely relying his weight to her, afraid of crushing her. He g.r.o.a.n.e.d inwardly, he brought his mouth on her side and nibbled on her earlobe, the woman in his arms stiffened the moment his mouth touched her earlobe.

So this is her s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e spot, he thought. "You are such a tease!"

The phone never stopped ringing which also made him feel unsettled, he got up and stared at the phone when he saw that it was a call from the old residence he suddenly became nervous. He immediately answered the call.

Xi Ana who was watching him realized that it was indeed an important call base from his facial expression. She tidied herself up, and tied back her loose robe.

To give him some privacy, she walked towards the walk-in-closet and prepared clothes for her husband and a spare robe for him to use. Its been months since she had prepared these clothes for him here.

She had also worn a simple night gown and put the robe on a hanger.

After getting everything, she decided to go out. Seeing that he's done with his phone call and is now seated on the side of the bed looking somewhat worried with a conflicted look, she asked him what's the matter.

"Who was it?" she put her hands on his shoulder to lessen the tension that has started to build up.

Her small hands indeed made him calm. He gathered his thoughts before speaking, "It was Butler Han, he said that mother had a sudden asthma attack and was brought to Regal Hospital."

Su Nujiao, his mother has a chronic asthma disease. She was born with this condition although it rarely acts up and most of the time it's not really a life-threatening attack he still can't feel at ease.

"What is her condition? Is she alright? Do you want to go?" seeing the worried face of his wife, he pulled her in front of him, hugged her waist and buried his face on her stomach.

"She's alright now, it wasn't exactly a life-threatening attack that happened today and she was immediately administered with first aid. They said it's fine, we can just go tomorrow morning." his sullen face tugged her heart.

She held his face and made him look at her, "Are you sure you don't want to go right now?"

"It's fine, according to Butler Han mother is already resting if we go there right now we might just be disturbing her. I already instructed them to look after mother and call me if anything serious happened, we'll just go there first thing in the morning."

Glancing at the wall clock, it's already 1 o'clock in the morning so they might really disturb her mother-in-law if they insist on going.

"Alright then, let's rest for now and we'll pay them a visit. Don't think about unnecessary thoughts, she is fine now and will continue to be so." her loving smile is enough to calm his wavering heart.

Often times, whenever he feels unsettled he would smoke a stick or two just to calm her nerves but right now it seems like it's not necessary anymore because having her by his side is enough to make him feel at ease.
