"I guess I already lost?" Theo looked defeatedly at Kaoru.

"I don't know, if you still decides to pursue that is up to you," Kaoru replied.

He have noticed that Eureka's sensitivity has a limit when it comes to him, that's why he had decided to stay far enough. Theo approached him and asked him for a favor of getting close to Eureka without her noticing him. They just didn't expect to see Raven with her. To add to that he was smiling at her.

"I don't think I can keep on pursuing her now. She had showed me she didn't care and that she won't reciprocate. She had told me in a different way that she would never love me as a man. And seeing this now, I'm really giving up. I'm not a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t you know. I was the first person to try and console her but in the end was pushed away."

Theo smiled bitterly, he knows his feelings are real, and that is why he also knows that he really is hurt upon this realization.

"Do they really not lile each other?" he thend ecided to ask as he pulled Kaoru away.

"Who knows, those two didn't know either. Maybe it's just because they are on the same wavelength. Who knows," Kaoru shrugged.

That's right not until the two of them have decided to actually acknowledge it, then they won't acknowledge it either.

"How dense," Theo laughed.

Upon reaching the town, he went and looked for the other two.

Mamoru and Hideyoshi looked at each other before shrugging and drinking with him.

"Then who is it?" Eureka asked upon hearing Raven's reply.

"The king himself, I chanced upon him awhile ago. He seems to be in deep thought as he trained by himself. I asked him if something happened between the two of you and he willingly answered. He seemed to really be lost in thought, cause upon realizing that I was the one asking he instantly became fl.u.s.tered and left murmuring to himself how a blabber mouth he is."

"We should go back now, we need to rest I'll really have to train the other two tomorrow, I've postponed it long enough," Eureka said standing up.

Raven stretched as he too stood up no longer commenting about the things that have happened today.

"I'll tell them myself so you should go back and rest. You need to keep up your act after all. But do remember, you can't bottle everything up cause once it explodes you won't be able to control whatever you are controlling right now," Raven said giving her head one last pat before walking ahead of her.

"I'm not a kid," Eureka said to which he just waved his hand walking farther away from her.

she thought as she walked towards her house.

"So when will you two confess?" in the middle of their drinking Theo suddenly asked the two of them.

"Why would you suddenly asked that?" Mamoru asked in return.

They've noticed how Theo drunk more than what he can handle but they have no idea what is wrong.

"I have already confessed and finally got my heart broken, so when will you follow me?" Theo sheepishly smiled as he drunk another cup of beer.

"Hey that's enough, you've drunk too much already," Hideyoshi stopped him as he tried to pour more on his cup.

"Don't stop me, I'm drinking away my sorrow," Theo said as he forcefully pull his cup from Hideyoshi who couldn't do anything.

"What's going on here?" Raven said. His father told him that Theo haven't come back yet and was wondering why he is suddenly coming back late. Far later than his usual return and so asked Raven if he could look for him.

"Oh you're here? Come, come drink with us," Theo said as he pulled Raven.

"No we're going home. You drunk too much already," Raven replied furrowing his brows.

"We tried stopping him many times."

"No, not yet. I'm not yet done," Theo said as he resist Raven's pulling.

"You, I asked you if you have any feelings for her. Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Theo suddenly said pointing at Raven.

"What are you talking about?" he asked not getting what Theo is saying.

"Do you really don't like Eureka?" he then asked.

"I don't get why you're asking this, but I don't have feelings for her," Raven replied.

"You, both of you. You guys are too much. You should realize everything sooner. Then other would give up easily," he finally said before being knocked out by the alcohol.

"A drunken mind?" Raven asked the other two with confusion.

"A broken hearted mind. Let him rest, he needs that," Hideyoshi said as they stood up.

"Go on bring him back already. We we're pulled into this without our consent, suffer bringing him back on your own. I really am too sleepy," Mamoru added as the two of them walked out not waiting for Raven to say anything.

Raven was left there with his brows furrowed.

Haruka abruptedly sat down as beads of sweat was on her fore head.

"What was that?" she spoke.

She stood up and started walking until she reached Akihiro's office. The door was slightly open and she can see light coming from it. She stood there not knowing whether to knock or not.

"Who is it?" feeling a presence by the door, Akihiro asked. When no one answered he stood up and walked towards it. Upon opening the door he was startled to see Haruka standing there.

"I," Haruka started but upon seeing Akihiro's face her tears come flooding. She didn't know why but she felt like apologizing to him.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," her tears never stopped making Akihiro fl.u.s.tered.
