Looking at the watch on my right wrist, I saw that it was already 7:45 am which is 15 minutes before school starts. The school is 30 minutes away from our house if I walk while it will only take 10 minutes if I took the bus.

But since I was too late to ride on, I can only make a run for it. Luckily, I am confident that I would make it because I am aware of what my body can do.

With a hard kick on the ground, I started running towards the school while taking a shortcut. In short, I am doing some parkour that would make even the most hardcore parkours blush in shame.

I can jump way higher than humans.

My name is Genos and I lived together with my little sister in a small house left by our deceased parents.

I am currently 16-years-old with spiky black hair and ink black eyes. My body was slightly muscular because I work-out every day as I needed to maintain a healthy body not just for me but for my sister as well.

I and my little sister live in a small house my parents built for supposedly our vacation house but now it ended up as our permanent address.

I stopped going to school a year ago as I have to work so that we will have money to spend on our daily life. My sister, on the other hand, is still going to school while I support her studies.

Before our parents died, we have always been close to each other and now that it is only the two of us left, our relationship becomes even closer.

We do have one relative and it was the little sister of our mother but she was always busy at work so we didn't even bother asking for her help. It was even unknown if she knows about our parents' death as she never visited us even once.

About my work, as I have a very active imagination I was able to earn money by writing fantasy genre novels which have become quite famous. Though my identity is hidden to avoid getting into trouble.

Because of that, I plan to go to school this year which means that I will be in the same grade as my little sister which is a bit awkward but who cares. This way I can look after her even more.

My sister's name is Kaith and she is 15-years-old. She has a waist-length black hair that curves at the end while she had similar eyes to mine. Overall, she is a rare beauty that would make most men fight over her.

Sadly, she had a terrifying brother that will beat the sh*t out of anyone who would dare to go near her and have any thoughts of it. Also, the fact that she is cold to men aside to me.

Anyways, our life is great even though our parents are not here anymore. We know that they will always be watching over us so we have nothing to worry about.
